    Awful service. Had to have them remake a burrito because they forgot the meat. The man at the counter said it was made right. I ordered a beefy melt burrito sub with steak. This is what I received. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience here.

    This place is run very poorly. Short staffed, hardly ever have all food that is on the menu. The lobbies shut down a lot due to being short staffed or out of certain types of food. I think this KFC Taco Bell is one of the worst run ones I have seen.

    I watched an employee throw the biscuits in the 2 boxes, they were cold and hard, we ordered original coating, we received extra crispy hard and dry chicken, ice t was still warm, finally listened to complaining about the radio station. I don't complain, I am the type of person that won't go back.

    Upon entering the restaurant, I was informed that they were out of a lot of items. The restaurant had no heart and it was cold inside. The items purchased were poorly assembled and not up to par with the chains food quality. I paid with cash, but they could not make change and kept the missing amount, essentially overcharging for a bad experience . This is not a Taco Bell typical of the franchise, and in my opinion, if they can't provide service or heat, they should close the doors to avoid a bad experience. Several staff members were gathered in the parking lot, leaving one person to hold down the fort. The owner needs to step it up.

    Waited at the window for awhile because this lady was playing on her phone and not paying attention while there was a line of cars behinde us. And then we didn't even get our full order and she walked away.. and didn't come back I had to go in and get the rest from another employee who was trying to clean the place.

    This location cannot ever get anything right. We went the other night and ordered two of the delux grilled cheese burrito boxes, got home and this is what was inside. Tried calling and they couldn’t even answer a phone. If you crave taco bell, take the extra time and drive to the one downtown because this location is a waste of money and time.

    Doesn’t deserve any stars. Got there at 10:50am and they wouldn’t serve breakfast even though they don’t stop until 11:00am. Ordered a meal for 4 plenty of times on Doordash and they said that it wasn’t a thing. Said the wrong price then charged more.

    After taking a few bites of my crunch wrap I knew something tasted off, and then I see this rotten tomato! Not only that but the sprite also tasted off, almost like the smell of mildew. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

    Printer has been down for the last several times I've gone in, the cashier never gave us a number for our order. We waited for 45 minutes they lost our order along with several other customers that were in the building with us. When we finally complained for the 3rd time we got food but not all of it we ended up leaving with when they handed us because we just didn't wanna wait any longer. The manager that was on shift refused people refunds and wouldn't help anyone that was working after someone complained long enough that they wanted to speak to him he refused to give his name and just went back to the office instead of helping clear up all the customers that had accumulated with wrong or missing orders.

    I can't speak for every visit I've had, but lately they must be understaffed or have a lot of new employees. I had ordered one of the cravings boxes and the only 2 edits I put in were to make the chalupa beef instead of chicken and to take the beans off the 5 layer burrito. They took off the beans but the chalupa was still chicken. It's a small thing, but 1 mistake on every order there lately starts to add up to a trend. Not bad enough for 3 stars, so 4 seems fair.

    Food was acceptable and not as good as I'd remembered. At 3:45 in the afternoon one wouldn't expect to wait longer than a few minutes for their order of 3 items. Ten minutes for a quesadilla and two tacos which were sloppily thrown together.

    A/c blasting when it's 68 outside. I waited 3 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. I only order Cinnamon bites and it took nearly 10 minutes to get them. When I did, the inside was cold. Big let down

    This one's shares with KFC, the food is what it is the facilities are cleans. Handicap access parking, ordering, and wash rooms. You can call in an order but you can't order by internet at this store. There is a drive up. You can sit down and eat or order and go. Pretty quick service. Drinks are in the dining in area.

    It was literally the worst thing I’ve ever had bruh and I’m literally from southie like damn. Food was putrid service was egregiously bad. Took forever, lady was checking me out behind counter. I want answers cause I could have eaten a frozen pizza raw and would have been more satisfied. Also clean the place up, yikes.

    A busy location. Food is always good. The only reason for 4 stars is because every time I go, I have to make substitutions for my original order. While not a deal breaker, it sometimes is an inconvenience. But as said before, this is a very busy location and they work with you on substitutions rather than tell you it's not a available or wait 30 to 40 mins for the next batch of chicken to come out. For this, I will continue to order there as they do what they can to make it right for the customer.

