This is the first negative review I have ever left for any Marriott property as a lifetime Gold status member. The check in was awkward in that the person at the front desk did her best to talk us out of checking in. We were told they might be sold out (without checking the system). I asked if she was sure, since the app showed vacancies shortly prior to arriving. She also mentioned the price of the second night as being over $430 (I assume to discourage me from checking). Once we booked via the app at the front desk, she dismissively gave us our key, "you're all set then." No gracious (and very standard) "thank you for being a loyal member; please contact us with any questions, etc." Zero stars for front desk, more on that later. Maid service is 5 star, so is the restaurant/bar staff. Both beyond friendly. The rooms are 3 star. The hotel lobby is very nice, and it seems any remodel budget was spent on the shared spaces. The rooms are basically Courtyard rooms with laminate floors that replaced the carpeting. The furniture is dated. The bathrooms are nothing special or updated. I was hoping check in was just a bad day, but we had to deal with the same person on our last day of a 2 night stay. We were politely asked (don't recall the gentleman's name) the previous night to call after 8am for late check out on the morning of. Called at 8 AM. The same person from check in (Kimberly) was asked for late check out, she was having none of it. Politely reminded of status and asked for an hour, she said "not at this time." Did not argue. We accepted defeat and checked out at 11 AM as required. Tough to defend the one employee who greets and sends off a guest being so sour on inquiries from loyal guests. There's other great Detroit options. Don't let this speak for all Marriott properties, though.

I am staying at this hotel now, due to check out in the morning. Overall, everything has just been OK. The room is fine — nothing special — with a bed that feels cheap and uncomfortable. I’ve had better beds in a Holiday Inn Express. The staff are a mixed bag: some friendly and helpful, others rude. Housekeeping was a low effort job. The downstairs bar/restaurant, again, gets the job done but is nothing to write home about. Never tried the food, but the drinks and wine selection leave something to be desired. This is a former Ritz-Carlton, and there are vestiges of that stately past evident. The Club lounge on the 10th floor, which I had access to, an example. Sadly, The Henry is far from Ritz quality today. All in all, an OK place to sleep for a couple nights if you have a reason to be in the area, but not worth the relatively steep rates. Marriott needs to improve consistency in the Autograph portfolio… second Autograph stay in a month that has been a letdown.

Lovely hotel, with great art collection and super friendly staff. The location is a bit odd- but convenient nonetheless. When you drive in it feels a bit like you’re entering a business park (which is because you are). Yet it’s a 1980s business park... okay, no big deal. Doesn’t take away from the quality of the hotel. I picked this hotel because I wanted a nice place to stay where I wouldn’t have to pay $30 for parking. (It has a no-cost parking lot for guests). The final three positive things I can say about the hotel are: 1) Love the fireplaces on the ground floor (restaurant and Lobby lounge seating area); 2) staff at breaks were fantastic (Rene and Sarah, I’m looking at you!); and 3) Nice little gift shop near the check in area.

Spent two nights at The Henry. No turn down/bed making service performed after night one. No new towels provided either. At checkout, I asked the person at the front desk why the bed was not made and no updated towels provided. The response was "Did you request that at check-in?" I spend 50 nights a year in hotels across the budget spectrum. Even Motel 6 makes the bed for you and provides new towels. Disgraceful response. This hotel should be ashamed of itself. Hotel management, spare everyone the "limited staff", "going green" or outdated "COVID" response. At least, make the bed. For a purported high-end hotel, The Henry has a low-level budget profile. Not coming back.

The Henry truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-class. The staff were friendly and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself was stunning, with beautiful art and decor throughout the property. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I was impressed by the number of luxurious amenities and features. The location was also perfect, situated in a picturesque part of the city and within easy reach of many top attractions. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a truly delightful experience. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and top-class amenities made it a standout choice for any traveler. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

