    I would be short in saying how bad it is to live in this place. Please don't do it. They give some facility that they don't require a physical passport but later they will regret it. Sometimes the easy thing is expensive. They will have many problems which they will never solve and if they do it is their time not to the need of the resident, the administration changes every two weeks you can pay your rent and still a fine arrives at home saying that you have not paid they are all very disorganized the property has multiple problems

    I want to focus on just one point, $153 for water a month is serious!!, I have spoken many times and they only say that it is the city's business that they do not provide the prices, I feel that it is too absurd a price, I would like you to help regulate this

    We start because it takes them a while to fix everything, they don't know who to blame, what if it's a new company, what if there isn't the part, what if the weather isn't fair, you should pay the full rent and live halfway without air, to make matters worse, it's terrible, it's terrible. They justify that I do not recommend coming to rent here at first everything seems nice, cool, then you get problems, things start to be damaged and you file the report and they don't even delay the previous administration, it wasn't like that and it's worse if you say no. You are going to renew worse and worse and if you give more reasons to live in a place that does not resolve things and pay for a bad apartment without the conditions and even though I have always paid on time I have never had fines. Here I leave you this great review

    Move to these apartments immediately if you like the following; Rats and roaches, your fire place working in reverse meaning the smoke comes into the apartment vs it going out of the apartment, people BBQing on their porch and the smoke fills your apartment, not sure what's in the ceiling but it sounds like squirrels or rats running around playing tag at all times of the night, you like being over charged for your rent and paying fines, trash every where like a sanitation land fill, office management that changes every other week so one blames the others for each others mistakes instead of taking responsibility, loud music at any given time of the night or day, dirty swimming pools and beer and bottles laying all over the place! There is one bright spot in the apartments and that's the maintenance man but he is so overwhelmed that it's difficult for him to take on task for the whole complex by himself! Forgot to mention that there are full fledge car mechanics that can repair your vehicle all through the out the apartment complex on site no need to take it to a shop!

    This apartments aren’t good at. All managers aren’t professionals at all I don’t recommend no one to come here at all. They don’t fix anything, I left these apartments and signs papers where I was going to leave and still get a fine. If I could put 0 stars I would’ve. Also when ever you I live there they never gave me the parking stickers and they tow my car several times awful and most horrible apartments complex I have ever lived.

    Was OK at fIrst until we hear a bunch of noise above us that the office does NOTHING about. Throwing cigarette butts out onto grass in our back porch area with beer bottles..Partying all hours of night..up down stairs ..drinking outside ..being loud..just nonsense constantly every other night it seems ince we lived here..only 4 months in!! and ...office does nothing..place each of us against the other. upstairs neighbors walks around loudly and slams around above us all night ...No Sleep ever!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! NOT TO MENTION THE PRICING IS OUTRAGEOUS

    UPDATE: I've lived here since March 21, 2020. Things were pretty good the first year. In 2021 the AC in my unit began not functioning correctly. The new owner/management (at that time) wouldn't repair/replace the unit. Their solution was to change the filter (which wasn't even really dirty, maintenance even said that) and recharge it with freon. This did nothing. Living here starting around mid-July 2021 until the end of the year, and about the same timeframe in 2022, has been pretty miserable. I talked to a friend of mine in 2021 who is HVAC certified and has worked in the industry for a long time. He said the compressor most likely needed to be replaced. He offered to check it out, source used parts, and do the repairs for me for just the cost of any parts. But I'm not allowed to do that according to the lease. And the manager (at the time) rudely let me know that. I told the maintenance about the possible compressor issue back then and nothing came of it. His explanation was that it's just so hot that the unit is struggling. Ownership changed again last year. All maintenance requests dated before September 2022 are gone now despite the current owner using the same online portal as the previous owner. I've been putting in maintenance requests to have the dishwasher fixed since January and it still doesn't work. Now the AC issues are happening again, except it gets worse each year. My apartment won't cool below 82° at night and gets up to around 90° during the day. It's getting worse by the day. I typically have it set at 74°. I've had it at 78° since this issue started again. I've tried setting it 1° less than the ambient temperature to gradually cool it down and give the unit a rest. That doesn't help and it makes it stay even hotter. I've worked from home since I moved in because of the pandemic. They haven't done routine maintenance on the AC. They change the filters occasionally and that's it. The AC runs constantly. I've turned it off for several hours to give it a break but nothing is working. So I just let it run. My electric bill has been high starting around mid-July of every year because of their negligence. I have an auto immune disease and can't sleep well at night when it's so warm. That effects my mentality sometimes. I hate that I dread coming home during certain times of the year. I called an emergency maintenance request over 4 hours ago. No one has come. I have friends nearby that live in apartments that don't have these issues and are able to keep their apartment cool. I've had blackout material covering every window, except one in the dining room (I need some kind of sunlight in my life), since 2021 which is kind of depressing. I see other units in this complex that have their window blinds open and can enjoy the sunlight. I've walked around the complex and seen some newer looking outside AC units in place. I wonder what it takes to get an AC that actually works. It can't just be blamed on the heat. It's the AC unit that is the problem. Previous review (5 stars): I am moving in on March 21st, 2020. I see reviews saying they dont answer the phone. I haven't had this problem at all and i have had to call on several occasions. The 1 bedroom apartment I am moving into had no signs of bugs of any kind and is perfectly fine in size. It comes with washer and dryer connections and has it's own water heater. I feel that's where people are complaining about the small space. A lot of complexes I have toured have no w/d connections and a boiler that provides hot water to each building. And they cost pretty much the same as here. People who complain about the pricing are probably not from DFW and haven't lived here long enough to know a well priced apartment if they saw one. Liz is the most polite, nicest leasing agent I have spoken to in my apartment search. She was on my side and really eager to help me. I am living at a not so well managed apartment right now, Keller Oaks is definitely not slum and seems to be managed well so far. I will update this after I have lived there a while.

    In these he is wrong in his favor, with the money to be paid, every month the payments increase. his administrator is never in the place and his assistants do not know many things, today I was there for the fourth time and I could never see the administrator

    I have been living here for a few months now. What I experienced and have experienced here at Kelly Oaks was a very friendly and professional office staff. Very kind and respectful. I had no problem at all. I am very happy with my unit I feel at home. The maintenance crew is the best they fix everything I need in a very quick and timely manner. Thank you! Kelly Oaks staff for making you feel at home.

    My experience here at Keller Oaks overall has been great. Since the moment you drive in the location seems fairly inviting and warming. Mayra has been a great help and has answer all my questions and made my move-in process smooth as possible. thank you.
