Fantastic new Middle Eastern spot. Their fresh pita is some of the best I’ve tasted. You have to order the bread - it’s not complimentary like some places, nor should it be. The portions are quite generous and everything tastes great. The salad was perfectly dressed, shawarma had excellent flavor, and the hummus was very good. Service was wonderful and willing to accommodate special requests.

Nathan was phenomenal! I ordered the shish tawook with rice and a Fattoush salad. The food was fresh, hot and also delicious. I definitely will be returning at a later date. I’m definitely glad I stopped in here!!!

Absolutely delicious food. We ate a feast and the waitress was very attentive. I loved the giant murals of Detroit, Beirut, and Yemen! This is classic Lebanese food, very fresh flavors. Not the cinnamon and cumin overload like some restaurants. They had boba tea available but I was too full after the feast we ordered. My favorite dish was the hummus with lamb, and my mother loved the shish kafta.

I’ve ate here a couple times so far and had to leave a review to let everyone know how great this place is. I’ve eaten at several Mediterranean food places in the metro Detroit area and this is the best place I’ve ever ate at. The bread is amazing, great texture and fluffy on inside. Garlic is wonderful and authentic. I’ve had their shawarmas and their meat is juicy and tender. I can’t get enough of this place and look forward to returning. Staff is friendly and owner is very nice!

I was absolutely blown away by their Shrimp Spaghetti and Mediterranean Chicken, and I’m European. Their bread is cooked fresh on site and their garlic dip was perfect. However, I wished their bread wasn’t as chewy, it’s probably due to over kneading and/or cooking too fast on higher than necessary temperatures, or they’re using the wrong type of flour, all-purpose flower is sometimes better than bread flower). Their service was impeccable and their prices very low. I can’t recommend this place enough.

It is above average for me but not 5 stars. Pluses: Clean restaurant Fresh hot bread Garlic sauce (loved it!) Kefta was great! House salad was amazing according to my wife. Minuses: Chicken shawerma was just large piece of chicken and cut into smaller pieces. Didn’t have flavor. Beef shawerma was full of spices, way too much like nutmeg. Overall: good service but some dishes are better than others.

Was out shopping and needed a lunch break! Stumbled upon this place and loved it!!! Wonderful service, friendly vibes, all over a good time. Had some soup, wraps, and a brownie! The brownie was maybe a bit ubderdone, but other than that, will gladly be coming back here 😁

My husband and I came for the first time, there was a table of loud boys who kept laughing and looking in our direction. Maybe just coincidence but it made us uncomfortable so we asked that our order be to go and waited outside. We didn't even mention it but the owner was extremely understanding, apologized, and even threw in fresh bread and free desserts! I'm glad we gave it a chance because we will be back. The food was very fresh, and phenomenal!!! Very kind staff.

Honestly I’m surprised this place isn’t more popular. They make everything fresh. The bread is DELICIOUS, always fluffy and warm. Chicken was well seasoned and tender. Garlic (seems like it’s aioli? But not 100% on that) is pretty strong, in the best way. The lady at the counter is SO nice. I’ve only gotten carry out so far, but I can’t wait to dine in. The inside of the restaurant is really pretty. It’s a little small, but not cramped. I was a bit surprised at how reasonable the prices are; you get some good sized portions too! Highly recommend for some good food!

My first experience was overall good! The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean, but a bit chilly on a cold evening. The lights were also bit bright and could have been dimmed to create a relaxed cozy vibe. We were greeted right away and our server was nice and attentive. I was surprised to be served with commentary garlic sauce and puffed pita. Definitely a nice touch! But, I was not impressed with the food. My friend and I didn't order a lot because we had some catching up to do, but my take on the food was it was from a jar, or can and it didn't taste homemade. I ordered the lentil soup and it was quite thick and mushy, and lacking flavor. My friend ordered grape leaves and they came to table wet, mushy, and appeared out of a jar. We didn't send it back, or complain because I wanted to leave an honest review based on the overall experience. I would definitely go back and try something else, and see if maybe we just ordered some not-so-good items.