I wish I had taken more photos of the property. Unfortunately, I did not. The front desk staff greeted me, and she could not have been nicer to me (An older girl with an accent; I forgot her name). So let me start with the positive: there was always an elevator on the ground floor waiting to take you to your room. The room that we had was big and immaculate. The bed was nice and soft, and this bed did not have the mini pillows, which are becoming more popular in Marriott rooms. Plenty of spa products and plenty of outlets were left in the room. The staff around the property always said hi and even tried to have some conversations every chance they could. The morning buffet for $25 (I think that was the cost) is well worth it. I did love it even though it was a little small. They had plenty of treadmills and had two Peloton bikes, which was phenomenal. If I am nitpicking, the negative for the property is that the elevator key card does not always work, making use of the other key card on the other side of the elevator door. The rug that was in our room had the corners peeling in an upward motion. The biggest disappointment was the concierge lounge. I was early one day and went down at 6:25 A.M. just to take a look at what was there. The girl immediately told me they were not open until 6:30 A.M. I came back, looked around, and decided to eat elsewhere. This was a huge letdown disappointment for the lounge. Would I stay at this property again? Absolutely. I enjoyed almost every aspect of it. But, with that said, I wouldn't book this property based on the concierge lounge.

Check in was wonderful! My husband declined maid service, but I wanted fresh towels. The staff checking me in said they could send up fresh towels for us now so we have them ready. I said "oh, we will be there for only 10 minutes" and she said they'd be there before we even got up there! That was awesome. I couldn't find the do not disturb door hanger sign in the room, and the maid service knocked on our door at 9am and said a name that wasn't ours on the day of checkout where we were planning to sleep right until check out time. Not great! The maid service was otherwise so so nice!! They said good morning/afternoon to us in the hallways every time we passed by them. The restaurant and bar in the hotel was fantastic, as was the catering for the wedding we attended. The room itself didn't have a microwave nor a mini fridge, which was weird to me, but fine because we just told ourselves that rich, fancy people don't save leftovers and reheat food! Lol. The ART!!! Oh my goodness the art is amazing. I loved wandering the halls and looking at all the art. This was unique to me and really cool to read the artist blurbs on each floor.

Stayed for business and the room was renovated and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was terrific. The omelet station had a big selection and the omelet came out well, not greasy at all like some omelet stations. Renee was my server and she was cheerful and wonderful. Fruit was great. This was my first time staying here and the experience makes it my go-to for my future travel here.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with phenomenal service! However, the beds are absolutely awful and really hindered our experience. We were given a king size bed that honestly felt more like a queen. We have a king size bed at home but the hotel king bed was so much smaller for some reason. The pillows have zero support and gave us awful neck pain. The mattress was also very hard and left us with back pain. I couldn’t sleep comfortably at all and, as I type this, my back still hurts from the hard mattress. Also, there are no microwaves in the rooms? That’s so strange for such a nice hotel to not have microwaves. The toilet is also comically low to the ground, but now I’m just being nitpicky. This would have easily been a 10/10 experience if the beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a microwave in the room.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff. Marty at the door is the absolute best. He made our stay 5 Stars. The hotel restaurant is great and the bartenders make it fun. Only thing strange to comment on - we received an app notification our room was ready. I approached the front desk upon and was greeted by the front desk worked saying "Hi, no rooms are ready". I informed the man that our app said otherwise. He checked and sure enough our room was indeed ready! Seems a bit odd to greet guests with "hi, no rooms are ready".

I cannot give this hotel enough stars. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the same can be said about the atmosphere of the halls and common areas. Amenities aside, the hotel staff was incredibly hospitable. I am not usually one to write reviews on public forums, however the employees went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome, and I feel like the service was worth commending. Marty and Alex in particular are masters of their profession. Well done to the both of you, thanks again for going above and beyond to make this stay memorable. I will be returning to this hotel again in the future!

Wonderful staff. They were all very kind to our 3 year old and provided our whole family with excellent service. Excellent breakfast buffet. Stayed with a toddler and the cot worked perfect in the king bedroom suite. They even had pool toys at the pool which was beautiful. Very clean rooms and pool area. Will be staying again next time we are this way.

I really enjoy our stay over the weekend. Stayed two nights. However, we went out Saturday and didn't get back for a few hours to see that housekeeping had came in and did their thing. I'm not opposed to that, but we had some personal things laying around. Nothing was missing just the fact I did not know they would be in while we were out. I called the front desk to ask and was told first they only come in upon request then was told they come into the rooms where guests are staying multiple nights. I explained the above situation and didn't receive any sort of apology. I just left it at that. Nice and quiet hotel and classy atmosphere.

