Went here for dinner because in MA you can't dine in Chinese restaurants. The service and food was Amazing. We had a pu pu platter for an appetizer. He ordered the double dragon shrimp/ General Tso's chicken combo. Scorpion bowl was nice and strong. I ordered the Moo shu Duck. The hot tea was delicious too. Everything tasted fantastic with generous portions. This was the BEST Chinese food I've had in a long time. Every table that was being used, which was every other, was covered in paper and All wore masks for Covid safety. Great atmosphere too with blue lighted large fish tanks. They also offer outside seating. Well worth the 45 minute drive. Would highly recommend this for anyone.

We ordered beef, fish and noodles. It was good, I highly recommend them. The service was also good.

me and my sister went there the food was good but the waitress put too much alcohol in our drinks.the alcohol was way too strong, plus I was feeling dizzy bc of the aftermath of drinking. the security guard kicked us out for no reason, saying that I wasn't allowed to be near the bar bc I'm dizzy and falling asleep.i had a horrible experience there, I will not return any time soon.

Great spot for happy hour specials. The food is good, the prices are on point, and the portions are solid. They have plenty of bar seating. They also have outdoor seating available. The overall decor is in line with a typical Chinese restaurant. The bar is a bit of a dive, but it gets the job done and they have great bartenders.

I can't say if it was the service or the food that made this my last time .the host was pleasant and greeting and that was the beginning of this dining experience.the waiter was not attentive, no greeting ,just wanted to get the order. Waiting for tea that is usually part of Chinese restaurant dining and after waiting for his return we ask and he said we don't do that anymore. 5 min later he showed up with A Pot of tea! The food came out Hot but the flavor was missing 😩. They had really good reviews maybe it is a post pandemic slump?? I'll wait to see a better review.

Fabulous food. Ignore the old reviews, it could have been an off day or they changed staff. This is not your typical fast food Chinese take-out. This is a sit-down restaurant with a fresh take on all the classic favorites. I had hot and sour soup and General Tsao’s. The soup was delicious, it was brothy and not super thick and syrupy. Very fresh. The chicken was recognizable as real chicken and cooked crispy. There was definitely fresh ginger in the sauce. You can tell it was cooked to order, like it came out of a homemade kitchen. This was one of the best if not the best Chinese meal I’ve ever had. I would totally try this as takeout too, not just for dine in!

A staple in West Hartford for many years now. Great food and great service. Whether a family meal or a large catering order they are outstanding. Nice wine selection as well. I Highly recommend

They have karaoke at night and the place seems like fun but Just like the other bad reviews said, the staff is the problem. The door guy has a massive attitude problem and are known to let in under aged girls if they’re cute. There are much better places for food and karaoke.

Great dine in experience with generous portions and fresh tasting food. A nice option when you want to enjoy good food in town that is not takeout. Really reasonable lunch prices and lunch specials come with a choice of soups.

Has a more upscale appearance but the quality of food doesn't have enough of an increase from a hole-in-the-wall establishment to justify 20 bucks for a dinner plate. The wanton chips and sauce was a nice touch for sure, but the sesame chicken seems to use the bagged sauce that normal establishments use. The chicken itself was fairly hard and was unpleasant. The hot and sour soup was up to standard. Probably won't come back.

This is a pleasant experience. Obviously the neighborhood fav as soon as you walk in. Roomy dining room. Bar in the rear with karaoke. Food is good not amazing but exactly what you are expecting. For West Hartford, the prices are a little lower than average and large portions. Great bargain.

Egg drop soup was good. Got the scallion pancake. It was not the vegetables shaped like a crepe I've had at other places. It looked like many triangular toast points presented attractively around a plate. It was good just not what I expected. Service was attentive.

I have only ever had egg rolls and crab Rangoon here and they were good. I believe it's more or less your typical Americanized Chinese restaurant just more grandiose. The atmosphere is really great. This is the spot for karaoke in all of Hartford county. It's always a party when I have been there and it doesn't matter if a pro has the mic or some drunk trying to pour their heart out at the expense of our ears it's always amped up and positive.

I was invited here for karaoke night on Friday. To my surprise, I realized it's a Chinese restaurant and an entertainment place. There are two sections. One portion is the restaurant, and the other is the louge. Before walking into the establishment, I noticed the aesthetics outdoors. There was a sign on the door to use the bar entrance. I am assuming that at night, you are required to use the secondary entrance. Karaoke night was fun. It slowly got packed. I ordered a shirmp roll, which you get 2 for $5 and a pineapple passion drink for $11. I forgot to take a picture of it, but the food was good and the drink was ok. I originally wanted a frozen drink, but they were not serving it. In general, it was a good experience. I will come again for karaoke🎤 .

We love this place and have been coming here for years . The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing .

Top quality Chinese food! Huge portions! I usually get chicken fingers, boneless spareribs, fried rice, chicken wings…all great! Everything on the menu is excellent. And…Karaoke!!!!

The food was very good here. General tso chicken was good and the Tom yum soup was great. However it’s very overpriced, but that’s because it’s in west Hartford.

Ummm, no. You can also taste the pasty corn starch used as a thickening agent im other dishes as it’s undercooked.

This place was awesome. We sat right next to the fish tank. The service was quick food was hot and delicious 😋. We went on a Wednesday for lunch as soon as they opened. Not very many people. Totally worth it!!

Host was welcoming. Server, not so much: he didn’t give eye contact nor greeting. I had questions about the menu, instead of him explaining, he just started pointing. I gave him my order and he nodded as to him understanding my order yet once he got to the host station he turned around and repeated an incorrect order to me. Upon bringing out my order, instead of allowing me to move the finished appetizer out of my way, he just placed my meal down and walked off. Meanwhile another patron sitting in back of me got greeted, and told “enjoy your meal” as their food was served. The food was prepared in a timely manner, and absolutely DELICIOUS 🤤! I highly recommend the Lemon Chicken with Pork Fried Rice. I will not be returning as a dine-in patron, yet I will try and review other dishes from this establishment as pick-up or delivery.

The food quality was very good, but the menu itself was confusing. Make sure you specify exactly what you want and have an understanding of what comes with it. When ordering for pickup, the lady had very little customer service. I hope the dine in experience is better.

Hands down the best Chinese food I've ever eaten. My only critique is that the calamari batter had no flavor, but the garlic and pepper that comes with it was amazing! 10/10 will eat here again!

Best Chinese cuisine I have ever experienced.

The food is soo good! Rice always is fresh and noodles are never soggy. Karaoke on Friday night is do much fun too, even if you don't sing, it's till good entertainment.

Since this restaurant is running well because of its location, these guys think that they are the best in the world. Recently arranged buffet, this was what happened: 1. Tasteless food, not even fresh. 2. Half of the snacks were served in proportion to the number of people. 3. Empty containers, had to run after waiters for refilling and which was quarter of the tray after a long waiting time. 4. Price charged for the buffet was more than double what was served. 5. Totally rude staff, particularly the lady at the front desk as well as the owner partners. Don't even know how to speak with customers. 6. Food served was not even cooked properly, very bad experience. 7. Everything was about nickel and dime but no food and service.

If you’re looking for good customer service, or even a kind welcome - I wouldn’t suggest coming here. Greeted by a cranky staff & then proceeded to wait incredibly long for our food. There’s so many great places in West Hartford. Find somewhere worth supporting.
