facilities
and
equipment
I’ve
come
across.
It
is
well
designed
and
gets
a
decent
amount
of
natural
light.
The
space
is
snug
especially
when
a
large
batch
shows
up
but
the
coaches
always
manage
things
well.
I’ve
been
visiting
bodh
crossfit
since
4
years
now
and
it
offers
something
for
everyone.
Whether
you’re
someone
who
loves
to
make
friends
or
someone
who
likes
to
focus
on
your
workouts,
bodh
caters
to
every
type
of
athlete
well.
The
fee
is
high,
but
much
more
economical
when
you
pay
for
6
months
or
a
year.
Also
once
you
start
working
out
and
are
able
to
fix
lifelong
problems
such
as
chronic
shoulder
pain,
relieve
your
siatica
through
fixing
your
postural
issues
apart
from
dropping
14
kilos
and
doing
things
you
never
dreamed
of
trying
before
that
involve
you
standing
on
your
head
or
climbing
ropes
or
lifting
copious
amounts
of
weight
that
you
never
lifted
in
your
life,
you
realise
you’re
getting
a
lot
more
value
and
the
fee
is
just

number.
You
begin
to
understand
why

crossfit

gift
of

and

run

not
like

business
but

are
passionate

Rajeev
sir
is
the
head
coach
and
is
one
of
the
wisest
coaches
I
have
come
across
-
his
first
concern
is
your
safety,
closely
followed
by
teaching
the
right
techniques
to
new
students.
Till
date
I
am
learning
some
basics
from
him!
The
point
is,
crossfit
is
a
close
knit
community.
People
talk
to
each
other
and
support
each
other.
It’s
important
to
do
that
because
you
workout
as
a
community
and
need
to
help
each
other
out
by
spotting
them,
by
being
helpful.
That’s
just
the
nature
of
crossfit.
So
while
it
can
be
intimidating
being
at
a
crossfit
box
where
everyone
seems
to
know
each
other,
as
a
newcomer
-

about

health

you

attention.
Don’t

would

to
anyone
interested
