Dr. Paulson and his whole team are awesome! The hygienist ( who I call my bff) is very knowledgeable, friendly and funny! They really treat you like family.

I was charged for the service I didn't scheduled for. I recently went in for a teeth cleaning at this dental office, but was disappointed to find out that they gave me an x-ray without informing me that it was not a part of the teeth cleaning and would come at an extra charge. I had ONLY scheduled for a teeth cleaning, and was blindsided by this unexpected fee. When I asked about it, the staff was unapologetic and unhelpful. She insisted that I had to have a dental x-ray every year, otherwise I couldn't get teeth cleaned in their office. Ok, I get it now. BUT that doesn't excuse them charging me for a service I didn't intend to receive. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend this dental office to anyone.

Recently has intense tooth pain in my back molars. Very serious issue. Called Arbor dental and got an immediate appointment with Dr. Paulson. He determined the issue within minutes and personally got me a same-day appointment with an oral surgeon. Highly recommend Arbor Dental and Dr. Paulson.

Arbor Dental is an exceptional practice. They respect your time and are ready and waiting when you arrive for your appointment. They are experienced, efficient and very friendly. The staff are long term employees, so that speaks volumes about the employee/employer relationship too. Highly recommend!!

The staff at Arbor Dental Associates were simply amazing. The experience of checking in was great. You felt welcomed as soon as your came through the door. The hygienist did everything to make you comfortable before you were seen by the doctor. The doctor was phenomenal. He was upfront about what was going on.
