If I could leave a negative star review I would. Accidentally missed my appt due to being under the impression it was tomorrow. So instead of listening to me and working with me to fix or reschedule. I was belittle and talked down to by Genevieve Ezennia on the phone and video chat. Mind you I’m also on Homecare for sepsis at this point so her unprofessional tongue lashing was also witnessed by my husband and my Homecare nurse. That np is obviously jaded and full of hate and should truly reconsider her career choice at this point if she is going to be as cruel as she was to a potential patient. I’m beyond discussed. Not to mention the repulsive lack of professional image given by the provider. I’m trying to meet with a psychiatrist professional. At this point I’d literally have more confidence and faith in a pile of dog feces to deal with my healthcare than then the provide listed.

I had an appointment that they forgot about. I had to call to get my intake paperwork and by the time it was all filled out I completely missed my appointment. I work a 9-5 and I rarely get a day off, so it was extremely disappointing to hear that I was not able to see anyone all because of someone’s mistake. I dont care what you guys choose to do with this information, just make sure it does not happen with anyone else because as a mental health service provider, I am sure you guys know how sensitive your clients are and how much courage it takes to even schedule an appointment. The fact I missed it because of someone’s mistake is not the best feeling. Just fix it.

The worst experience ever. Did not want to listen to what was going on in my life. The tele-heath didn’t work so it was just a phone call. I had a lot of trouble understanding her.

Genevieve Ezennia is very unprofessional and rude. I don’t think she even cares about people with mental illness seeing how she treated me all because I told her my medication symptoms and mentioned I may need to switch to a different one. She yelled at me over the phone and mentioned how the notes stated I told her I used to take this particular one, (this was a year and a half ago, I’ve had a baby and lost my last parent living) I said I couldn’t exactly remember; it was between that one and another one. I know people switch depression meds a lot until they find the right one so how she acted was a bit bizarre. For her to get so upset and tell me to call the office for a different psychiatrist was honestly startling. I will never forget this terrible experience. She also doesn’t know anything about the medications she prescribed me.

My therapist had to leave there because they would not accept Blue Care Network. Dr. Bagga is a reliable and friendly Psychiatrist so I like the office for that. Staff is friendly.

Aurora was amazing, she really listened to me and I felt super comfortable talking to her.

HORRIBLE experience with this place. I scheduled an appointment online. I received multiple emails and texts confirming my appointment and giving me reminders for it. I just so happen to call the day of my appointment to be told that I would need a referral to see a therapist from my PCP, and it would take a few days to process. No one told me this previously, and I had to find out the day of the appointment by calling myself? How can you guys be this unprofessional and disorganized? Especially with something serious like mental health counseling? I've been struggling for nearly a month trying to find a therapist. My insurance was randomly cancelled without notice and I had to stop seeing my previous therapist right when progress was being made, find new insurance, and kept running into issues finding a new therapist. I FINALLY thought I had lucked up with LifeStance, now I'm back to square one. It should not be this difficult to get help for your mental health. People already struggling mentally shouldn't have to go through all of this just for therapy when they desperately need it. Maybe the therapists are actually decent here, I don't know (and won't know), but the process for scheduling, insurance, etc. needs serious help. They need to get it together because this is a shame.
