This hospital denies treatment to the patients in dire need. They denied treatment to our patient for just providing an injection. We had procured the injection from outside as well, since they did not have that one in the stock. They would rather let patient die than just injecting an available injection. We were ready to pay for everything including hospital charges for a simple injection job of 5-10 mins, procurement of syringes / cotton etc. Yet these people refused the simple treatment. Government should ban such hospitals from operating. Even after making profit on tractions, they work on their whims. Imagine what would they be doing for patients who do not have enough money.

Pathetic services. I booked a follow up session with Dr Shuvendu Roy here for my ankle fracture treatment. I booked an appointment for 6:15 PM on 06 September, 2021. I was kept waiting for close to 1.5 hour in pain in the lobby. Each time we asked the hospital staff about the doctor's availability , they kept saying it will take 15 mins more citing some emergency case inside. All the while more 'emergency' patients kept getting admitted ahead of us. When we finally decided to leave, the reception boy had to push the wheelchair outside. The staff boy was outside , fiddling around on his phone, unaware of what was happening inside. The arrogance of the hospital staff is unbelievable. If you value your life and safety, DO NOT EVER COME TO ARYSTON HOSPITAL.

Dr. KATHPALIA has been our family doctor for 18 years.. n took care of my father too till his death. They are like your own family.. even the nurses n all other doctors are God fearing n loving n take care

Good local medical facility. They're relatively new but should be able to build up their client base quickly

Good hospital for basic Medicare located in the middle of CR Park in Delhi. Friendly staff and efficient doctors who will attend to you any time of the day. Reasonably priced. PS: They have a very good physio in Dr Tripathi!

Staff is nice, environment is friendly, feels like you are no far from home! We are familiar with the Doctors from so long and our trust on them is wealthy! We would definitely recommend their service if someone is in need! Wish everyone a healthy life. :))

Worthless service. Some nurses don't bother to watch whether an old man is taking all medicines. They just hand over the medicines and it fell. When asked, reply recieved... That's not our job. During admission, papers got signed but can't allow to take copies of what I have signed which is my legal right. During billing, no break-up provided for medicines. When asked, reply recieved that .... Get it after 2 days. When you don't have the break-up, how can you add up and reach a final figure. PLEASE DON'T ADMIT ANYBODY. THEY ARE HERE ONLY FOR MONEY.... NO ETHICS....

I have used their services 3 times for minor reasons like vaccinations and some first aid etc, their staff is responsive and they haven't charged much above above nominal charges

Dr. Ish Kathpalia has been my family doctor for over 20+ years. for minor surgeries, treatment of facial paralysis, broken bones or gall bladder surgery, they provide the best treatment. They will never overcharge you or make you run rounds like the bigger hospitals. They're diagnosis is also always on point. If in case they are not the specialised in what you need, they give the best recommendations.
