I have admitted my child for surgery. But surgery is cancelled by pristine care. They taken my 55000. They are not returning my money. Make false promises. Don't believe. All are chor.

i have planned my brother surgery. But that was cancelled by pristine care. Also Not refunded my 65000. They are manipulate please don't get into the trap of them better to go with direct hospital and Dr . I have all call records.

Dear Pristyncare Team, I am really frustrated with your attitude and service. I have filed a case against your Company in e-daakhil portal of Govt. of India (Consumer Commission). Please find below the case details. Please respond on the case. They have literally I have paid Rs. 2000 as advance to Pristyncare basis promise made by Pristyncare team that the amount is refundable if I decide not to continue. I have paid the money without availing any service. I have requested for a refund but Mr. Vikas, who initially had contacted me, has denied processing any refund.

The most disgusting organisation where the doctors are even worse. Was asked to meet Dr. Goel @ 5.20pm at Noida branch. Fortunately, I met his ex patient in the waiting area, who was in a miserable condition as he had to follow up again and again due to bleeding after surgery. Unfortunately, he was an old patient and doctor mentioned that he'll only meet new patients after OTT. He went back with a sad face and that really shook me. Later @ 5.40, I was told to go to another location and then I have to wait for another half an hour. I simply said, not required and thanks to God that I didn't meet him. Wasted my time and money. Worst experience. I would highly recommend to not consult this organisation or their doctors as they're highly unprofessional and only wants your money.

Pristyn care is dalal.looting money from people and giving loan without knowing you taking documents on behalf of your surgery given loan from third party app liquiloans. They charge simple pile treatment cost 1lacs there commission in treatment around 60%. Same treatment done in another hospital 40k.dont trap with pristyn care go direct in hospital and talk to doctor. Government should take action i am thinking to file case against him.

My mother had surgery and the Service was so pathetic they are doing scams they want money from your insurance company for nothing they make you fake promises they don't care about the patient's condition. They admitted my mom to a different hospital 3-bed sharing and assigned doctors from different hospitals they just performed surgery and nothing else for that they claimed a bill of 1lakh 4 thousand for gallbladder stone complete admission 2 days. they just want money after surgery it's almost complete 2 months still she's not well and facing problems because she got an infection I don't think they are hygienic too while doing surgeries. I'm still paying other doctors because they didn't do the Job well......Do not fall for them.

They taken money for laser piles surgery with staple and have done only staple surgery by promising that it will get good after some time now its been more than a year and now all stapled piles are coming back yet again the patient is so much in pain. Now they are not resolving the issue very pathetic people.
