Hard to believe this place is still in business. Just got takeout from here for the first time in about 6 years. What a mistake! No flavor at all. Food tastes as if I tried to make Thai food myself this is the way it would come out. Or if McDonald's attempted to serve Thai food, this would be it. There are microwave frozen Thai dishes with more flavor. It's a big disappointment. There are other local Thai restaurants that taste like Thai food.

This is a great spot in West Hartford for Thai food. I really enjoy the mango fried rice that is served in a pineapple. My boyfriend enjoyed his curry dish. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was phenomenal. I would definitely come back to try more of their food.

This was my 1st time eating Thai food and it was amazing. Customer service was great, food was fresh and full of flavor. If your looking to try Thai this is your place. Parking can be an issue due to location but definitely worth checking out.

The first restaurant I experienced Thai food from and almost a decade later I'm still locked in! Tried most of the menu, no misses 🔥

Our waiter Kahn provided us with the most wonderful evening this past Friday night. It was a horrible rainy evening and it took forever for my husband to get a parking spot. Our waiter was so patient...made us feel so non rushed and even customized my drink for me to get the perfect drink. On top of all that the food was fantastic as always!! The pad won sen here is so much better than anywhere else we go. The pineapple rice was delicious and the red curry chicken to die for!! It is one of our most favorite restaurants.

Came in for takeout at 8:05 tonight as I walked into the doors and I waited for someone to acknowledge me I was listening to the bartender talk to her 2 friends sitting at the bar. She talk about how she took pictures at Elizabeth park and how she takes great pictures Also how her her friend only met her boyfriend( he’s English) when she was drunk, so she only kind of remembered meeting him but oh Billy likes him and blah blah blah. Not ONCE did she even look over to see if I was being taken care of or if I needed anything. To me that was Rude. There was no hostess or manager that I saw so since the bartender was the 1st person you see and she doesn’t not even take a breath long enough to see what’s going on around her. 1st impressions were not great. Alas 2 gentlemen emerge from the kitchen and one came up to the front to see if I needed help. The other one also asked me if I am being helped when he came up front. Thank you. Yes I do I’m standing at your host stand. When I got home and we ate the food it was good. The lettuce wraps we ordered medium spicy and they are SPICY. They were also very good! The salad was good with a peanut dressing that was delicious. My husband had the garlic shrimp which he said was really good and fresh. My tofu pad Thai was good. Nothing that was a WOW but it was good. I wish it was a little more saucy. I tried to wait to write the review so my dissatisfaction with promptness of service wouldn’t taint my review of the food. When there is so much competition around your neighborhood sometime all it takes is an employee who only cares about trying to impress her friends at the bar not a customer. BTW I also heard her saying she is leaving your establishment she doesn’t want to work there anymore.

The Pad Thai is very tasty, and so do the rest. Chocolate lava cake is a must-have for us!

Staff was very good. When I eat ethnic foods I really don’t want to hear American pop or anything but authentic music. I did not like that they kept seating people close to us when there was so much room. It was a little loud - save that for when the place is busy. When it’s not give people space. Anyway, food was presented well and looked great; however it lacked authenticity - maybe over-cooked and not the Thai flavor I get in NY. The Thai iced tea was great and the fried ice cream. We ordered fried calamari (good), chicken satay (average), pad Thai, drunken noodles and a cashew dish - these three were very bland. Also the bathroom was really bad and looked like no one details it. I understand with covid restaurants are short-staffed.

Great food here! We shared some tofu summer rolls and Thai tea. The summer rolls were solid, and it was enough for three people to enjoy. I ordered the pad si eow (pad see ew). The dish was hot and flavorful. Not too many veggies but it was acceptable. I brought home leftovers, which also reheated very well. I think this is a good restaurant! I would say a majority of what the kitchen was cooking ended up going out the door to DoorDash, UberEats, etc. But the servers were still attentive to those of us dining indoors.

Food is rich and has unique flavors. Quantity is copious, couldn't finish it in one go. Staff is helpful and prompt. People who like asian food should definitely visit.

Went there with my friends couple weeks back. Definitely LOVED the crispy chicken drunken noodle, one of the best I've ever had. Thai salad and chicken skwers are also well-prepared. The only thing I think needs a bit more work is the curry dish as it needs more seasoning as well as stronger aroma to it. (But it's only to my taste so...)

Very good food. First time trying Thai food and it was so delicious. I had the B.E.T fried rice with crispy chicken and it was so flavorful. The blue elephant martini is delish.. Affordable prices and great service. I'll be back soon.

Edit - Food quality is very unpredictable! Last 3 experiences here have been very very bad ! Uncooked veggies in stir fry , watery Thai curry ! Don’t have enough words for the food here ! It’s stupendous, mind blowing, lip smacking and what not ! Don’t forget to order the Red Curry , which is by a long way the best I’ve ever had, Period !! The appetizer platter is a great way to start your meal and prepare for the delectable entrees !! The Stir fries are unbelievably delicious as well , so try the Thai basil one with choice of meat . The pad kee mao was too one of the best I’ve had. Thai Food cravings , this place has to be your answer from now on !!

Its that good!! The outdoor seating is a plus because there's not a whole bunch of room inside. They have happy hour everyday. Their food is delicious. I always get their red curry and my friend always gets their dish in the pineapple. Delicious!!! The staff here are also extremely friendly. I'd come back here again and again

Very COVID friendly, there’s outdoor sitting as well as indoor. Spacers for each table and all waiter wear masks. Really loved my tom yum but the wings were soo small for appetizer. Good thing the main meal The Red Snapper was so tasty and fulfilling. I wish the drinks were stronger but they do offer happy hour so that’s a plus.

Great food, just amazing and mouth watering! A little on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion. Large portions and strong drinks make up for that hefty price. Nice staff & friendly inviting atmosphere overall.

WOW, these guys were just awesome. I'm blown away. The duck red curry was FANTASTIC, the Tom Kha was pretty good, and all of our drinks were killer. We got the spiked Thai iced chai, blue mule, and cucumber melon. Loved it. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much!

This is definitely turned into our go-to place for happy hour in West Hartford Center. The food and drink specials are so great, and the bartender Sean is so friendly. On top of that the food is delicious and you can't beat the price. We came here on a Saturday evening for happy hour and got the edamame, a summer roll, and chicken lettuce wraps. We also got a cocktail and a glass of wine. The chicken lettuce wraps were the best deal and you got such a large amount of food for only $6! I definitely recommend to stop in.
