Dr Sack doesn’t rush his time with his patients, he’s very thorough & listens to all concerns & addresses them immediately. We are so happy to have found him! The staff are all wonderful as well! Everyone works in unison to provide a comfortable atmosphere.

I love this doctor's office. I've seen many doctors who work/worked here and I've only disliked two of them. They weren't terrible, just didn't like their personalities really. I've always gotten help for anything that was wrong with me. I feel like they care about the patient! The desk staff and medical assistants are all great! Friendly and helpful! 😄 I'd recommend coming here! 👍

Dr. Marshall Sack is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I have been his patient over 40 years. He really cares. He’s very smart and always takes time to explain things. He’s also very organized and proficient and very kind. His staff is also excellent. You can tell they are happy. This is a very busy practice. Dr. Sack’s popularity is well known. He also has diagnosed many things in my family that were lifesaving.

Dr. Sack and Amy Marshall P.A. really care about their patients! I have always received excellent care at Family Care Physicians. I moved to Novi 10 years ago and was really stressed about finding a good primary care physician. I am thankful for being a patient at Family Care Physicians. Janine the office manager always responds promptly to my requests via the patient portal or by phone. Audrey, Chelsea, and the front office staff are always helpful.

This practice seems chronically over-scheduled and behind schedule. Every appointment I've had here included 1-2 hours wait to be seen after arriving at my appointment time. My most recent visit included an 80 minute wait in the exam room after being taken back. To be clear, I have never gotten BAD care here. When I do see a Dr. or P.A. they are attentive and thorough, but they are rushed. I've learned to bring a specific list of questions and items I want addressed to make the best use of the few minutes I eventually have with the doctor. And bring a book, or a fully charged phone.

My adult daughter has received such sincere caring from the doctors, PAs, and the staff over the last five years. Yesterday she had an appointment and woke up with a migraine. We went in anyway, and she vomited before going into the exam room. Her PA was so kind and suggested we head home and do it later as a telehealth visit even though it meant she stayed late. She was so caring and gracious and helpful. Love the people at this practice. They are so sincere.

My experience in that place is always great. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The nurses are also very pleasant and accomodating. As far as Dr. Sack, all I have to say is that he is the best doctor ever. I can't say enough ĝood things about him. He cares about his patients and actually gives everyone their due time. He actually HEARS what the patients have to say and doesn't rush you. Not many doctors do that. He has been able to get me out of several health issues I had. Excellent doctor!

Dr Sack has been my PCP for over 2 years now. He is a great Doctor. Office staff is pleasant. This is a training facility so alot of student docs. Only complaint I have ever had is the wait time. I've waited as little as 1 hour and as long as 4.5 hours before being seen with an appointment. I recommend early morning appointments or the last appointment of the day.
