My husband and I were walking into Kesslers just before 6pm on a Saturday and didn’t realize they were about to close. We were greeted and welcomed in so nicely. I explained I wanted to have my ring looked at for sizing and we were assisted right away by the nicest female employee. She explained the various options and she even cleaned and polished my ring well after closing time. I had such a great experience, I gave her a hug when we left. The staff customer service at Kesslers is certainly top notch and made our experience! Thank you!!

We had such an amazing experience at Kessler’s for our engagement ring! Trista is the absolute best; insist on her when you make your appointment!! My fiancé totally surprised me, so she was incredibly supportive in educating him on cuts, ring settings, clarity, etc. and guiding him throughout the process. It so paid off, I LOVE MY RING! After the engagement, Trista supported us in picking out our wedding rings and a few re-sizes, always making the experience great with her warm, friendly nature. PS You get an adult beverage on the house at every visit, which, in Wisconsin, is always a plus! It’s a household name for a reason - totally recommend!

I had a great experience with Jessica at the Greenfield location. I did not get my engagement ring here, but wanted to make a modification on moving the diamond up and off center but still keep it the low setting It was, so I could wear a straight wedding band instead of a curved one. I went to two different jewelers and they told me it wasn’t possible. I explained my vision to Jessica and she said she thinks it could be possible and it could be custom made. Jessica and the Kessler’s team made my dream ring come to life and it was exactly what I had pictured for years. She was so easy going to work with and every time I walked into Kessler’s every worker was so friendly! You will have a great experience here.

Our experience at Kesslers was amazing! We went in looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend who was struggling to find something she loved. Kris was an absolute delight to work with. She was patient and caring, and took so much time with us. It felt like Kris pulled almost every ring out of the case, trying to figure out what my girlfriend liked and didn’t like (which was very tough to determine). This took a while, but Kris never got frustrated or made us feel like we were taking up too much time. Ultimately, my girlfriend found one she loved and Kris worked very quickly to get it ordered and explain next steps. She was able to crack the algorithm to find the perfect ring that my girlfriend loves! I would highly recommend going to see Kris, you won’t be disappointed!

Since buying our engagement & wedding bands 20 years ago, I've had many complimentary services from the Greenfield location, including resizing my ring smaller well over a decade ago to now just this month again resizing it a whole size up to fit over my knuckle. I was in shock at how brand new my ring looked after nearly 15 years of dings, dents, wear& tear. It looked as if I had just asked to see it from behind the counter. My husband and I went to Kesslers last week to update my ring for our 25th wedding anniversary (my original ring came from Kesslers 27 years ago). I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and was afraid this was going to be an overwhelming process. Hope was amazing - she listened to all my thoughts about what I wanted in a ring and pulled together a few things from different areas of the store and was able to help me put something together very quickly that I absolutely LOVE! My husband and I were leaving on a trip 2 days later and Hope made sure my ring was ready to pick up the next day so I had it to wear on our trip. Hope made our experience so fun and enjoyable!

I went in to Kesslers today to have my rings cleaned. I knew I wanted to reset my Diamond from my engagement ring, but I wasn’t sure a about how to go about it. Kris was there to help me. She was so fun to work with. She understood my thoughts, and helped me to pick the perfect setting. I can’t wait to wear that stunning ring!

I won't buy jewelry anywhere else. When we bought my wedding ring (10 years ago) we got 0% financing for 18 months. Huge in my book. Also, I have a very unfortunate allergy to nickel (the hardening agent in most jewelry) and Kesslers will re-rhodium plate my ring every year for LIFE for FREE. This used to be a service that was free, but I had to drop off the ring, and I'd get it back in two weeks. Now they do it while I wait - and in less than 20 MIN! Oh, and of course they professionally clean it, too. Not to mention the free soda, coffee, and snacks while you wait in a comfy setting. Customer service goes a long way. Also, you can add things to your account's wish list which is such a great service. This way I can pick items out and my husband can go in on his own and choose from a list and he will know I will love it. This especially helps for my allergy as well so he knows everything I pick is ideal for my skin. Kesslers, you have a customer for life. Keep up the great work!

