Last night, we picked up from Samurai for date night. When walking in to pick up the order, it quickly became apparent they were short staffed. The lobby was full and about 4 employees were doing everything. Noticing they were short staffed, we expected to wait a little longer, and we were okay with that. Grateful for them staying opening and offering their services so I can eat delicious food! Despite the angry people yelling at them, adding more unnecessary stress to their life, we arrived home to have everything in our order exactly as we ordered it, done perfectly. Thank you Samurai for your awesome delicious food!

Seated immediately at our reservation time, accommodations for eleven people plus a high chaired child. Quick, friendly, attentive service. Our chef was Albert, he made us laugh, played games with us, cooked steak to each person’s individual liking, hot & fresh. Waiter was prompt, correct on all orders and friendly, sorry I forget his name tho he had those drinks refilled before our last sips. Chef and waiter were extremely patient with the four children in our group. Restaurant was well kept, I did not visit the powder room however overheard ladies was messy and needed a once over. Overall a nice experience for such a large group, I would recommend Samurai Steakhouse for your big birthday celebration or even just an afternoon lunch.

Great place! Super tasty food, amazing service and good prices. I think is the best hibachi in town. The friend rice with shrimp and stake is my choice. I come often here with my son and we love it. Great people! Also the have cute koi fish in the front .

Our waitress was very attentive even thought she was super busy. The hibachi chef was great and the portions are huge. My only complain would be the seats some of them look comfy and the other ones don’t have cushions and the space is a little tight but overall pretty good. It is perfect to go with a big group of friends or family!

Never coming back. Waitress racked up the bill and asked us if we all want fried rice. We thought it came with it but it did not. I didn’t understand why she would rack up the bill until I realized they add 18% tip for themselves. She got a $30 tip for less than 10 minutes of work. Be aware of this if you come.

I've been here a few times over the past decade and it WAS pretty good. Went again tonight because the sushi place a mile away had a 40 minute wait and this one we walked right into a mostly empty restaurant on a Friday night at 7:30pm. Sadly, the sushi fish tasted OLD and really bad. We couldn't even eat more than a few pieces of each roll before we realized all of them were bad, it wasn't just one fluke. We told the manager and he told us the fish was "fresh from today"... I'm not sure who their supplier is then, because that was certainly not fresh. The manager was receptive, but sadly the food was just not good enough to justify ever returning.

I ordered my food online from Doordash $192 worth... scheduled for 6:30pm pickup. I arrived late at 7:10pm & the lady entered my order right at 7:10pm & had to wait until 7:35pm to receive my order.. After receiving my order over an hour late. My sashimi sushi order had bugs ants on it. So disappointed.. worst sushi & chicken friend rice orders Food was terrible. Very dirty sushi bar area. Health Department should definitely visit them

Omg! Best hibachi place ever. My waitresses names were Carolina and ava. Sweetest girls, amazing and fast service and food was 10/10. I will be 100% coming back and recommend this place to anyone!

The food tastes great! I had steak hibachi with noodles & fried rice. Delicious! The place can stand a good cleaning & fresh coat of paint. Sat in a booth & the wall was filthy. While the server was friendly but it took 8 minutes to get water. A guy sitting at front didn't try to help...he just said the server will be with you. No sign of "team" effort.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this restaurant and they got my order wrong. This place is a hit or miss when it comes to taste as well. The first time I let it go, but this time I decided to call and make them aware in hopes of fixing the order for me. Not only was she deliberately being oblivious to the mistakes, but she was lying to me on the phone about what came with my order when the menu says different. She told me I probably looked at another restaurants menu with the same name lol. I hung up at that point. The sushi was disgusting and I will never order from there again! Poor service, overpriced, and poor quality of food

Great place for dine-in our take-out. A little pricy, but you get a ton of food, so it's worth it.

It was pretty good. I have to say, I was a little annoyed at how many times I had to tell them it was my son's 18th bday though. We waited and waited then saw all the staff rushing out for the night. Asked if they forgot and they brought out one person who sang off beat and didn't seem like they were into it. It was pretty frustrating when the bill was over $200 and a 18% gratuity is added. Little did they know, I work in the service industry and if you did what we asked the tip would have been way more. Either way, food was good and kid was happy. We drove from kingman, next time we'll probably make the trip to Vegas instead.

The worst service I have ever come across. Restaurant is filthy, walls have fungus, the waitress took ages to bring us our plates and soy sauce dipping bowls and our sushi was just sitting on the table. Waitress was very rude. The plates had filth on them and we had to wipe our plates with tissue because it would take 10 mins to get a new one. Food was good but bad ambience and service ruins it. Hygiene is terrible and unappetizing. Edit: Response to restaurant: Funny how majority of the one star reviews are one star because of the exact same reasons, poor service and bad hygiene. No one has any issues with the food itself, it was good. I meant rude service wise, not speaking wise - also something other negative reviews have mentioned. Nevertheless I liked the food and hope to have a better experience hygiene wise next time. Thanks

Food is mediocre, flavorless, the lady in the front is so rude! The service is is horrible, did not even get soup and salad with my meal which clearly states that you do get that. Food is way over priced for the quality and what you get. Stay away.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful and festive dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious! The restaurant servers were attentive. Service was slow but we were not in a hurry and delighted in our fellow diners. We will definitely return soon!

Terrible service. There’s no such thing as a waiter/waitress at the hibachi table. We stopped a random worker eventually to ask for something and never got it. No one to check in with you, ask you if you want boxes etc. Food - the hibachi is bland, no flavor and clearly rushed to make. The veges were not even cooked long enough to get that nice Smokey grilled flavor. Asked for salt/pepper/hot sauce and never got it. The experience of hibachi itself was terrible too. The cook did not interact with anyone apart from confirming our orders. They simply just cook the meal super quick and are gone. There are no tricks or fun engaging experience that you would expect. Building is old and dirty. The grill wasn’t properly cleaned either. Still gad dried up food in the corners. Avoid it. We felt nauseous after and normally love hibachi.

It's typically easy to get a table here. Service can be painstakingly slow, but to their benefit I'll see one single person taking care of 2-3 full tables while the other people working aren't helping. So perhaps a better system in place for waitstaff? The food is usually good and the chefs are so nice. Great portions and I love that you get noodles as well.

1st time there, table of 15 and they let us 4 sit by ourselves which was awesome vs waiting for other guest. Food was awesome - way better than that Beni place, hands down.. I will be back!

The noodles and rice were wonderful, but the steak and scallops were amazing! Good service, great food!

Food was extremely tasty, everything including the yum yum sauce, ginger sauce, fried rice, and salad dressing was super yummy. But everyone who served us seemed to be new unfortunately, so they just need more training. Waitress didn't understand some of our order, she completely forgot to input our appetizer, everything took SO long (I'm extremely patient but it was a little crazy how long everything took), she never refilled our waters, and the chef was funny and kind, but overcooked our steak 😅 Hopefully it improves, the food was really good otherwise