As other reviewers have said, don’t be fooled by the name. This hotel’s staff presents as though they are running a cheap motel. I would never recommend that anyone stay here for the lack of customer service alone. My wife and I came in for her delivery at a nearby hospital- the day before she was due. We arrive at the hotel and the staff tells us we will have to wait to check in because their system was down. I asked if it was 5 to 10 minutes of a wait or was it longer- the staff member stated 5 minutes. After waiting 30 min, my wife explained her situation and one of the staff members was attempting to find a room for us manually so my wife could change and go to the hospital. However, this staff member was told not to by another staff member that rolled her eyes and said “ma’am, we don’t do that you’re just going to have to wait.” Then she proceeded to help another man check in on the side manually- just as we asked given our circumstances. We waited another 30 minutes and then told them we had to leave because of my wife’s condition. The rude staff member just said “okay” without any apology. Needless to say, we didn’t stay there and never will in the future. We checked in to the Renaissance in Detroit and received the level of service we expect from our Ambassador Elite status with Marriot. If you want a high end experience, stay anywhere but here. If you want to be treated like a second class customer, stay at the Henry. Hint: there is a reason you will find this hotel at a much cheaper rate on third party sites.

Stayed to here to attend an event at the hotel. The event and banquet was great. The rooms checked out the basics, such as a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. But the small value adds were below par, they are not updated and had basic amenities. The maid service did not even re-stock the coffee supply. The rooms are comparable to a Fairfield hotel. I cannot understand how they are justifying the price point with such a poor product offering.

It is okay. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The fire alarm went off at night during our stay at 2 Am. The hot coffee was out. The lounge was closed. The pool smelled bad. The fitness center was lack luster. The iron in our room was leaking. The leather in the room was flaking off. Due to Covid there is no housekeeping. Its more a 2 star hotel than a real 4 star hotel. That being said that staff is friendly and the hotel is pretty . It's close to everything.

As a wedding vendor I had the privilege working at The Henry on wedding setup. Love the venue, super friendly staffs and very accommodating. The venue is big enough that you can have both ceremony & reception without too much of "flip-the-room".

Place is amazing, amenities rival the best hotels even in NYC (with extra space to boot). Service was excellent, shout out to Paul who brought out sweet coffees and pastries right as I sat down. The most outstanding part of the hotel though has to be Marsha at reception. It felt like a homecoming to be received by her at the start of my experience. She is lovely and caring and an exceptional person. I greatly valued interacting with her anytime I could during my stay here. Marsha is an absolute delight and a crown jewel of this amazing hotel.

If you are looking for a hotel that offers you very good food and a nice stayover, then Hotel Henry in Dearborn Detroit might be the right choice for you. The hotel is located in a very lonely location, far away from the city and any civilization. The only attraction nearby is an abandoned mall, which you can visit if you get bored. But who needs entertainment, when you can enjoy the burgers at the hotel's restaurant? They are juicy, tasty, and huge. You will not regret ordering them, except maybe for your waistline. The hotel's rooms are cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you need. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The windows offer a stunning view on the parking lot. Hotel Henry is a great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy some quality time with yourself or your loved ones. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they will make you feel welcome and pampered. The only problem is that the hotel is so isolated that it is hard to get to and from. You will need a car to get there.

For the price there should be better service. The person who works at lost & found is extremely rude. Should not be getting upset at me for trying to find my belongings. Housekeeping threw my things away. The manager lied to me over the phone when i needed help. Friday night they gave my sister in law a hard time to get into HER room. I do appreciate the woman at the front desk who was helpful to us Saturday morning with our bags and letting us up to help the bride and groom.

