Oh man where do I start!? I was lucky to make a reservation a couple hours before heading over. I had briefly mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday over the phone and when we arrived, she wished him a happy birthday right away! We go into our room and Laurie had put up a happy birthday banner! She explained how to use the hot tub, told us there was a radio with a Bluetooth function, and made sure she was out the door before our reserved time started. We had complete privacy to blast music and enjoy the jets in the dark with the lights! For sure going back to celebrate other occasions! Thank you so much Laurie!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Driving up, I did not expect the experience we ended up getting. We rented the outdoor hottub and sauna combo, and it was AMAZING. I am so glad we went on a cold snowy day!! The hot tub was VERY CLEAN, and in EXCELLENT condition!!! Every single hot tub I've ever been to either had problems with it, missing parts, weird floaties, or just dirty facilities. This hot tub looked and operated as if they had purchased it that day. The transaction process is brief, she told us how to operate the equipment, and advised us to be as comfortable as we wanted. You don't have to do any transacting at the end of the stay, which I think is a nice touch (she was very nice, but not overly chatty, which I appreciated) Also, they knew it was my birthday, so they had a cute little Happy Birthday sign hanging up for me by the hot tub. We will definitely go back again and again!!!

Everything seemed nice until I turned the rooms lights off. The color LEDS in the hot tub exposed the dirty water. The water was absolutely compromised with so much hair floating all around the top. It wasn't just hair other gross film. The water was set to 98 degrees, a warm bath. 104 is my preference for hot tubing..many people seem pleased with this place. I was too until I realized the water was absolutely not filtered enough. The women was nice and had waters for us but we will not be back.

Wow! Such and amazing date night I surprised my hubby with last evening! We are from out of town and wanted a hot place to soak and relax before the long drive back. I was hesitant but it far exceeded our expectations. The outdoor hot tub was brand new and fully equipped. The sauna with the cold water shower built in was the coolest thing I’ve ever seen! Every small detail was thought of. The ONLY thing I would have wished different was maybe a bug screen of some kind. There were a lot of mosquitoes and even though the tub was fenced and had a roof, we were getting bit up a bit getting in and out. But that didn’t even bother us as much because of how awesome it all was! She provided waters, towels, robes and a SUPER clean environment. Flexible with times, friendly, left us with lots of privacy, great amenities. I could go on and on but if you can make it.. GO! You’ll be so glad you did.

Steve was accommodating, kind and fair. I highly recommend this place for a low key relaxing day or night trip.

My husband and I went today for a relaxation day. We had a fantastic time. Clean. Owners were friendly and engaging. The tub and the room were so nice. Showers were stocked with essentials. Provided us with towels and waters. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

We were in Gray Maine for the weekend and booked a massage for both of us because we liked the reviews we saw. She followed all the Covid regulations and that was very comforting. A hot tub is provided before the massage. She is very knowledgeable and we had great massage. We would definitely be back when in the area. Thanks so much. Pauline and David

Great clean relaxing place. New infrared sauna is awesome!!!

i cannot give enough stars to this amazing facility!!! i have OCD and really struggle with public spaces/bathrooms. i felt immediately at home here. the hot tub was HUGE and spotless. like seriously, it looked straight out of the box. there was a shower to rinse off before and after, and an AC in case you got too warm. the jets are insanely nice, and the bluetooth speaker to play your own music was such a good idea. they also put the sweetest decor for our anniversary, which was so unexpected and so thoughtful. can’t wait to come back!!
