I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and while it had some positive aspects, there were some significant drawbacks that I cannot overlook. First and foremost, the hotel's price is on the higher side, and one would naturally expect a certain level of comfort and convenience for that premium cost. Unfortunately, during my stay, the lift (elevator) was out of order, which made getting to my room on one of the higher floors quite an arduous task, especially with luggage in tow. This inconvenience was particularly frustrating after a long day of sightseeing or business meetings. Moreover, I noticed that this wasn't a new issue, as some other guests seemed equally frustrated by the non-functional lift. On the bright side, the hotel's staff members were friendly and attentive. They tried their best to assist with carrying luggage and were apologetic about the lift situation. Additionally, the room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to rest. While I appreciate the efforts made by the staff and the room's condition, the non-functional lift was a significant letdown. For the premium price charged, one would expect that such a fundamental aspect of guest convenience would be properly maintained. In conclusion, I find it challenging to recommend this hotel to others, especially given the high price and recurring issue with the lift. If you're considering staying here, I would advise inquiring about the status of the lift beforehand to avoid any surprises and inconveniences during your stay. Hopefully, the management will address this problem to improve the overall guest experience.

I stayed here for a night..wanted to iron the clothes for which their team guided me to 8th floor pantry. Iron there was not working and even after complaining twice, no one took any corrective measures. Room size is small but thats fine for a business visit.

Food is good but lacking in variety. There is a set menu and very few options to choose from in the menu. There is laundry room where guests can use the facility for free.

Extremely small rooms with zero comfort or space to walk. It's a prison in name of hotel, absolutely pathetic and zero value for money. They don't even do room service and reason is obvious - where will you eat? There is hardly space to breathe. Please don't waste your money. Look for some other property.

The rooms are an abomination. They're so much smaller than you'd expect. The entire experience is just...plain. The buffet is extremely limited. Breakfast options repeat themselves far too quickly. The housekeeping misses out on a lot of obvious stuff. Wouldn't recommend unless you're on a tight budget.

It has extremely small rooms.Not having some basic amenities required for business travel or even family trips. No wardrobe, Chair, Table, Cloth hangers etc. If someone has to do some official work with a notebook or anything then only a sleeping position will be allowed, no chair or table available. Don't order any food for room service else you have to struggle How to place the plate& eat, again bed is the only option. Food tastes 😊. The location is in a very Prominent place of Gurugram sector 50. All of the above are facts. My personal experience is below. The check in experience was not good. Breakfast option is excellent. Lobby is Cool. View from room awesome. No toiletries available default, you have to ask. Only Handwashing liquid was available.

I am staying here for past 5 days and it's really amazing ambiance ! Even the room is small but the facilities they provide is pretty good and the staff members here are very gentle and polite.I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Ashish (Reception) and Ms.Sapna housekeeping staff , they very professional in their work as I have seen them always making sure to do the work in perfect way so no guest has got any complaints during their stay! even other staff was also very friendly and humble too! I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express to others! Thanks

It's a nice hotel @ brilliant location. It is in a shopping arena so lots of shopping, eating joints and Salon etc etc are there for you. Service is decent. Rooms are neat and clean but too too small, I have seen bigger rooms in very small brands compare to this IHG group of hotels. You can opt to stay here if you're coming for a short business trip because there is no cupboard so it's difficult to stay for long duration. Even washbasin is also in the room next to your bed. Food is ok but lacking in variety. There is a set menu and very few options to choose from in the menu. There is laundry room where guests can use the facility for free.

Pretty small rooms for double occupancy. Like awfully small. The washroom and toilet are like separate and take up a lot of room space. There is no wardrobe in the room. The lift was broken half the time I stayed here (3 nights). The hotel staff is non responsive. They do not pick service calls and we had to go down to the lobby to get things done

Hotel is beautiful and best part is staff. I lost my ring there in room and they returned me even after 24 hours. Frankly speaking I lost my hope that I will get these back but Shantanu arranged both of my rings returned to me. I am much obliged to him and other staff. Location is perfect, rooms are bit small but all required things you can get in there. Everything is near by i.e. clubs, bars, food, salon, etc. Thanks a lot for your best services.

The service was great. The food was also decent. Thanking Sandeep Tiwari for his hospitality. The rooms are tiny. And the bathroom structure doesn't work. The bed gave me a backache. But otherwise the location is great. The service was very prompt.

