This hotel needs some thorough cleaning of the rooms. The safe was beeping for no reason. However, it's not that bad without giving much expectation. It depends on your purpose of stay. If you want some space from your busy life, go for some other hassle-free hotels.

Old one .. All rooms are not neat or tidy .. looks very old fashioned.. the food is tooo costly.. A bread omelette is 150 ..aloo Paratha is 220 ..plus taxes too .. they can try to improvise the room neatness .. no toiletries provided .. Complementary breakfast is useless.. Good things about hotel are Location and Coffee taste ..

It was located opposite to aiims trauma care center verry convenient place for those who are attending US visa interview

Old building. Unhygienic with cockroaches roaming around. Clogged bathrooms because of very old plumbing. Not recommended at all.

Visited 3 times this year. Location good in relation to work in AIIMS and Safdarjung hospital. Walking distance. On road. Not much traffic. Nearby food junction 500 m. Online delivery permitted. Nearby Delhi haat also.

From service to location everything is top notch. I was in delhi on a vacation and stayed for almost a week. Staff is very professional, food was excellent. Highly recommendable!!!

I reserved a room for two nights, but for some reason—despite providing accurate information—my credit card was refused. I called the hotel ahead of time to let them know I would be on time and pay when I got there. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that they were completely booked and had no rooms available, and the receptionist concurred. I'm new to Delhi and tried to check the availability of other hotels, but they were difficult to find. Unprofessional people.

Pathetic hotel.. so far it has been my worst stay. The staff was soooo rude, no matter how many bags you have they will not help you with that.. before paying the whole amount during check in they will talk very sweetly and once you have paid, they will show their real face.. the Rooms were so dirty, no essentials provided. When I asked for a dental kit they refused and when I said could u plz arrange just a toothpaste as I cannot go to a conference without brushing my teeth, they started arguing and then a staff person came and said 'lo pakdo toothpaste, auur ise brush pe lagakar mjhe wapas kro'. Out of nowhere, in the night a sound comes of flush from the washroom and the room starts stinking so bad that I had to puke.. once when I handed over the key to the reception and told them to clean the room, they asked 'why'? Terrible people, terrible service.. this hotel doesn't even deserve a one star.. I never write reviews but I was sooo disheartened by the service provided that I had to write one.

Decent accommodation..I got it around for 2500 per day.

Experience was not too good as expected quality of rooms and bathrooms are poor. Hospitality is also not upto the mark.