I surprised my wife by adding a second anniversary band to her wedding set. The staff at Kessler's was amazing with the presentation. We could not ask for a better jeweler to deal with. It truly feels like family when you're in there. The tears of joyful surprise were all I needed to know the staff helped me pick out the perfect addition. Kesslers was an amazing experience! We were in the market for a 10 year anniversary band. My engagement ring and wedding set are from Tiffany’s. We have been nothing but disappointed by their quality and customer service. We didn’t want to give them anymore money. My fiancé and I have had a great experience with Kesslers Greenfield from him buying my engagement ring to us recently buying our wedding rings. We came to the store twice this month the first to drop off our wedding. And engagement rings to update our teen year old appraisal. Also to have my wife’s wedding band resized and to have the brushed finish on my wedding ring restored. We received a copy of the new appraisal by email in two days and were able to pick up our rings on the day promised. The people we encountered gave us their personal attention. They asked many questions so that the completely understood what we wanted and could fully satisfy us.

My husband and I came in to look at adding 2 stacking rings to my wedding set and first baby carriage ring. We came in on a pretty busy Saturday with 3 young kids. Kelly took such great care of us. Liz, Came into the store to get general ideas for a promise ring and ended up walking away with a fully custom one to my liking! The service was outstanding and educational. I was walked through every single detail about the diamonds such as the cut, reflection, and grade. Liz knew everything about each diamond and what would work best to my opinion or want. I couldn’t of asked for a better service taker then Liz and would highly recommend purchasing rings or other jewelry through her or any of the employees!!

We went in a week ago to have Kesslers clean some rings. They not only cleaned the rings, they also discovered and fixed a loose setting…above and beyond service. We returned this week for an appointment to replace (duplicate) a stolen wedding band from a few years back. Again, above and beyond service. Our representative, Kris, made suggestions but wasn’t pushy and had no “agenda” or store sales pitch. She was truly interested in finding out what we wanted and how she could best meet our needs. While we were there, they also refinished the surface of my wife’s original wedding band and it looks new again after 48 years…and cleaned another two rings…they look new again as well. Absolutely first rate service and we’d recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I would choose Kesslers time and time again. Their family friendly approach is truly what makes Kesslers one of a kind. My engagement ring and wedding ring were purchased at Kesslers in 2020. I brought my ring in for a free cleaning and the ring technician noticed loose stones, which she fixed for no charge! She even reassured me by stating if the diamond were to fall out it would be replaced at no charge. The woman, Amanda who greeted us at our most recent visit was very welcoming and kind. My husband’s wedding band is also from Kesslers. My mother and father also have been buying jewelry at Kesslers for the past 30 years, and never have been anything but impressed by their customer service and positive attitude. Do not go anywhere else other than Kesslers. Even now living in Florida, we make it a point to stop at Kesslers and whenever we are in town. 5 stars all the way!

There are many stresses that come with planning a wedding. For us, buying our rings were not one of these stresses. Upon driving 45min to get to Kesslers for the very first time, we were greeted by many smiling faces, and one employee that really stood out was Jessica. She greeted us at the door and almost immediately wiped away any uncertainty that we may have had. The patience and understanding that she showed as we explored a whole new world of jewelry was incredible. Neither of is knew what we wanted, and Jessica spent a long while with us creating our perfect rings. On our fault, we were last minute with just over a month before our wedding and she assured us that we would have them in time. A couple days ago, I called for an update right at closing time and Jessica went out of her way to call me almost a half an hour after close to assure me it will be here in the next couple days. Yesterday we picked up our rings, and were assisted by fantastic people. The only downfall was Jessica was not there to thank her in person. It is because of Jessica for making sure that my soon to be wife will be wearing her dream ring in 4 days. Thank you Jessica and all of the OUTSTANDING employees and Kesslers. Not only will we be back for all of our jewelry needs, but we plan to go back after our wedding to express our thanks to Jessica. Incredible experience, could not have wished for anything better.

This location has always offered 5 star service when my husband or I go in there but yesterday was extra amazing to me! I went in because I couldn't tell if I was missing a diamond or it needed to be cleaned and the gentleman at the door reviewed it and said no diamond was missing but he noticed my prongs were looking worn. He made the suggestion to send it in and have those repaired before I lose my main diamond on my ring. It was less than 5 minutes but the experience was quick and easy. I would recommend Kesslers to everyone I know. Thank you for being awesome.
