I have sent a package to Ireland. They have answered all my questions regarding items, customs, packaging, insurance, etc related to package. They have provided regular updates related to package tracking. Package was delivered successfully without any damage or custom duty

It's too bad company. My father send me a parcel from their company to UK.and there are so many things are missing and it's too costly ( apple ear buds ,medicine, phone temper, Chocolate,balm,pulses) ,after informing them they clearly said we didn't get this from you. They are too bad don't believe their company.two times they send my parcel in good condition.i And I believe them but they are just a thief moreover they don't respect the people.they don't know how to talk with senior citizens

I loved the service however few feedback 1. The POS machine should have worked. I had huge embarrassment that I had to ask some one else to pay. No link generation option was available. 2. DPD is indeed a good option but for a few days when I did not see an update online, I was scared. It took me breath to keep viewing that yes, all is well. Anyway. Thanks
