Nice apartment complex. Compact, but quite a few amenities for the residents. Maintenance is okay, but the greens are very well maintained. Security is good. Manu of the houses face a large green area next door. Near to metro stn.

One of the oldest apartments in Mayur Vihar Phase 1. Suitably located hence no issues in reaching this place. Metro station at stone-throw distance. Visitors using personal vehicle need to park outside premises as like with most societies.

Very well maintained and a clean society. Parking is managed though visitors parking is not allowed due to lack of extra parking space (but that is for every society in mayur vihar area). Fuel pumps (Petrol and CNG) are just next to this society. 2 mins walking distance to Mayur Vihar Ext. metro station. 10 mins drive to Noida Sec-18 Have a central market near by, where you could easily get daily needs items. Also, the market is famous for it rolls

It's the best apartment in Mayur vihar phase 1 extension. But children are not allowed to play in the park. That have to play either in the badminton court, children's park or the basketball court. There is a room in which we can play carrom and read books. There is no table tennis table.

The apartments are old and have exhausted the parking slots. Visitor parking is outside however for the residents also, the place is full of cars. Maintenance is okay with the prompt services from plumber, electrician or security.
