at
giant
plumbing.
Trusted
his
information
about
the
machine
I
was
purchasing
as
it
cost
several
$1000
asked
many
questions
about
the
warranty
if
something
were
to
happen
with
it.
Was
promised
many
things
and
Peter
did
not
come
through.
Long
story
short
my
machine
malfunction
less
than
a
year
in
and
he
refused
to
service
or
even
process
my
warranty
through
rigid.
After
speaking
with
rigid
directly
and
many
other
places
they
claim
that
because
I
bought
it
from
Peter
he
would
have
to
process
the
warranty
which
all
it
means
he
needs
to
send
it
back
to
rigid
and
he
refuses
to
do
so
therefore
I
am
out
on
my
own
with
the
cost
of
the
repair.
Will
not
be
shopping
here.
EDIT:
After
making
this
review
it
influenced
Peter
to
do
the
right
thing
and
get
ahold
of
the
local
ridgid
primary
representative.
David
Lagasse
made
things
right
and
after
taking
my
machine
to
colony
hardware
they
fixed
it
free
of
charge.
Alot
of
unnecessary
stress
and
phone
calls
.
I
change
my
review
to
2
stars
now
for
Giant
plumbing
at
least
making
an
effort
even
if
I
had
to
leave
a
review
to
put
things
in
motion.
