Lovely place to stay, superb ambience very friendly and prompt services#. Except the front office staffs, they are 0 courteous to the clients visiting and don't even talk when approached for doubts. The front office staff are poor in client interaction and they need to be friendly and must be trained by the managers. Apart from them overall experience was very good.

Cons: Hotel cab which came for pickup was giving me instructions to reach parking. very not like Star hotel experience. And Non existent customer service at entrance gate. They allocated rooms on different floors, preventing us from meeting friends on different levels due to restricted access in the lift. Additionally, the hotel had an unusual policy of closing the pool during monsoon days. After pleading with them, they reluctantly allowed swimming for only half an hour, but photography was strictly prohibited around the pool area. This restriction was both unfamiliar and frustrating. While enjoying the water , they also admonished guests not to splash excessively, as it would soil the floor. Unfortunately, after precisely half an hour, everyone was asked to vacate the pool due to rain. Overall, this experience was highly disappointing. However, it is worth mentioning that the food provided was exceptional, both in terms of taste and variety.

Immaculate gardens, friendly staff and great room. The gardens were immaculate and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We spent every day at the pool and enjoyed the short distance to the beach. I only wished we had stayed a little longer. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is located in a tech park surrounded by different companies' offices. They have valet parking available. And the concierge area has a well-seated lobby, with washrooms available on the same level. The rooms are well-maintained and beautifully designed. The staff is polite and genuinely cooperative. The food and snacks were good. The food service (main course only) is available round the clock.

I absolutely adore this place. Wonderful staff and excellent food. They are truly hospitable. Now I have moved to the UK and really miss visiting this place every other weekend as a relaxing family time. They even customise food for babies and toddles. My son loved going to this place. The citrus cafe is good. The ambience is nice. However the food is not very delicious. There can be more variety in vegetarian items. Most importantly, vegetarian and non vegetarian sections should be completely separate and also the breads should be easily accessible. Overall it is good but a little management can improve it. The suite is easy to locate and is beautifully designed.

Sandal Suites is very apt for Business conference and post stay there. Rooms are quite luxurious with decent services. The view from room is awesome. We went there for a Business conference and attended the conference in the meeting hall. It was quite spacious. We had few indoor games as well. Hall was well equipped with A/V system. Post conference we stayed there for a night. The food was great. We had vegetarian food and it was delicious. The deserts were mouth watering. The hotel manager and other staff were quite courteous and friendly. Their hospitality was great. The hotel has wheelchair ♿ accessibility. The car parking is also enabled for wheelchair ♿ access for differently abled people. The lift is inside for easy movement on wheelchair ♿. This is a good property for traveler and have nice facilities for the same and they offer place for marriage functions and family functions too . But the quality of the food is very poor and services are pathetic too and I would love to see the improvements in this field. I would say they should improve the quality of the food and services should be better for the same .

Excellent facilities. The personnel and crew were very friendly and professional, taking care of every detail to make your stay ideal. The hotel's restaurant was really fantastic! The breakfast meal was quite good. Everything that was prepared for breakfast was excellent. Despite the fact that our Room was smaller and felt claustrophobic. But all in all, it was pretty nice. Inside the room, everything was neatly set up.

Overall nice experience. We went there for Sunday family lunch. We were around 15. The staff and services were upto the mark. They even arranged without onion garlic food for one of our family member. Only problem is starters for veg. There was only two options for starters. They could have added more in there. Otherwise taste wise food was good and yummy.Salads were also good.

Good property. However they must check before providing rooms to inmates. Our bathroom door lock was nonfunctional, also there were drainage issues. We did not change as our stay was short. Hospitality is good though and hygiene is also maintained.

Pros: Room are spacious, hygienic and comfortable Bathroom was hygienic and spacious. Room amenities available were: Electric kettle, mini fridge, Microwave, 2Led one is sitting area another in room. Hair dryer in washroom. Service was superb. I loved my stay here and would recommend others at this price.

Its sa business hotel and rates are also accordingly. Rooms are good nice furniture and basic kitch stuff. Rooms are comparatively cozy and not very spacious. There are 2 tvs. And view from hotel is normal city view. Spa, Gym and Swimming pool is on top floor. I enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. Staff is supportive and service is good. Restaurant timing is also good. Available till late night. Morning breakfast have variety of choices. For checking they require a lot of time.

Wea had a great two stay here. Place is kept super clean and also the staff are very cooperating especially Hari. The location is also good. Can be considered for a weekend getaway.