Beautiful place to stay, very comfortable....the artwork was so amazing. Everyone was so accommodating. I'm in a wheelchair and my first rooms bathroom wasn't accessible and they were so quick to change that and get me what I needed. I will definitely be back there to stay. I didn't get to the pool but like I said I will definitely be back.....and the hotel always smelled great, I wish I knew what they used ☺

Stayed here one night, food was mediocre - not impressive at all! Eat elsewhere. Staff was mediocre. Room was 1 star, phone didn’t work, structural sounds coming from ceiling kept me up all night, did not sleep at all! They claimed someone can to check it out and found nothing. Also woke up with a scratch on my cheek and found websites online that claim the hotel is haunted…hotel didn’t do anything other than give me 5K bonus points in my bonvoy app. Not worth it at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We stayed at the Henry Hotel for its easy location to Greenville Village and the Henry Ford Museum. We had excellent customer service all around. The front desk staff were extremely helpful when we needed to add a night last minute. Renee at their restaurant Tria was amazing (also the food was amazing as well...get the blackberry french toast!) We had two excellent breakfasts as a large group with her. She was just awesome! We also had a great experience with Linda in loss prevention. My daughter left behind two small stuffed animals that got stuck in the bedding and Linda made her day when she found them. Pool area at the hotel is really nice and has some pool toys for use in their pool. Rooms were clean and well appointed. We brought a dog with us and they were very accomodating and everyone was very friendly. Will return someday!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Henry! We stay there every time we travel to Michigan and the staff is so amazing!! Valencia should be recognized by Marriott for her skills in customer service!! The only hiccup was a slightly rude restaurant concierge but that was quickly forgotten in the luxurious room!

  • 5/5 Teresa A. 1 year ago on Google
A beautiful hidden gem in Dearborn! We had an event here and everything ran so smoothly. The staff was attentive and ao sweet. Bathrooms were so clean. Even the valet/concierge was a total gentleman full of life and always wore a smile. Yes, it is a pricey hotel but what you are getting for that price is above and beyond.

The two front desk women Jacki and Wendy(I) were very helpful and sweet. However the TRIA restaurant is a disaster. Me and my boyfriend booked a room with the romantic getaway package which includes a $50 credit for the restaurant or in room dining. We went to the restaurant. They were busy because of a dance competition so we were ignored on three separate occasions. Finally we get our food ordered, and it comes everything is great until the bill. I signed the bill because I thought I was supposed to because I thought that’s how they would know about the $50 credit. I also put money in the book, my boyfriend took it up there, a guy took the book, came back with change and we left. Next thing you know, there was a random $80 charge to my room, I go downstairs the next morning, it was supposedly fixed then I check again before check out and they charged the entire meal that I paid cash for to my room. I go downstairs they’re saying I’m on camera signing the receipt but not putting money in the book. Question, if I never put money in the book, then why did the server go get me change? He had to have opened the book seen the $140 I put in to see the $5 tip to then give me $10 change. But nope. They’re saying I never paid cash for it. We had to call the cops, me nor the cops could see the footage and now they’re acting like they gave me the meal free when I paid in cash and I never even got that $50 credit for the meal either. They even had an attitude with the whole cash thing saying they don’t get it often they usually get cards. Okay so then somewhere should be that $140 in cash that I gave. The fact that it was so disorganized makes me wonder if one of the workers took the cash and that’s why we can’t see the footage. Because how can I be on camera signing the receipt but the camera miraculously doesn’t show me putting money in at the same time? Now because of all the confusion there’s weird charges on my card and they’re giving the run around. I should be getting my deposit fee back and $50 since I never go that credit. But nope. This place is ridiculous.

I went there for state testing, the art was very nice and the staff were helpful. I didn't see the rooms but based on how the part I saw looked they are probably nice. the ceilings were so high, and the rooms so large, you could probably bring a car inside. there were also very nice carpets and it was very quiet. the only bad part is that 1. there is bad cell service, and 2. there was some kind of staff maintenance hallway behind a nearby door that was very noisy. tbh I'm only writing a review this long to get an achievement.

Very neat hotel with very cool artwork all over. Great food. We had a noisy wedding party on our floor and our room was by the elevator so we didn't sleep well at all but it's hard for even the nicest of hotel to control their guests.

  • 4/5 Moe K. 1 year ago on Google
Good place to stay and clean. The art is very beautiful and well selected. The staff and the atmosphere itself are okay. It’s a convenient location with clean room, but don’t have high expectations because of its name and price. The low rating reviews have solid points as well as the high rating reviews. Over all, good place but don’t expect a lot even if you are a gold/platinum member.

