We came to this store to buy a few clothes. The store has a modern selection. We worked with Sundar specifically, who was amazing. He helped us find the right outfits, was very hospitable by offering coffee/tea/water, worked quickly and efficiently for minor alterations and generally treated us with respect. Highly recommend this store!

Sagar was extremely helpful with assisting me to find clothes I had seen online and procuring them as well. He was very patient and pro-active and went out of his way to ensure that we had a good shopping experience. The clothes are very youthful and very fun designs! Wow they have a gorgeous selection of clothes! Very artsy and trendy outfits. Special shout out to Sundar, Masterji and the woman (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) for their excellent customer service. They showed great options, stitched my blouse and took feedback very nicely.

Very good collection and quality on par with the price but have given 3 star due to their post sale service. First they rescheduled the timing for fitting and even after the reschedule my wife had to wait for almost 1-1.5 hrs to get the final fitting done. Would suggest the owner to please work with their employees to provide better after sale services

Very grateful for Shweta - the manager at the Gurgaon branch, who was kind, considerate and went over and above to resolve my issue with the finance and tech teams. All other staff at the store were also exceptional. Great experience and I would certainly shop again at Shweta’s Basanti store!