Nice business hotel with friendly staff it has gym, a bar and a cafe shop available most times. Nice sit out. Spacious conference rooms. Swimming pool, gym and spa are on top floor. There is also a rooftop restaurant. Good location for offices in sector 135, 142 etc accessible by highway

The room was clean and spacious and we booked the standard suite and room service was amazing as well but the only drawback was the breakfast which was not that good and variety was also less only south Indian menu was good.. everything else was very bland and not tasty

Good Place to stay. But the services are little pathetic as compared to the cost you pay. Alao if you are bolking through any portel then be cautious about their accomodation and breakfast things. In our cases we booked through IBIBO and after we modified the booking. But ibibo person told us to pay the amount which was a discounted amount at hotel, but hotel persona denied and the entire night there were calls from the portal and hotel.

Buffet food is great every varieties are offered here. The rooms are extraordinary, there is a television in every room. We can get room service every day. Bathroom are very comfortable too. Good place to stay.

Water in the pool 12-15C, freezing. Room cleaning, more less, had one to five towels in 4 days?!?! Hotel is pretty old, bad smell all around. Mosquitos come out from your air conditioning and bite you all night! Food was good, except sweets and bakery. Slow and sleepy front desk, takes them ages to do a simple thing. Check in / out takes min 15-20 minutes. Have in mind if you are in a rush (as i was, running late to see the game of my team in Qatar) All 4 days couldn't understand how the TV works. Rather pick another hotel for the same money.

It was better than expected and the wedding there was marvelous but in the rooms there was no way to change between shower and tap or instructions to 😅 but it was a really great experience especially the wedding. Of all the weddings I've ever seen I think that's gonna be first and last(maybe) grandest wedding... and balcony was not clean at all

Location of the hotel is very deserted. Away from the city rush. Quiet and peaceful environment. Cleanliness and services of the staff were examplary. I had breakfast buffet which had varities of dishes to choose from. Special request can also be mad to the Chef for customisation or any other food request. Seating area was well maintained. I booked a Deluxe Suit which had varities of amenities including Bathtub. Nice place for stay but a bit heavy on pocket 😉.

Services are so poor. Ive ordered paneer curry in room dining but i didn't received the order i waited 1 and a half hrs and called them to remind them again, still we didn't got the order.and the staffs at the front gate will never help you to unload your bags and stuffs. But there are nice staffs working passionately.

Nicely conceptualized hotel. All rooms are suites with a small living room separated from the bed room and all of the rooms have balconies. Service is good but the hotel receptionists can sometimes be irritating. They also have an amazing skybar with good food and drinks. They're giving away incredible packages to people currently. Must visit place.

The front desk folks are a disaster. They cant handle one customer. Unbelievable that they dont even address people waiting. They are on their phone probably playing games. I asked this guy for help to get me towels in the room. He said he will and never called house keeping. I will not be staying at this hotel anymore due to these guys. They just dont understand how to efficiently finish check-in, check-out and help. The house-keeping is not that good. The towels are old. No hand towels. The floor mats are old. Just overall the fabric stuff is old. The blankets are old as well. Nice is the entire hotel, lobby, elevators and the building overall is good. Nice to walk around, shop, eat etc.

Room: 0/5: the room was pretty bad, with water leakage on large swathes on the walls and worse, fungus and mold growing on those areas. Front desk service: 1/5: The front desk staff are poorly trained, if at all, and really don't have any sense of customer service. Room service: 4/5: one of the hotels redeeming qualities was the service of the staff that maintains the rooms. They seemed conscientious, helpful, courteous and professional as opposed to the front desk staff. Food: 4/5: This was easily the best part of the hotel with pretty good food and huge quantities, a very reasonable rates. Even though Jose breakfast was pretty good. Gym: 1/5: six dumbbells, one tiny multi station and a couple of treadmills. That comprised of their "gym". Worst, the photo on their website of their gym appears to be clickbait because it looks nothing like the real thing.

Good to stay but no activities for kids. Swimming Pool, recreation room all were non-operative whereas while booking online the same should have been mentioned. Staff is polite and cooperative.

Worst service. Please do not visit by looking the name of Lemon Tree. You will be bowled. Service worst, food is worst. Front desk employees, they are not even educated, they don't know anything. Example, when I asked for check out they said bill is ready, after 10 mints when I visited front desk for payment the bill is not yet generated and they took one hour for check out. They don't do anything, they act in front of the system. I really do not suggest this hotel, sure you will face problems. Rooms are dirty, plates or spoons they do not wash properly. Everything is worst at this hotel. Hope this helps others and your choice if you opt.