Had a holiday party in one of the smaller banquet rooms and it was perfect. Beautiful modern decor, the staff was really nice and worked with us to ensure everything was perfect. One star removed because when desert came along, only some guests received theirs while others didn't.

Absolute worst hotel experience. I booked this for my wedding weekend to surprise my new husband with the best hotel Marriott had to offer. The bathroom floors were dirty, the door knob to the closet was hanging off. The chairs leather was cracked and flaking off. There was no full length mirror (what the heck, the cheap holiday inn we stayed at last week had one, this is standard) so getting reading for my wedding was a nightmare trying to see my dress in the bathroom mirror while trying to not get my dress dirty since the floors were left dirty with mud looking streaks. The bed was so uncomfortable he couldn’t sleep and he was exhausted all day on our wedding day because it. The blanket was worse than a motel 6, I got cold in the middle of the night but the only blanket on the bed was this thin blanket that made me wish I had a left over packing blanket in my car because it would have been warmer. Woke up w a sore throat from being so cold (my husband lives it cold which is fine but I need to have a blanket myself which has never been a problem), ended up loosing my voice by 4pm on my wedding day. Just absolutely horrible. Thanks for leaving a horrible shadow on my wedding weekend that can never be undone. I wish we would have just stayed in the cheap holiday inn we were in last week.

This is quite possibly the worst hotel experience of my life. None of the amenities we requested during booking were actually available even though they were explicitly offered. The "complimentary" breakfast cost $25/person. The shuttle does not keep regular hours so we actually ended up stranded at a popular destination because the shuttle service ended at noon that day. Room service and bell service were likewise sporadically unavailable. Both kids had ear infections the morning after swimming in the pool. We Door Dashed medicine from a local CVS only to discover the hotel has a strict no delivery person policy. And they do not offer itemized receipts for services during the stay. They save that for a surprise at check out. And, most telling, the hotel itself is in some disrepair and it appears that common areas are not cleaned and sanitized as advertised. Over all, a whole lot of hype on the website for a very poor experience.

It’s been quite some time since I visited this hotel. I booked 3 rooms to accommodate 4 adults and 5 kids for our visit to Greenfield Village’s holiday nights nearby. I was happy to see familiar faces like Marty at the door and to see that the staff was as pleasant as ever just as they were when this hotel was the Ritz Carlton. While the updates and cleanliness of the hotel were still top notch, the staff’s welcoming and pleasant demeanors are what made the experience. I will be back sooner rather than later to bring the family back during the next few winter months to have the kids enjoy the indoor pool and an opportunity for us to relax and have a great meal. Great experience!

  • 5/5 Latrice D. 2 years ago on Google
We were in town only a couple of days. The hotel lobby and common areas are really nice. Take your time and enjoy the art on the walls or if your here in the winter, enjoy the cozy fireplace. The staff (ALL, from the door attendants, to front desk, to the house keepers) are top of the line in hospitality, always readily available to assist in any way possible. The rooms could use some updating with the furniture (it was completely torn and peeling), the peeling wallpaper. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The wifi wasn't working for most of our stay, but with so many phone plans offering unlimited data, that wasn’t a problem. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, which made for a peaceful night's rest after a long day.

Amazing and beautiful hotel. My husband and I had our wedding here and it was perfect, the gallery for cocktail hour and the ballroom were great! Pam was very helpful. Anytime we’ve gone back to the hotel, we are treated so well. Highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay in a big dusty city. Ambience, CS, services & Highly knowledgeable doormen make staying here a pleasure. Going to and from in the city is easy; rooms are kept fresh daily; The automated coffee bar in the front lobby is a little pricey; and so is the food in the restaurant, but it is outstanding! And the chef is very creative. These autograph signature hotels are worth every penny. If you’re old enough to know you’ll remember when most hotels were like this. Now they stand out, a cut above the others.

I've stayed here twice and it's my favorite place new Dearborn. The building has a unique flair, and the hotel is part of the "Autograph Collection" by Marriott. The suite is very comfortable and is bathroom is amazing with a large walk-in shower and a separate bath that's also very inviting and comfortable. The restaurant had a wide variety of food options that were all fresh and the list of libations was broad as well.

