The lady who took order Yashoda was extremely arrogant and probably forgot to take lessons in customer satisfaction. I asked her for washroom to wash hands... She bluntly replied.. Washroom is locked. (so don't you have the keys) We requested her to make garlic bread stick extra crispy and buttery. She very bluntly refused none of these can be done and take regular thing. When the food arrived it was very clear that to save a few seconds per order this branch is not cooking food optimally. I'll strongly recommend dominos management to look into the matter And strongly recommend travellers to avoid this branch.

I had a home delivery from this outlet. The pizza delivery guy arrived on time and handed me the pizza boxes with oregano and chilli flakes. The aroma of pizza was nostalgic😍 as always. The pizza had great stuffing of cheese and veggies. It was soft and hot, the cheese was dripping from the sides of pizza 🍕. I enjoyed capsicum & corn pizza mania from Dominos. Both were great as alw Dinner sorted :)🤤

The great service from the dominos pizzas, the pizza was so yummy and hot too at the time of delivery. The delivery was super fast. The pizza was so fresh and tasty. Wanna enjoy again from here.

Worst place ever seen in my life Pathetic service 28th September 2023, I went to Lajpat Nagar with my friend, there was a different scam in Dominos, no one online or payment was taken, only cash payment and the executive of that place showed me the name of only the billing counter lady, no one else showed me the name. I did not wear the name tag, the billing lady's name was Kajal, her behavior was very rude, the old lady was not allowed to go to the washroom, then I myself went to the same washroom for whom I was told that the taste of pizza was bad, that too was bad and I did not pass. bill ya proof aaya mane manga to saaf bola ki paper ni h jo no mane registered karvaya koi thanks text nhi aaya from dominos plz see what happened bcz this is clear scam h and na to staff ka behavior aacha h na hi waha ka food beverage . Current situation they even don't know about my order after I raise a complaint and The branch manager speak with me over a call and she says why you record our call I am a lady (girl) if I am recording a call she have a issue. Pathetic service don't know how they get hired even she didn't know about How to speak with seniors.

I went to this outlet along with my sister on 31st. We ordered two kadhai paneer pizza but the lady on the counter (who was in fact rude and only tending to her personal guests) did not inform us about this particular pizza being discontinued and when she only gave us one and justified by saying that she did not hear us and when we said otherwise she went on to blame us. And that one pizza took nearly 40 minutes to get ready while people who came after us were enjoying as she took a lot of time to take our order. If the staff does not want to work just say so no need to give us bad customer service for the food we pay. Their delivery people are always nice but the store staff is rude and not interested. Disappointed.

Ordered pizza along with Garlic bread with cheesy dip. It was a take away so before picking up i confirmed with the server Deepika Bhusal about cheesy dip she said it's inside the garlic bread box. I didn't check at the moment and left the outlet. When i opened the box of garlic bread then cheesy dip was not there. Then i called customer care of dominos. Customer care cut my call. What a service this outlet has and how person can trust.

This outlet has super fresh pizza my favourite here is garlic bread wid cheez diping😋...Had an amazing experience here... totally safe amidst Covid 19 pandemic

This outlet is just good for online ordering. There is no crowd coming here and most of the Varieties of pizza 🍕 are not available here... Taste :- Superb...as usual So it's better to go to the other outlet which is near to this...

We as in my sister and myself both women visited the outlet to pick up a snack like garlic bread and use the washroom. As a rule, women can use the restaurant toilets & convenience even if they are not dining out there. As soon as we went inside and sat the staff from the counter started shouting at the top of her voice that we were not allowed to sit inside. No greetings nothing and shouting. We told her that we will anyways be leaving in a bit but she continued in her loud voice asking us to leave and that we were not allowed to sit. This is heights. Then she was like we have an audit happening in some time but if that’s the case you better close the outlet to public. Shut down for the day rather than insulting walk in customers. She said she would call the manager. By all means do. We told her that your staff is shouting at us. She apologised but we had enough and left without having anything to eat. The whole outlet was empty but still your staff ddnt show any courtesy to attend the customer and we walked out empty stomach. Thank you domino’s for the warm welcome !!!! Your washrooms cleaning also leaves a lot to be desired. Last date of cleaning was somewhere in October 2023. Talk about audit !!!

Hi just got the order delivered of 2 stuffed garlic breads one veg and the other chicken peri stuffed .. must to mention that the order is pathetic , overcooked, all dry ,semi burnt and stuffed bread has been made just as the plain garlic bread ..too poorly cooked , extremely disgusting and disappointing.. not as at worthy

Never new Dominos can be this bad, worst experince in this Dominos, rude staff, 0 cleanliness, long waiting time, very bad management
