I have visited aesthetica 360 for physiotherapy after elbow surgery. The treatment and consultation given by Dr. Manisha Juyal was excellent. The behaviour of overall staff was very good as well. I would recommend this if you need any physiotherapy.

I visited today at the clinic in sector 19, for the purpose of Body Composition Analysis. I had an unsatisfactory experience. These are the issues I faced: 1. The reception/visit desk, although courteous, did not hold the basic set of info or were rather trying to convert it into an appointment. 2. When I want to get the Analysis done, all I wish to know is the body parts/elements (either fat or muscle or bone, or any of their combination, or all of them) being tested, kind of machine been put to use and the manner in which results are generated. These are basic set of questions which in general understanding get answered without an appointment, and after which the person concerned opts for an appointment. Its unfortunate that rather than answering my concerns, it was more important to try and convert it to an appointment. I hope that the institution takes into consideration to provide basic know-how beforehand, so as to create a genuine interest towards an appointment and the tests thereafter. I wish you good luck. Edit reply 1: I request you to refrain from lying. Firstly, my call went unanswered, and coincidentally your clinic only reverted back when I was stepping into the the clinic building. I told the person calling me to kindly wait as I was right there in the building. This can be cross-checked with your call recordings, I don't mind. Secondly,under no circumstance did I ask sending the "doctor outside the clinic", as I was there at the clinic visit desk itself. I specifically asked that if the doctor can just answer my queries (mentioned above) here itself. The only reason being, that the person at the visiting desk either had no answer to my query or was incessantly trying to convert it into an appointment. So when you ask me to "visit clinic physically", kindly check the CCTVs if need be, because I was very well there "physically" when I was asking my concerns to the visit desk. I request you to recheck your facts, refrain from giving out false scenarios and make amends to your service towards consumers rather than giving out false scenarios.

I am undergoing my dental treatment in aesthetica360 sec-19 clinic, my root canal treatment is going on, my treatment started on 14 January 2023 and my treatment has not started till 02/12/2023, I paid full payment. of root canal I did this for a root canal but he does not give me an appointment, he misbehaves, cuts my calls, ignores messages, books an appointment without my permission, no call comes to me, he books an appointment without any confirmation. One day I went to college to give my books and suddenly I got a call asking for an appointment that why didn't you come, and they are calling me that your book was more important or the appointment he booked an appointment by herself and my pass message came even after that he calls me and talks to me in a very loud voice his talking to me saying that your book is more important or come here and it has been more than 2 months since he met me. Cleaning and starting the root canal, th does not explain the treatment, happening. they will says a lot but he does not I am very disappointed and my experience was very bad I recommend to you everyone never come in this clinic I waste my full of money i am a student but they are very rude

I have visited this clinic through apollo applocation and had a appointment with Dr shivani Mishra and as i am having a issue of wart (tightness of skin in right hand of thumb like a corn) she suggested me to operate it and last month (5/06/23) she operated it and operated my whole thumb by saying the wart is spread across the thumb and its even visible where it is and where it is not but i cooperated and we have successfully completed the operation but only after 15 days after healing of wound my condition is same as before operation and no improvement is there and my hand is as earlier , and after few days they messaged me to give review in google and in reply i shared my problem but they just seen and ignore me . Firstly they not solved the issue and asking for review and i thought lets message them that my problem is not cured but they just ignored. Not expecting this service with this clinic as having so much good reviews ,dont know how they get those.sorry but not a good option.

Worst clinic for Hair treatment. Not recommend at all. I wish i can give zero rating if there is an option of giving. Doctor and staff are not good. They have provided pathetic service. Whenever i visited for the PRP session, the doctor never asked me about the improvement in hair even they didn’t check me. Once I reached in clinic the staff didn’t attend me. All are sitting ideal still i have to wait atleast 30 mins to give my blood for centrifuge. I have taken 4 sessions and i have not seen any improvement in my hairs. Don’t ever visit this clinic.
