Firstly I received my order by a very rude delivery service. The cover is very lose for my phone. Also the number is always off one has to drop an email to get in touch. Very unhappy.

I ordered a pink case with ice cream/cupcake pop socket, and I received an orange-ish case without pop socket, so I asked for a replacement and they delivered same orange-ish case with pink pop socket, which doesn't go together at all... When I contacted customer care, the person who spoke was very rude and she was like, only 50% will be refunded, as they had to pay shipping charge twice, as if it was my fault... Then she told that a higher official will contact within an hour... but no one did... instead they whatsapped (which is fine), like they'll fully refund and THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER... now I'm having 2 phone cases with a small pop socket whose stand is visible from behind (as it's too small), and nothing goes together... I'm neither able to call them nor whatsapp them, and they didn't refund/replacement with some other case of my choice... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Edit: Money was refunded after this review was posted... and they're forcing to delete the review🤷‍♀️

Fraud people, don't purchase anything. Money wasting site. Send. Fraud company. No return policy. No refund. And they don't reply, not message, not mail.
