The gym is beautiful, the people are great. Their policies and scheduling is so unaccommodating to working Families. They cater to the elderly and stay at home moms. Your only able to play pickle ball 4 days a week from 6am - 9am. If you want to play any other times you have to pay $20 per hour and need 3 players to come with. We already send $200 a month to be members. They also don’t one the childcare center until 8am making it impossible for a parent to work out before work. Lifetime fitness needs to be more inclusive to working parents.

If you have kids under 6, this is the place to be a member. Yes, it's expensive, but the kids care is 2 hours for infants and they will feed a bottle as well. My wife and I get a great workout in, and then go to the Cafe in the winter and fall, or the pool in the summer and have a drink before we pickup the kids. The pools are great for kids and swimming, the exercise equipment is plentiful and well-maintained. The staff is awesome too!

I really enjoy this lifetime. I’ve been a member for approximately five years and I have been extremely satisfied. There is always ample equipment available and even when the parking lot is full, there doesn’t seem to be as many people in the facility as it looks outside. The benefits to having a membership here are definitely with the outdoor pool. If you have kids, it’s a pleasure on a hot summer day. I rarely see machines out of order and if they are, it’s only a matter of a day or so before the issues are fixed. Also customer service is fantastic here! Highly recommend!

It's a solid gym. Been to many gyms before and this has it all in terms of machinery and more, only giving it a 4 because of the 24-hour open being discontinued and the time limits to the guest passes. The atmosphere is great and the gyms are big. But its just too expensive to buy a membership for 100$

I really want to give this place a higher score but there are just a couple things that prevent me. Pros: kind staff, big facility, nice pool area, nice cafe, wonderful kids area, very clean Cons; it's always busy, the parking lot is insane (but it is big!), the biggest issue is the family locker room. There is no enforcement of rules that I've ever seen and there are always people without children using the family locker room. It makes my son so uncomfortable, especially when older men try to talk to him. He's only 4. I've mentioned something to staff but haven't seen any changes. There is no reason for older individuals to use the family gym when there are other locker rooms right next door. There are signs posted but not enforced.

The doctors seem like they would be great. However they gave me a terrible experience. While doing the initial exam they had me move to test functionality/mobility/etc and moved things for me that shouldn’t have been moved, giving me a migraine. Then they had no times to adjust me and wouldn’t adjust me until I do a whole appointment for “plan of care,” knowing that they have no availability when they caused a migraine and pain preventing me from being able to even make it through a yoga class, let alone work out. 0/0 stars. Would not recommend.

Great Fitness Club , it has it all. Just wish it had a much bigger Men's Locker room with more Lockers. It gets really full and tight most of the times I've been there. Otherwise Fabulous inside and out , plus the Life Cafe rocks & Life Spa too.

Really excited about joining! I got a great tour from JC. The gym looks clean, people seem focused and happy. There are a lot of amenities and I can't wait to try them out!

This was my first time at this Lifetime Fitness. Wow! Huge! Clean! Very friendly staff, cafe, indoor courts, basketball, even a chiropractor. I didn’t see everything but as a Lifetime member I plan on visiting again.

This place is huge and has everything you can thing of to workout. We did not end up joining just because we visited on Monday noon which is off peak hours and the place was very busy with the parking lot being almost full. I can't imagine how it will be in peak hours. But its a very good place.

Beautiful facility. The trainers and equipment are top notch. I would give 5 stars but they recently changed the membership for 65+ with hardly any notice and no explanation limiting hours we can use the gym.

I've been a member for around 3 yrs. During that time, the quality and service has declined drastically. The staff is blatantly rude at times as well as discriminatory. The manager Sam doesn't address these concerns and seems willfully ignorant when asked. I'm canceling my family's membership this week. Enough is enough

Horrible experience. Get ready to be charged and over charged.. Then charged again. They are clearly only concerned with taking as much money from you as they can and the using fine print to make sure anything you were told in person or over the phone is a lie

I actually prefer this location over their flagship in Edina. Why? Even though it’s more outdated. It’s much less crowded. Folks are more mindful and friendly. Very clean at all times of the day.
