I
visited
today
at
the
clinic
in
sector
19,
for
the
purpose
of
Body
Composition
Analysis.
I
had
an
unsatisfactory
experience.
These
are
the
issues
I
faced:
1.
The
reception/visit
desk,
although
courteous,
did
not
hold
the
basic
set
of
info
or
were
rather
trying
to
convert
it
into
an
appointment.
2.
When
I
want
to
get
the
Analysis
done,
all
I
wish
to
know
is
the
body
parts/elements
(either
fat
or
muscle
or
bone,
or
any
of
their
combination,
or
all
of
them)
being
tested,
kind
of
machine
been
put
to
use
and
the
manner
in
which
results
are
generated.
These
are
basic
set
of
questions
which
in
general
understanding
get
answered
without
an
appointment,
and
after
which
the
person
concerned
opts
for
an
appointment.
Its
unfortunate
that
rather
than
answering
my
concerns,
it
was
more
important
to
try
and
convert
it
to
an
appointment.
I
hope
that
the
institution
takes
into
consideration
to
provide
basic
know-how
beforehand,
so
as
to
create
a
genuine
interest
towards
an
appointment
and
the
tests
thereafter.
I

request
you
to
refrain
from
lying.
Firstly,
my
call
went
unanswered,
and
coincidentally
your
clinic
only
reverted
back
when
I
was
stepping
into
the
the
clinic
building.
I
told
the
person
calling
me
to
kindly
wait
as
I
was
right
there
in
the
building.
This
can
be
cross-checked
with
your
call
recordings,
I
don't
mind.
Secondly,under
no
circumstance
did
I
ask
sending
the
"doctor
outside
the
clinic",
as
I
was
there
at
the
clinic
visit
desk
itself.
I
specifically
asked
that
if
the
doctor
can
just
answer
my
queries
(mentioned
above)
here
itself.
The
only
reason
being,
that
the
person
at
the
visiting
desk
either
had
no
answer
to
my
query
or
was
incessantly
trying
to
convert
it
into
an
appointment.
So
when
you
ask
me
to
"visit
clinic
physically",
kindly
check
the
CCTVs
if
need
be,
because
I
was
very
well
there
"physically"
when
I
was
asking
my
concerns
to
the
visit
desk.
I
request
you
to
recheck
your
facts,
refrain
from
giving
out
false
scenarios
and
make
amends
to
your
service
towards
consumers
rather
than
giving
out
false
scenarios.