My stay here didn't make me feel feel welcomed. Me personally, I like for the employees to be vibrant, engaging and welcoming. Aside from a few of the staff, everyone seemed to look right past you. I initially requested the mobile key option, which never activated until I went to the front desk first (Which I haven't done previously). After the mobile key was initiated, it didn't work and the front desk just gave me an additional rook key instead of trying to troubleshot the issue. It just wasn't a good feel for me. If I didn't need to stay here work work travel reasons, I probably would've left. Another note, the hotel lobby was nicely accented and well maintained but, if you need a microwave during your stay, you'll have to use the "floor" microwave by the ice machine and the staff elevators. I will say that the house keeping staff was exceptional. Everyone I saw acknowledged me and went above to engage or assist me with my needs (Even with a language barrier sometimes) they still assisted and with a smile. Very friendly.

Me and my wife we went to greenfield village and stayed here father's day weekend. It was beautiful the room was clean and disinfectant. The manager and employees was beautiful also and the restaurant wow their food was excellent. I considered this hotel a 5 stars 5 diamond hotel in dearborn mi,it's one of the the best. I worked in the janitorial cleaning business over 40 years and I just thought that hotels stop being unique and clean like this anymore, I guess I was wrong. WE WILL BE BACK!

What an incredibly great hotel stay we had. The grounds are so beautifully maintained, the hotel interior is awesome (especially the artwork on the walls). The rooms are so clean and beds so comfortable. The best part was the exceptionally pleasant and welcoming staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient--you are within walking distance of a Mall. I highly recommend The Henry.

Great location, fabulous decor, the pool and the jacuzzi were the perfect temperature and the gym had enough for a short workout. We loved the doorman. Super friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Very typical hotel room. We did have one issue. Our key didn’t open the door and due to a recent mobility issue, we called down for someone to let us in and she said someone would be right up. Waited fifteen minutes before going down and she said she was never coming up since she was alone. The two security guards who walked by couldn’t let us in.

Beautiful hotel with lovely pool and hot tub. Love the buffet breakfast, decor, and friendly, helpful staff. The regular rooms are good, a little small, but the suites are fantastic (upgraded before when I’ve used a certificate. No upgrade this time despite status and availability on the site). Lounge never seems to be open (last time closed on weekends and this time undergoing renovations). Close to lots of food options too.

Always a great place to visit. Great rooms, great price for the quality, great service. Even the door person remembers me year to year. Front desk always helpful. Good restaurant/bar area. Great pool and gym area, has office area with computers. Parking can be tight for some large functions when surrounding business buildings are open during the week but the parking attendants are great. Recommend.

Don’t let the name fool you. This hotel experience is far from upper class. Marriott should reconsider giving this hotel the distinguished Autograph Collection title. I was excited because I have attended a wedding here in the last. The hotel lobby looks great and freshly renovated. It’s artsy and unique but none of that matters at the end. The room was cheap compared to my usual Holiday Inn Express experiences. The iron in the room was cheap, and was leaking water all over my clothing. The shower had no hot water for 10 minutes! For a moment I thought I was abroad at a cheap AirBNB. Leather on the desk chair was peeling off as well. If you want an overpriced hotel experience that offers less than some motels, The Henry is your spot! Very disappointed overall with the luxury facade.

The Henry is the hotel used by my company for when we come to Detroit for meetings and other company events. There is no doubt it's a nice hotel. It is very clean. The service is excellent. The restaurant, though pricey, serves very good food with attentive servers. The pool is nice as is the fitness center. Location is good, with easy access to main roads and local eateries. Okay, that's the upside. The down side is this hotel is luxury on the outside and public areas only. The rooms are all budget (the Holiday Inn Express in Mackinaw has better rooms). No microwave, but the shared one down the hall (for real). No carpet in the rooms. Power jacks only on the desk. One accessable socket on the wall and two on the side table. Which isn't too bad but limits your device charging. A problem when you have a medical device, a phone, a laptop, hearing aids, and a tablet all X 2. The showers are very cool. Toilets are very low like the kind in elementary schools. All cost cutting measures. The stay was pleasant overall and I will be back. Did I mention my company uses them?
