I have to update my review! Wow, they fixed the things I mentioned! The bubble in floor was replaced with a new section, and it looks like all the showers got new heads and valves and the pressure in handicap shower is fantastic now. Nice work, PF Auburn, ME I've been to this one before. It's definitely clean, and they have a bunch of the new digital exercise equipment. I saw a wide variety of people getting serious workouts on. Very nice, somewhat underused spa area. This club wins the prize for Best Lighting over Sinks. I ended up using the nice, big handicap shower and discovered the hot water doesn't work in that shower and water pressure in it was ticklish, tho sink faucets are great. Floor bubbling in front; watch your step.

I love this place, I think everyone is to quick to judge this location based off of other peoples experience. Now I would agree that the location is small, and between the hours of 4:30 PM- 8:30 pm. There is the most people there throw out the week. Yes sometimes it is a little annoying to have to wait but simply going up to someone and asking. Hey, are you almost done with this is the simple way to do things, I really like this gym as a staff try their hardest, and I’ve seen it firsthand as I am friends with most of the people who work here. It’s not the staffs fault that the equipment breaks/ not enough space/ or policies to the membership. I wish people would see that more. Now In my experience on the busy rushes, I talk to people I get to know people. During these hours, there’s a really nice Community of people who like to come and hang out and speak to each other, and I find it quite enjoyable. Staff is always nice on every shift when I come. If you have a question, most of the time staff can help. The only really big thing I have a problem with is the water fountain needing to have the filter change and I wish there was a bigger space in, but other than that this place is great. I really enjoy my membership and the place.

I find the facility to be very clean with plenty of equipment. Staff is very friendly and usually greet you with a hello and wish you a good day while leaving. my only negative opinion is when some people park themselves on one of the 30 minute circuit machines using their cell phone while people are clearly trying to do the 30 minute circuit

I like this gym. Staff are friendly, the bathroom and equipment are always clean, I generally go to this gym when it's not too busy so I never have to wait for equipment to use. There are a fair amount of teenage boys who populate the gym during peak hours which can be annoying but it's not really a big deal. This gym definitely stands by the "judgement free zone" motto, I've seen super jacked guys working out alongside regular folks, it's also very nice to see that there are always a lot of women working out. I'm in the process of becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer so I like to workout in gyms that are comfortable and inclusive, this gym absolutely fits that standard.

The guys that work at night are super friendly and helpful. They are always cleaning the place spotless very good vibes. Wish they would change the filter in the water fountain. If you’re not gonna change it why would you put a light on it so we know you’re not changing it. Also, why is the water so warm kinda gross.

We are from out of town and staff was nice when we walked in. The gym is on the smaller side comparatively to other planet fitness centers we have been too. But everything we needed was there. For a Tuesday morning it was pretty full as well.

Decent PF, bathrooms are cleaned regularly and gym equipment is in good shape. However, if you come during peak times expect to spend some time waiting for equipment. They have 4 stair masters now which means one will be available almost always!

Shower was disgusting. Unclean and smelled bad. I had to rinse it out. Asked to use the massage chair. Told to wait in the lounge. She kept me waiting inthe lounge for 10 minutes before telling me I was not eligible for a massage. I understand that I'm not always eligible for one but to play middle school games was childish. Not coming back. Do not regret my hand gesture.

Altogether too small, and why on earth is there not a damn barbell in the place? Also, the crowd meter understates the crowd pretty badly. Really wish it was more the size of the SoPo location.

my overview of this gym as i have worked out here for a little while now comparatively too other planet fitness gyms around is a poor one only friendly staff are night crew “during over nights” i tried to cancel my membership an it never went through so now i owe money too you guys for a gym i didn’t even use. decided too come back because you continued too charge me after. and was wasting money after. talked too multiple day staff about it an they didn’t do anything what so ever. now after paying my monthly fee am not allowed too work out until i pay back past due that i canceled for. the water fountain filter hasn’t ever been changed too this day still it’s been 3 - 4 months now showers were down for weeks at a time an theirs so many tread mills it makes actually lifting weights impossible you will be constantly waiting for a machine too be done to for some kid too jump on it the second it’s free before you even have time too respectfully let the last person finish if you want judgment free go too a real gym, planet fitness has the most hateful people not just at this gym many many others too between ego lifting an side eyes you’d never imagine anywhere else. a real gym would treat anyone better, yes theirs slamming weights an bigger fellas but all of those fellas would be the first people too help you learn or even save your life without even knowing you. planet fitness prices are good but this is a factor of you do in fact get what you pay for.

Been going for a year now and enjoy it. Staff are friendly and do a good job keeping the place clean. It can be a bit annoying that some people hog machines/stations but it’s not worth the battle - I just find something else to do. As most think, it’s usually the other patrons that result in complaints. I like it.

The Auburn Planet Fitness is always a clean, friendly, and welcoming environment. Staff are always kind and helpful. It is a great facility to workout in.

The nice lady at the front is always super welcoming. She deserves a raise. She’s always there when I’m there so who knows if she even leaves. She could have a secret bedroom setup out back. Taking the snacks and drinks from upfront for dinner. Regardless, wicked nice lady.

I go in the weekends and it's always clean and great environment. The workers during the weekend always have a smile on their face and welcoming. Everything is so clean and put together.

Great staff and easy access to gym equipment. Staff are readily available to address any issues

Usually love coming here have been for a year. Tonight the (I believe) assistant manager was incredibly rude. In the past when the water fountain has had a broken sign on it (which I would have assumed meant a broken machine?) they club has offered each member a free water. The assistant tonight told my boyfriend he could not have said free water because I do not have a card on file. He huffed and puffed before offering the water for free at which point my boyfriend had already put it back. I went up to ask and grab a pad he handed me the pad with his back to me. I asked about the water and was met with an extreme defensive from him. I then told him they usually offer free waters in the past to which he replied the water fountain was not actually broken. He then told me that he was giving waters out earlier in the night but no longer felt like it. Seems like a weird way to manage a business. I’ve never ever had an issue with any other staff member or aspect of this club. I have previously worked as shift lead at pf and couldn’t imagine handling a situation the way he did. To every other member of the staff you all do amazing and are greatly appreciated!
