Quick sevice and nice response to all the questions. Ample sitting space for 30-35 people. BMI machine is there inside for weight, height checking. Easy to locate through google maps. Parking place is outside the store only. Not much traffic while coming here. Neat and clean branch. Staff is responsive and quick to answer. Worth coming for tests. Prior appointment might be needed for 1-2 tests otherwise all tests are done immediately. Couldnt see the wheel chair entrance though. 6-7 steps are there.

Here Staff are very professional & cooperative. They listen all queries & replying properly. No need of Prior appointment for blood tests, it's can be done here immediately. Just walking distance from club road, rohtak road as well as ring road. Wheel chair is available for physically disabled, senior citizens & pregnent lady etc. Facility of mineral water here with hot & cold machine. Report printing 24 x 7 kiosk is available here, from patient can print their report any time. Here is home collection staff are also too good. Here is another facility of radiology I.e. Ultrasound, X-ray, ECG, TMT, ECCO, OPG etc. For ultrasound & ECCO patient need to take prior appointment, as this is on first cum first serve basis. Technician are experienced & experts in sample collection of new born babies. Payments mode - u can make payments either thru CASH, CARD, UPI, PAYTM etc.

The staff’s behaviour is ridiculous. I have seen them make jokes on how patients don’t know anything and need to be informed -what else are receptionists supposed to do then?! Further, they don’t pick up phone on direct phone numbers given by themselves. The high prices and the poor service at lal pathlabs are totally out of sync.

Staff is very polite and humble very fast service no queue systematic workflow really very effective and promptly .Must visit centre.

Wonderful experience at Punjabi bagh branch, managed by Mr. Anivesh Rai. He guided us properly through the process and under his supervision, the sample and report collection events were carried out very well. Thanks Mr. Anivesh ji and his staff for their polite and professional behaviour.

Very amateur staff. Since it was very urgently required by the doctor, I asked several times about the arrival of report,they kept saying it would come after 28 hours. Because of this, i I have to give a blood sample in another hospital also who said the report will be out in 4 hour max. To my surprise, the report of the lal path lab came in 3 hours. Also, both the blood tests taken in a 15-minute interval have a major difference. But anyway the staff should be well knowledgeable enough to tell customers about the approximate timings of report for their comfort.

Very well maintained with high efficient staff.They are humble,courteous and very gentle had done great job helps me to get my dengue report on urgent on last evening.Excellent service very thankful to Dr lalpath lab punjabi Bagh.You all know very well what a suffered person called 'patient' needs extra attention and care.It was a great time with you.I recommend this lab to all please let them give chance to wins your heart also.🤗
