I recently had a virtual session with Dr. D of LifeStance. The appointment started on time and ran smoothly, which was much appreciated. Dr. D was warm, welcoming, calm, and understanding. We discussed my current stressors and he provided thoughtful and insightful feedback. His approach made me feel comfortable and well-understood. I found the session time well spent, leaving with a clearer perspective and practical tools to better handle my situation. I would highly recommend Dr. D to anyone seeking a professional and empathetic psychiatrist. I am eager to continue our sessions in the future.

William was wonderful. The office is beautiful and clean. It was quiet which was nice. I feel like someone finally understands me. He took his time with me and didn't rush anything. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and he explained things that I wouldn't have thought to ask but should know.

Dr. William Waling is the best nurse practitioner ever. He is so sweet, personable, kind, and understanding. He's honestly one of my favorite providers I've ever seen in my entire life. He has helped me so much and always takes the time to talk with me and he truly cares about how I'm doing. He is an amazing person ❤️ and his smile brightens up my life!

Dr. Was great but the way they run their business is terrible and shady. Billing department is impossible to get ahold of. Invoices are intentionally unclear. They what everything handled through the website which doesn't work properly. Again the actual mental health staff is great but if an issue come up the business side is awful.

My experience with LifeStance was nothing less than amazing. All of the staff I encountered were professional, outgoing and approachable. I forgot the names of the ladies at the front desk that I spoke with but they truly showed interest in my calls (I called numerous times) and made sure that my problem was resolved. They guided me thru logging in and followed it with an follow-up call. Thank you ladies. Dr. Demercurio is awesome! Extremely easy to talk to and very informative. I would highly recommend LifeStance.

By far Life Stance is the best Health Care Service. My doctor is really nice and he listens He actually cares. The receptionists are very kind. I recommend Life Stance to all my friends and family who needs a health care provider. Thats why I rate them a 5 Star there the best.

I highly recommend Dr.DeMecurrio for all your Physche needs. Very easy to talk to and very personable. He was truly interested in my story leading up to today. It was my first experience with a physchologist. Thank you Dr. D for your undivided attention.

The late cancellation fee is dumb. My provider changed my appointment location several times after I have arrived at the location that we were scheduled to meet at. Then when I canceled on them because of that they decided to charge me. Trying to get the proper diagnosis has been hard also. It has taken over 3 months.

I was recently seen by a medical provider for my first visit. I found the doctor to be thorough, professional and Aldo very understanding. I highly recommend Dr. D. Smith. That being said, I had some concerns and questions about my insurance and called the billing office several times before my appointment, hoping to get answers before I was seen by their doctor. I had a hard time getting anyone to return my call and when they finally did, I missed the call and had to start all over again trying to get a call back as the person who left a message said to call them back. Very frustrating!
