Overall, my experience with Ather Energy's after-sale service left me deeply unsatisfied. Their lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and untrained support staff made the entire process frustrating and time-consuming. I expected much better from a company in the electric vehicle industry, and I hope they make significant improvements in this area in the future.

What an amazing experience with Ankur ji. He had been very cooperative and such a person with detailed knowledge. All the staff is very helpful and it feels like a happy family. We bought 450X it is wonderful edition. I loved all new gen features. I am very happy that we came across this showroom. Even the manager is very nice person. Ather company is doing froud with customer I buy ather on 28 Feb few days back my ather connect service disconnected. When I buy ather sells person tell me one year free subscription. Ather is froud and false company

The sales person had incomplete knowledge about the vehicle's software, during on selling he told all features as he knew but after using ather I asked the issue to resolve he couldn't do at the time, customer care team of ather space she never called me back to ask that I have got solution or not. Ather scooty is nice but needs a support person who could handle the issue to resolve soon at the time of asking. Three star due to staff knowledge and support.

This particular store is relatively new. If I'm not wrong it was opened in Jan 2023. I purchased my Ather scooty more than a month ago (in Feb 2022) from then until now there communication with us has been absolutely terrible. I yet (March 5,2023) haven't recieved the RC of my scooter and I've had my scooter for over a month whenever I call them they say ki 'aajayega sir'. Before we bought the Ather scooter, I'm not sure why they told us they'd be giving us a Ather body cover and stuff which afterwards came down to 'sir ham body cover banate he nahi hai' They seem absolutely incompetent. If this continues unfortunately Ather will lose the market even though it's pretty good

Well behaved staff but long and unmanaged Charging Queue

I have issue regarding charging points here. I have reach almost 10 am and also ather staff Come at same time and he puts his vehicles on the charging so it's frustrating to wait for 1 hours to charge my vehicle due to unregistered ather vehicle puts on the charging. Please ask staff to charge unregistered vehicle in the service area so its good for public.. I have also add a photo of the vehicle. Please take immediate action on this issue.

My brother buy a scooter from Ather and it's overall performance is horrible. Please don't buy. Vehicle registration on the name Of Mrs Shilpa.

Customers who walk in to charge are not allowed to use washrooms. Paying a premium amount for a scooter yet they cant give a basic washroom access is so weird. Guard told that the official bagga link people have asked not to allow people to use washrooms
