It's good options here now in GDA to move and shift your property along with the details But their officials has nether support without giving the extra money They want a bribe in every work either it's a small work

I visited GDA for mutation and mortgage papers against my property. It was a quite good experience there, as I got my work done within 2 hours. Yes you guys read it right it's unbelievable I know it was possible due to less crowd nowadays. GDA employees behaved good and in a well mannered way. But there's no proper precaution majors applied there to cope up with the corona pandemic. One thing I didn't like about GDA is that you have to wait for around 1 month to get your thing done I mean don't they think it's too long to ask for. Otherwise it was okay there.

Poor experience very much corruption even if u want to enter in the gate need to pay to the security gaurds otherwise they will not allow you to enter .................if u have any work be prepared to give them money other wise they will not work for you

I waited for more than 2 hours to meet a person named __Islammuddin__ (sitting in basement) for some enquiry and he didn't appear even after that and finally I had to left with the query. Thank you Islammuddin ji for your kind help and attending nature during office hours. #Typical_Sarkari_Karmchari 🤔

Neat and clean office environment. But handing way is too old. Now new project form available from 12 Feb at Vijya bank navyug market for bapudham yojna and Sanjay Nagar also. Rate of application form is too high than past. 1100 for bapudham and 300 for Sanjay Nagar. Work processing chain is too slow. As per by someone if you want to make it fast than find your proper way to make it fast.

GDA taking too much time for giving possession of Flats and also very delay in Registry clearance.

GDA kyu abi tak apni Property ko illlegal occupying from another persons .Who is mot legally entire to same. Like Vijay Nagar Sector 11 -12 road both Side have EWS flats and their back side have 10ft width street for Air pass this EWS people's. But some GDA officer take money for this ..not take action multiples times raise complaints.

Why GDA's and it's Online Housing payment site is not secured? Is that a way government plan to take care of our money and confidentiality? Due to covid, neither i'm able to do payment onsite or online(Because of the security issues).

Most corrupt authority!! They are not able to extend the sec 62 metro to Indrapuram from so long. Firstly, they come up with weird ideas like ropeway(Yes, I am serious); a ropeway is usually used in mountain terrain when there is no other option to commute!!! l don't know who all are the great brains behind such great ideas🫡🫡 after wasting so much time on such wavered ideas, they still are yet to decide on this extention.

GDA office of Ghaziabad, a place where one of the most important decisions take place. The environment here is very friendly and staff is very supportive. These people actually listen.

earlier the Ghaziabad main market was confined with in four entrances namely Delhi gate,Dasna gate,Sihani gate, and Jawahar gate . Navyug market was developed after 1970. My age is 69 years ,retired govt. Officer, Born and brought up ,educated here, as far as I remember, in 1965, Ghaziabad City bus stand and sabji mandi were near Ramleela maidan. Seth Mukund Lal, Sanatan Dharm,Shambu Dyal and M M H post graduate College were the main colleges. Big Railway junction well connected north eastern sides of the country Local citizens of all community and relegion has had been cultured, living peacefully , no riot, no communal violence ,it is a marvelous city full of all sort of vegetables,water,good sanitation , medical facilities, hospitality,and well behaved shopkeepers and business men. Cheap and best with all varieties of fruits, eatables are available here, every one would appreciate city . It has developed a lot. best for living close to capital of India, Delhi , well connected with good roads and best green energy bus transport, metro system.

Best place for learn job oriented training courses.

Still following COVID protocol strictly . You have to take gate pass from the counter near main gate without gate pass entry is prohibited

One of the most corrupted authority every officer is doing the work only on money and no help is divided to the public genuine issues

You have to do multiple or infinite visit to get the basic job done. Mostly manual system... No one accountable...
