It lacks good trainer and helpers. You are on your own to workout with no one to correct your from/ posture. Avoid it.

Owner of gym is itself a trainer and won first place in Mr. Delhi. He is very knowledgeable and experienced person, under his guidance nothing is impossible either its gaining or cutting.

This gym doesn’t deserve the reputation it has. Highly unsafe for girls. If they go to the instructor to complain the instructor laughs it off. If you are a girl considering to join this gym then please don’t if you don’t want some severe trauma.

A well experienced and hard working trainer who guides you with the right diet plan and right set of exercises. The trainer does not force anyone to buy supplements from him. If you want you can go for the supplements or just follow your diet.

Very good trainers. All the environment is very good if you are finding a workout place then workout mantra is the place which you are looking for...
