Jade was amazing!! We had 3 people getting piercings/purchasing earrings, and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure to outline all of the information that we needed. She was also kind, talkative, and fun to interact with - she made my younger sister, who was a bit nervous, feel very comfortable and more at ease with the process. All in all, a very quick, efficient, and enjoyable experience!! One of the best customer service workers I've ever met. Thank you so much, Jade! You are wonderful at your job.

Jade was AMAZING! We drove 45 minutes here specifically for Jade because of the great reviews she had. She pierced our almost 8 month olds ears and it went very smoothly. She really took her time with the placement and just had a great attitude. Highly recommend Jade.

Amber was AMAZING with customer service. I had at least 80 questions, she answered them all thoroughly and even provided education on the types of piercings and jewelry.

Izzie and Maddie went above and beyond to help with not only picking out the perfect jewelry, but went the extra steps of helping to make sure I was able to get it in my nose piercing. I highly recommend visiting them for a consultation, to purchase jewelry, and for your actual piercing.

They said they use needles instead of guns. Which is a lie they use a piercing gun but to her then that the customer service was good

Piercing Pagoda at Briarwood mall truly was a pleasant experience. We were greeted immediately upon approaching the kiosk and the associates were very pleasant. The associate who helped us gave us explained the ear piercing service they provide and after care after we informed her we intended to pierce our 3 month old baby girls ears. She was very patient and ensured we were happy with the location of where she would pierce our girls ears. The entire process took less than 5 minutes after we paid. Very professional and courteous staff I highly recommend their ear piercing services.
