Bought a wedding ring here 20+ years ago. Have been into other locations to get it cleaned, sized, serviced etc. Came back here hoping to size and upgrade the ring for 25th anniversary and was unfortunately greeted with rudeness and dismissivness. Will try another location and hope for the best...

I purchased this gorgeous Never Dark Reactor watch and I have been turned on to this brand. Everything is smooth and well crafted. I went to the Auburn, Maine location and they took care of me immediately, set the watch to all the appropriate time/date. Vanessa at Day’s helped my fiancé and I fix my custom made ring so easily (we didn’t even purchase it through Day’s). I had a diamond missing and she came up with a quote for us, gave us a clear breakdown of everything, and I even found out it needed to be resized. She helped us through the whole process. I got my ring back less than a week later and it was STUNNING and fit so much better. I’m so, so happy with it and would recommend these jewelers to anyone!

During a recent visit to the store I was greeted upon entry by several staff members. They were very helpful to meet my needs for the visit. I was shopping for a new watch band. Upon finding the replacement the purchase was made for the band. During the purchase it was noted there was a price increase but I was given the marked price and the band was attached promptly and done within a few minutes. We got our wedding bands at Day's. We hadn't done a lot of research into the various styles of men's wedding bands, so we appreciated how Sasha showed us the options and talked us through some of the pros and cons and key considerations for each type. Our bands were ready in about two weeks and came packaged beautifully.
