    This company is hard to contact. I signed a contract to lease a storage unit with SORA. I signed the agreement with their call center and they charged my cc.. In less than 2 hrs I decided that their rate was to high. I called back to their call center to cancel the contract . The contract was canceled. The next morning I find out they wil not be refunding my cc but wil cut me a check that wil take up to 30 days for me to receive payment. Within a 2 hr period the contrat was signed & canceled and they wil not put the money back on my card but wil send me a ck in the next 30 days. This company is not customer driven.. This method of payment is unacceptable and this is like holding my money hostage for 30 days. NEVER do business with SORA.

    I love this storage unit. It’s clean, secure, and staff is excellent. But seriously, the way rates are jacked up on a regular basis is absolutely ridiculous. How does my unit jump from $109 to $137 when you have larger units available online for $74? That’s just an unrealistic increase at 25%. You should be ashamed.

    I reserved my unit online prior to visiting the office. I really love the fast and excellent service that I received. The staff was polite and knowledgeable and was very helpful to me.

    Janette is always friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. I don’t like that they raised rates on my units but I know it’s not Jeanette ‘s fault. With everything else going up I will have to look elsewhere for a cheaper option

    Nice facility. Very clean plus temperature controlled. Staff is nice and friendly, helpful. I have had several units here. No complaints. Jeannette is awesome and friendly.

    I used this storage facility for work. They were wonderful to work with, Jeanette was always helpful. I have had no issues while our items have been stored there, the facility is clean and well lit.

    This was my 2nd experience. It was so easy! Painless experience. Reminders to pay by text, email, sometimes phone calls. NO attitudes! Pleasant Customer Service. Everyone is helpful. Great for businesses or just local moving. Every unit is inside which helps in the winter time.

    Storage Unit of America is an American nightmare. This company’s regular rate increases doesn’t reflect its customer services in the least. I was just charged $500 for a small unit that was a few days behind. That included exuberant fees that none of the associates could seem to explain after contacting corporate and being placed on hold for over an hour I just hung up since no one was coming to the phone. The following day I was told I’d be contacted by management which never happened. I had to call back numerous times in order to speak with someone knowledgeable and still no resolution. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars here good people!

    Storage Rental of American has satisfied me well as a customer. The entire time as a client, Jeannette has professionally engaged me with help in a promptly fashion. She kept me updated on company policies. When i would call not leaving a voice message, she would callback if i have any questions or concerns. Overall, I believe this company is great to partner with. My personal items were never destroyed, nor did i ever have any concerns for that. The place was clean and the people were friendly.

    I got a unit couple months ago and won't visit much to take or place stuffs from there. Yet it's one of the safest storage unit to go with. The place is clean and always under monitoring conditions. The staff members are helpful and responds quick with a great attitude. The security system is the one to speak about. Overall, it's the best and the safest place to keep your stuffs, where you don't have to worry about theft and focus on your everyday life.

    Jeannette has been wonderful to work with. She has been very communicative and responsive, providing us with the helpful information and details we need to lease a storage unit and prepare to have our items moved into the storage unit. The inside of the building is clean.
