    Most unprofessional TPA I have ever seen. For say, they have 100 telephone lines, but no one is working. No one is there to pick your call. They are taking hard earned money of innocent people, and when those innocent insured people require their help, they won't pick your call or approve your claim to the hospital.

    My father is in hospital since Saturday. But still not approval received. Further no one is taking calls to answer.

    Pathetic service. Policy holder needs approval for urgent treatment and they will keep putting queries and no follow up. Finally I have to call manager of oriental insurance then everything got sorted out in 30 mins.

    My father is in hospital right now... Firstly they took 2 days just to give approval.. And now I m waiting for his discharge and it's been 9 hours but they haven't sent any final discharge summary... Worst mediclaim company I have ever seen... National insurance.. Please look into their services before handing them over your clients If I could.. I would rate 0 stars.. But Google won't accept that..

    Highly negligent company. None of the customer care numbers are reachable. Even after writing the mail there is no revert from the company side. I will recommend not to go with the park mediclaim TPA private limited.

    Tried customer care numbers since 3 days , Nobody picks up. Toll free not reachable. Even after writing the mail there is no revert from the company side. They say 24/7 service but it’s a lie.

    The only thing I would like to say is it's completely pathetic when it comes to delivering. They don't pick up calls for hours when patient is stuck in hospital. National insurance should take steps either to replace Park TPA or atleast bother to censure Park for their regular misconduct.

    They don’t even deserve one star. Its been over a month and still my father’s cashless claim is not settled. Because of them my father got so exhausted during the discharge process that he has to admitted back to the hospital. Even government offices works more professionally then these guys, they don’t response, all the doctors appointed here are stupid don’t know where did they get these doctors from who doesn’t understand basic medical procedures and questions big surgeons about their followed procedures. I have been struggling with them from more than a month now and still there is no proper response from anybody, every other day some or other employee goes on a leave and the process gets delayed further. I don’t understand how such company is getting clients even.

    Very very slow in processing cashless claim, they take whole to day or more time to process. All helpline numbers or tol free unreachable since nobody pick the phone, today I dialed 50-60 timea but no answer. Wrote email on both the email id given on website but no answer. Very very por aervice.

    Very bad claim service, even for corporate clients they took 1 year ,still no any judgement. Also they don't have any customer service number.

    Worst company to get insurance from. Employess behave as if it's a government office. They don't answer calls. I've been waiting for a month to get my cashless claim settled. I would never recommend anyone to go ahead with this company as thier health insurance provider.

    Toll free number not working. Other numbers ringing Medical officers are mannerless Delay services My claim is going on n reading negative comments here n agreeing with them....I don't think timely claimed will be settled. I am surprised that Oriental or Park mediclaim public representative have not bother to replay reviews here. Choose Park mediclaim as a tpa at your own risk.

    Park mediclaim tpa. I have experience for bad service . They send me msg for approval rs 63000 for surgery . When hospital send reminders to payment. They cancelled our first apporval blaming that you have choose second hospital. And send only 56000 as second apporval. I personally visited their office and after big argument they agree to refund my 7000 by filling the claim form. Wait what how many days to get refund. Very. Bad their verification team. They cancelled my apporval instead of another ladies patient. They didn't match the policy no of both.

    Excellent and prompt service provided by  Park TPA The co-ordination between the Insurance Company and the TPA was fantastic .Very active response & support to customer even beyond shift timings (early morning & late evenings)
