Amazing ghar wala experience raha mera. Stayed here for almost 1.5yrs and finally I’m about to leave this beautiful place. It was a lovely experience here. I almost never missed home at times. It’s very clean and the food is also ok. Though sometimes you might miss your home cooked food. But, that’s quite normal for all of us. Satendra Ji, is also very helpful and is always there when needed. You won’t find a better person than him. He will strictly take care of any nuisance that has been caused. Sabhi log yaha very humble and good hai. Had a great time here. Bas ek baat hai ki mujhe mere room ki yaad ayegi 😄

I had stayed here for a month and it was a great experience. I had directly contacted Satendra Singh who is the owner of this pg and thereby need not pay any brokerage over the same. Satender is patient and readily solves all problems. The pg was neat, clean and well maintained which helped me as I used to spend a major part of my day in the office. The caretaker is an amazing person too who won't cause any trouble. Also there is food available, which is really tasty. They use all fresh veggies. The overall price is decent for the service provided which includes TV, WiFi, electricity, washing machine, regular water, geyser, induction and microwave. I'd definitely love to stay here the next time I visit Noida. I also recommend this pg if you're looking for a long term comfortable stay.

Stayed here for over one year. Breakfast & dinner food was so great. Extremely pleased with my stay. The staff was very warm and accomodating and available. The room was very well kept and clean and all utilities worked perfectly. Overall service was efficient. I didn't feel any discomfort whatsoever. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious PG. Definitely one of the best PGs around. Best wishes to the management.

Very clean pg. Meals also included. This is a totally prime pg as the name says PrimeStayz. Every appliance is new and TVs are Android smart ones. WiFi speed is so good, it's fiber with 4G and 5G bands. Washing machine, fridge, geyser everything is new. People are so helpful, especially the owner. He is very supportive and helpful.

In my view, Nothing would be best if the owner of the PG is taking care of your issues on personal level. I would really recommend PrimeStayz, nothing is perfect but what matters is the response of the service provider which is best i believe. They listen to problems and act to solve them. Best PG for me.

This PG is the best you will find in Noida near sector 80 or samsung area. A boon for any working professional like myself with superb food and laundry facilities. It has spacious rooms and clean hygienic washrooms. The in-house kitchen delivers delicious food. Do check it out and don't go on malicious rumors see for yourself to determine that it is truly worth it.

A wonderful place to live in with easy access to both inside and outside of the property. Due to the location of the house nearby to the market, you could complete your errands with ease. Regarding the food and cleaning, both are excellent! Everyday cleaning done. The owner and other employees are very friendly and personable. It feels like almost home staying here. No worries!

A good PG which is around 1km away from sector 76 metro, Noida. Good food and services. The rent is a bit higher compared to others but they offer what they say.

I worked at NSEZ. In my opinion, and from experience, this pg is the best PG you can live in, in Noida. It has both private and sharing rooms. It has single, double and triple sharing rooms which are quite spacious as compared to other PGs. Not just the rooms, the lobby, roof, mess, all are well spacious. The food is quite decent, and both, North Indian and South Indian food, is served here. And you'll get a room here only if you're lucky (seriously).

This is a very nice premium looking Property. Nearby to sector 76 metro and within 2 km from industrial sectors such as sector 80,81. I have been living here since the last one month. Everything is great.

The ambiance of the PG as well as the rooms are awesome. The food quality and taste is best. Its one of the best PG in Noida. Laundry and WiFi facilities are good. The Owner and the staff are very kind and caring.
