Based on my experience today, I’d say all of these reviews are either bought or biased. I came in all the way from downtown to get a necklace and earring appraised for sale since this place has a 5.0 rating. I know my ex-boyfriend bought the set for over $2000 and was hoping to see a diamond gun work in real time. I was in and out in less than five minutes. The man at the counter dismissed me saying his “eyes” work better than a diamond gun then half-heartedly wished me a good day. A better experience would’ve been walking me through the process of his subjective appraisal — there was no one else in the store. Obviously won’t be back.

I came and got a pair of custom made lenses for my Cartier glasses. They did an amazing job not many other places can do. And they have nice jewelry and everyone there is fun to work with.

Labieb (Lou Diamond) is top notch when it comes to Jewelry expertise and talent. He has a nice selection of jewelry in-store. If you were looking for something specific, he can help you find it or even custom design it. Labieb was referred to me by a family member and I knew I can trust him. He helped me custom design my fiances engagement ring from scratch and he hand-made it himself. I could not in a million years imagined it would come out as beautiful as it did. I don't think that anyone else could have come close to the design that he was able to create. The amount of reactions and compliments that my fiance gets constantly, proves what a beautiful and timeless/classic ring that he was able to make. He is not only extremely talented, but he is helpful, patient, caring, and fair when dealing with his clients.
