First I can't thank their staff enough! I set up a scavenger hunt for a very special woman in my life for her birthday. They were beyond excited and cooperative in helping me make this happen! One small detail I'm all the way in Oklahoma and they helped me with all of this! Great people! After talking with the birthday girl and her mom the experience they had was so relaxing and peaceful after the long week they endured this was the icing/therapy they needed to wind down! Will absolutely be sending them back soon and do not hesitate to do business with these folks! Top of the line professionals and customer service! Zardus is such an amazing and home like place to be, full of love and beautiful vibes. I’m so blessed to have crossed paths with Tess and attend her massage therapy school, it has changed my life so much and has given me so many different skills and thoughts on life. Tess has created a safe place for so many people and is truly an inspiration! I highly recommend at least getting some bodywork done by the wonderful practitioners who work at zardus, taking classes there, or at least attending one of the many events that zardus has! You won’t be disappointed at all!

Life changing experience!!!! I entered massage school with the intention to gain knowledge on how to serve my community better. I got SO much more than that. With the care and direction of instructors, and the guidance (an lots of reassurance from Teresa Zardus) I had one of the best years of my life (even through Covid-19!) The wonderful course curriculum is hands down the best for a well-rounded massage school experience. As a student you will leave feeling like you have accomplished so much, and truly feel prepared in not just massage, but skilled in several other offerings for your future clients as well. Care and concern is taken for your personal learning style, and thoughtful considerations are made to make this experience work for YOU. I feel so fulfilled and grateful, and I look forward to serving the community with my newly found skills!

I have had chronic jaw and shoulder pain for years and nothing I did had ever helped, so I booked an appointment with Cathy and let me just say, I’ll definitely being going back in a couple of weeks. Before we got started she followed all COVID precautions, asked me questions regarding my problem areas, and made sure I was completely comfortable before starting our session. Not only is she a relaxing presence, but makes sure your session is entirely about YOU. By the end of it, I felt more relaxed, and my muscles felt more relaxed, than ever. If you’ve been thinking about massage or body work, I highly recommend going to Zardus and booking an appointment with Cathy!

My grandson had a massage at the beginning of 2020. He swims and said that he relayed this information and, as a result, he felt certain muscles he uses in swimming were targeted and felt fantastic afterwards. Today I went to a Reflexology Clinic and a student (Cathy) spent an hour with me...paperwork, a luxurious foot soak in warm water w/Epsom salt and Eucalyptus oil. Then lotion applied to my feet as I lay on the table and she worked on my feet. I was in heaven!!! It's not often that I treat myself and it will be hard not to do it again soon!

An absolute heaven of a place. My PCP referred me for muscle spasms. Saw Elizabeth. Found out she has spent the last 20+ years working with patients and pain management. She is excellent with deep tissue but also exceptional with trigger point release. She's one of the best massage therapists I've ever been treated by.

Very friendly, relaxing, and rejuvenating. I find it worth the drive from Brunswick.

Absolutely enjoyed the whole experience and can't wait to go back!

This school was an enriching experience with very knowledgeable teachers and a curriculum that spans many modalities. One big advantage is that the program is affordable! The teachers were very accommodating and kept good communication with me. My education prepared me well to be a massage therapist and I’m very grateful for being welcomed in to a wellness community like Zardus.

Zardus School of Massage is amazing! With so much to learn, school can be overwhelming, but at Zardus, instructors strive to reduce stress and find ways to accommodate everyone's learning style. Overall, this experience has been exhilarating and life changing. I'm so glad I made the decision to learn massage (and so much more) at Zardus!
