I
recently
had
the
opportunity
to
stay
at
this
hotel,
and
while
it
had
some
positive
aspects,
there
were
some
significant
drawbacks
that
I
cannot
overlook.
First
and
foremost,
the
hotel's
price
is
on
the
higher
side,
and
one
would
naturally
expect
a
certain
level
of
comfort
and
convenience
for
that
premium
cost.
Unfortunately,
during
my
stay,
the
lift
(elevator)
was
out
of
order,
which
made
getting
to
my
room
on
one
of
the
higher
floors
quite
an
arduous
task,
especially
with
luggage
in
tow.
This
inconvenience
was
particularly
frustrating
after
a
long
day
of
sightseeing
or
business
meetings.
Moreover,
I
noticed
that
this
wasn't
a
new
issue,
as
some
other
guests
seemed
equally
frustrated
by
the
non-functional
lift.
On
the
bright
side,
the
hotel's
staff
members
were
friendly
and
attentive.
They
tried
their
best
to
assist
with
carrying
luggage
and
were
apologetic
about
the
lift
situation.
Additionally,
the
room
itself
was
clean
and
well-maintained,
providing
a
comfortable
space
to
rest.
While
I
appreciate
the
efforts
made
by
the
staff
and
the
room's
condition,
the
non-functional
lift
was
a
significant
letdown.
For
the
premium
price
charged,
one
would
expect
that
such
a
fundamental
aspect
of
guest
convenience
would
be
properly
maintained.
In
conclusion,
I
find
it
challenging
to
recommend
this
hotel
to
others,
especially
given
the
high
price
and
recurring
issue
with
the
lift.
If
you're
considering
staying
here,
I
would
advise
inquiring
about
the
status
of
the
lift
beforehand
to
avoid
any
surprises
and
inconveniences
during
your
stay.
Hopefully,
the
management
will
address
this
problem
to
improve
the
overall
guest
experience.