I wanted to give huge shout out to Ashish Anand who made my parents stay very comfortable. THANK YOU so much. My Parents were give a room on 10th floor , they were assisted with luggage which was a great help and with transfer from hotel to railway station . This hotel is clean , good for short vacations , business trips etc. Complimentary breakfast is good as well. Sapna - thank you for serving hot tea to my parents which was greatly appreciated. Staff paid extra attention to senior citizen which shows great customer care/service. Thanks again .

If you want your night to be ruined, staff that misbehaves and room service that takes an hour to arrive, go ahead and book this hotel! I checked in the hotel at 2am with a confirmed queen bed booking for 2 rooms. The guy at the reception, Sunil Kumar, adamantly forced us to take two twin bed when we told him about our booking for 2 queen beds, his response was just, “Talk to agoda because you booked from agoda”. We were traveling, all exhausted at 2am, trying to get the room we booked and Mr Sunil Kumar, threatens to not give us what we want by saying “ab to jo karna h karlo mai nahi dunga room” Wow! The girls with us started feeling unsafe and uncomfortable all thanks to Mr Sunil Kumar! I hope you get some sense of how to deal with customers coming in your hotel and some etiquettes on how to talk to people.

Small but new and well maintained rooms. Good housekeeping. Front desk less the front desk manager are pretty clueless. Good food and staff in the restaurant. Beautiful view especially in monsoons from the higher floors. Decent fitness equipment and a small swimming pool. Area still developing so nice and quiet.

This hotel has 205 rooms and all are of max 50 sft in size. They have the lavatory and bath area as separate arrangements and they are just the size of a person who does not need to move size would be like 6 sft maximum. The wash basin is open and very close to the bed. If the tap flows strong it spreads the water everywhere. After a bath you will find the water pouring into the room. The price I had paid is INR 6500 per night. I had a plan of 11 nights but had left after staying 3 nights.

Had a pleasant stay in this property for a week's time during my travel. Location of this hotel is within reachable limit and campus is inside a mall. Rooms were pretty small and but food and service are good. Thanks to the hospitality, special mention to Mr.Sandeep Tiwari for his politeness.

Had a good experience at the hotel.The rooms are a liitle small but good for 1 person. Breakfast is good , service is good. especially by Sandeep, Deepak . The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The rooms were really spacious and very clean and tidy. Room service is offered and is very affordable and delicious. I can't recommend this place enough. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The staff is very polite and easy to talk to, food is ok rooms are not value for money they are very small but are very clean. In buffet I was assisted by Sandeep tiwari and Deepak tiwari they were very helpful and polite. In short had a good experience which could be great if rooms and bathroom were bigger.

A very good value for money. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast is decent and the staff/service levels is excellent. The only gripe I have is the lifts. They are one of the slowest I have seen in a very long time. Takes ages to "travel" the 10 floors.

Strategic location, very Holiday Inn kind, if you know what I mean. Rooms are NYC-like tiny so its not for family or more than one person. Overall, the one disappointing thing was reception/concierge service. People who here didn't know what they were doing. Waited for long each time, check-in and check-out. And yes, it won't harm if the full day coffee from coffee machine will be free. Lift wasn't working when we visited. :)

Hotel is all over good. Staffs are really nice and work with their utmost sincerity. Their house keeping is also very good in terms of room cleaning. Suryaprakash is a very nice guy, I was staying in 8th floor and he used to do the house keeping of my room. Moreover, for a quick travel and a visit you can opt for this. The rooms are very comfy and clean. Cleanliness is one of the major key aspect I can recommend.

This hotel seems to have high occupancy due to its low price and its location. The lobby is small but beautiful with venetian art (I guess). Early check in is not advised so plan accordingly. The room provided to me was decent with a view overlooking the Ashoka Road which was the only highlight of the room. Bed was nice, although a pillow cover was found with a hole in it. The bathroom was functional without the hair blower and was looking dated. Seems as if it was recently repaired and touched up in a haste. Towels provided were of poor quality and had to ask for some basic toiletries. I couldn't comment on the additional services provided by the hotel and nothing stood apart for me. My advise for the hotel would be to revamp its image and invest some in its beautification and room maintenance. I might skip this hotel for my next trip to Delhi.
