I went to a Hope and Bloom clinic through Meddo website. Not only did i connected with the best doctor near me but everything was very systematic. I didn’t had to wait at all.

So satisfied with Meddo one place to book, get diagnosed, consult and medicate. 100% recommended to all.

Ever since i have taken meddo sure membership i get tons of discount on medical services and diagnosis. Covid ke baad se karwana bhi bahut padta hai. Whole family is covered and their records are maintained well. Quite wholesome.

Better avoid them as these folks are NOT trustworthy. App is worst and so the Customer Care. Have taken money for the COVID test but now there is no clue of the person for the Test and post receiving payment these folks are not picking up the call as well.

Found meddo membership very useful. Best part is support. Anshul Saarthi who is my Relationship Manager at meddo, he so handy, he manages appoints, follow ups. Very polite, prompt in response. thank you meddo and Anshul.

Very poor service, they collected sample from home last Friday for covid said in 72 hours I will get my reports..it’s been more than 72 hours haven’t heard from anyone...when I call them they say we don’t know we are also waiting. Very unprofessional service. They are very rude after taking payment. They hung up on me 2wice while asking for my reports. This is a fraud lab and company , please do not give ur money 2 them as they won’t give ur reports.

Really worst experience. They have charged from me for the online consultation from Dr. Sanchika dermatologist but i didn't receive any call from the doctor. Fraud people, fraud site. No one should go with this site.

they charged me 3000 rs for 2400 rs tests & now they aren't responding no one should go with such local labs instead go with trusted brands.

Very unprofessional. Customer care is not reachable most of the times through out the day. Phone number simple disconnects with ivr suggesting someone will get back, but no one ever calls back. No tracking of lab tests. Staff discourages home collection. Sample delivery to lab and reporting times too long without any tracking. Incorrect center details reflect on reports. Many technical glitches on their app. Disappointed. The only good thing is the doctor.

This is a big time fraud organization...they take the amount from u n don't confirm the appointment with dr . And if ask for refund they keep u waiting by saying will call u bck in 5 min and tht 5 min never come ....such an unethical organization i have come accross

This is a fraud organisation. Took subscription fee and then got their bags packing and ran away. Tried to contact them numerous times for refund but they always say they will call back or keep the call on hold indefinitely. DO NOT PAY THEM OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.

Totally fraud company. No ethics what so ever. Cheating their customers. They finally closed their business and now not refunding the customer's money. Deserve to go out of business
