Purchased a Haier Split AC from Vijay Sales Hauz Khas on 10/07/2022 was delivered promptly on same day but had to call too many times at customer care and the outlet itself for installation. After continuous calling on 11/07 & 12/07, two persons came on 12/07 to install it one of whom was claiming to be a ITI Diploma Holder but another one named Sanib (Photo Attached) was totally unprofessional & admitted that he was educated till fifth standard and only 16 years of age. During the installation he even climbed up on the outdoor unit although this didn’t cause any damage to the unit. However on checking of indoor unit it was found that some of the fins of the indoor Unit were looking uneven seemed like bend from some places. It’s a highly deplorable fact that Haier is emloying child labour as installation service engineer.

In today's digital age of shopping and Next morning Deliveries by Amazon - Vijay sales unexpectedly stands out as a viable alternative for a few reasons. To be able to hold a phone to see and "feel". To be able to buy in 15 minutes. To be able to drive on the way home. The person selling gave us a "special" discount - 8 gb Samsung galaxy A34 for the price of 6gb model. The cashier's were horrible - 3 standing around and couldn't find a pen to sign the payment receipt.
