They need better technicians. The in store technician ruined my glasses that I brought for balancing. And it seems Lenskart do not provide training to technicians on how to talk to customers. I have so far trusted my local optician for my spectacle needs but thought to give Lenskart a try after selecting few frames on the app. Few observations: Firstly, The frames look and feel lot worse than what you would see on the app. Secondly, they take a lot of extra time to get your frame ready as the spectacles are prepared somewhere else. Thirdly, the staff that got few weeks of training cannot match the experience of your local optician who is doing the business since many years. Overall, it is good in branding and few of the spectacles could also be good but Lenskart cannot replace the trust of the local optician especially looking at the competence of technicians they have in the store.

The staff is very nice & helpful. But they take 4 days to deliver a pair of glasses - which is just unpardonable. We’re living in 2021, not 1934. A job that needs literally 10 minutes, shouldn’t take 4 days especially at such prices.

They need better employees and technicians. Do not expect any customer service post purchase from this outlet. They are hesitant to raise a ticket, speaks volumes about their inefficient team. While selling, they will tell that glasses are scratch resistant and that is the only reason a customer opts a premium frame but one month later when you get a scratch, they don’t accept anymore and behave rudely. Very poor service.

It has been the most horrible experience. The frame was scratched and they insisted that it was a mark. On being told to clean it, they were unable to do so. Agreed to get it changed, and after a long wait tried to return it in the same way it was earlier with the scratch still there. Said it might be because of some fitting that it's coming. Did not inform earlier that such a situation would arise. Otherwise would've chosen a different frame. Then told that will get a new frame and it's there in stock. Now they are saying that it's not and to choose a new one. Pathetic experience. Will not recommend to anyone.

I was using traditional shops from last 20 years, tried to opt for a change. Tried lenskart and feeling cheated ... Don't buy from lenskart, Traditional shops were always good and will always be good. Don't buy from lenskart... Worst experience in 2 decades

Worst experience I had ever had in my life the staff is too rude and very misbehaving, and they are denying all the request and ignoring all the customer. Product is good but the service at this store is worst never visit there.

I had a pathetic experience from this RDC store. I went for the alignment and the lady at reception after checking the misalignment said rimless are delicate it will be there in your spectacle, also you ordered it online so you will have to talk to customer care executive while customer care executive says go to the nearest store. I have mailed too, lets see what you are going to do about it

I made a purchase of 14k last week at Lenskart RDC GHAZIABAD. Now the hlasses are creating problem as they have measured the wrong number and when I went there and co frobted, there staff Shubham Pathak reactrd pathetic. And then the person who was checking eyes he forced me to not change. Authorities, I want my full refubd. I cant have such hostile behaviour on such an expensive purchase. I want struct action against Shubham pathak and people forcing me to keep the same number.

Very disappointed, using lenskart from last 4 yrs, this time they added wrong power in my glasses. Its not only about adding wrong power. Even they are not providing proper response on same, when i called they put my call on hold after that they are not picking my call.

Today I have visited in Raj Nagar Lenskart showroom, No electricity - No Wifi ( so issue in billing ), staff doesn't know how to use system... Worst experience....

Staff here is very cooperative and helpful, showed the frames very patiently .they have the latest variety of frames and glasses. Being an ophthalmologist , I will definitely prefer Lenscart .

Pathetic customer support.. sales person always over commit and underdeliver. Before buying opticals I specifically asked for separate bills for my purchase and now they don’t pick up phones or put me on hold everytime i call to check the status. People trust brand for higher customer satisfaction for that you guys charge a whooping amount and still pathetic service.