    Ate inside for lunch. The girl said I had to ask for BBQ sauce when our order came up. When I went to get it, nobody was there to ask!!! So I had to bug the girl taking orders!! Someone else was standing near me waiting for her order after 1st one was incorrect!! I got back to the table and, we had NO BUTTER for biscuits!! Went back up and had to wait and beg for some butter!! In the meantime 3 more customers from the drive-thru had come in with incorrect orders!! One guy got the "corrected" order and left...then his wife came in with errors to that one!!!!! I heard a young man working there tell her to stop yelling and stop being rude! I immediately went over to tell him she was NOT YELLING & NOT RUDE! I told him she had the right to be upset and express her feelings about the multiple errors on their order!! I also told him we watched 4 people in about 20 minutes have to come inside because their orders were wrong!! It wasn't even busy inside, so that was not an issue!! We won't EVER go there again!!!

    They brought some new people in from other stores to clean up the mess that was made from this store. If these new people weren't brought in I would have given 1 star. They don't wear gloves when they handle your food. The food stays in there a long time and heaven for bid you get all of your order and that they actually make it right and then they won't give you a refund they guarantee that will make your food, right. Which is about 75% of the time the food is incorrect or you're missing things. Anybody who is waiting on a pick up or a DoorDash order is going to be waiting at least 30 minutes. it's been much better since they got more people in and people from other stores to fix up the mess that was left. I think the icing on the cake was when I drove by and I saw an employee wearing the whole get up right in front of the store, smoking a bong in her car. But again things have been a lot better since the new management was brought in a week ago.

    The tables were nasty, the bathroom floor had water everywhere. Water mixed with chicken grease is never safe. I waited for several minutes for someone to come to the front counter. That place has really gone downhill.

    Wife went to go get me lunch at kfc, Taco Bell, gave her every order but my 3 tacos. Went without lunch that day, they wouldn’t deliver after their mess up wanted us to drive a 24 miles just to get tacos that we should have gotten in the first place. Fu$k you Taco Bell, won’t be going back.

    I've lived in the Waterville area for over 15 years and I'm not exaggerating when I say this taco bell has literally never gotten my order right. I order everything without sour cream yet they load it with sour cream Every. Single. Time. They obviously don't care what you order and just give you whatever is premade on the warmer.

    This is probably the worst I have ever seen anything being served. A soft taco supreme was NOT a soft taco supreme there, instead it was a tortilla, maybe 1/4 tsp of “meat”, pinch of lettuce, 2 dices of tomato, and 2 tbs of sour cream. On top, they were ICE COLD ALL THROUGH.

    *** I PICKED UP FOR A FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE *** Times are hard for everyone, but man, this place. 2 visits same day Employee's eating food, while prepping food, with no gloves, wiping counters down with tsame hands, which CLEARLY cleans them. Then, bagging everything with the same just cleaned snacky fingers. Smoking a vape at the register while "pretending" to do something under the counter. Bathroom has "old dirt" (dirt that's clearly been there longer than anyone would reasonably expect) packed into all the corners of the room. Finally, to top off the evening, standing water in the lobby. They serve chicken here as well, which is terrifying.

    Tried to place an order for chicken tenders were told they didn’t have any order famous bowls and tacos wanted French frys told that they didn’t have them as they closed in 10 minutes it was only 10:43 got driving down the road took a drink off the sodas that came with our meals and they taste like straight chlorine the chicken pot pie was dry and medium warm famous bowls are dried up chicken and Luke warm potatoes guy taking the orders was very rude and the woman giving us our food was just as bad!!! Will never go to that kfc again!

    If you like getting old, soggy, plain tacos instead of what you ordered, you might like this location. You'll like it even more if you enjoy getting dirty looks when you ask for the hot sauce they forgot to give you.

    This location looks good inside and out. I like going here when we go to mardens. I have had a few issues here with getting a correct order. I advise people to always check their orders here. They have fixed it everytime I let them know of their errors. I like the chicken sandwich with no mayo, add bbq. We also tend to order the grande meal for our family of 6. The bathroom the last time I went in was tore up and it looked as if it had been tore up because it wasn't very busy. When it is clean it isn't that bad .

    Where do I start?? First off..how about the practically ran out of a lot of food an hr before close..Next they over charge me for a 12 taco Supreme party pack..and the girl at drive thru ran it in two 6 packs and it charged me more..then they say I need to wait 20 min..and that was fine..but while I'm looking at the receipt I notice the mistake..and take it in lobby and one of the girls said she would fix it then give me a refund after the tacos were made..Then when all is said and done..she comes out with ONE party pack and acts like she accidentally made 2 FULL party packs and asks.." will that make up the difference for the extra?"..I say sure after thinking a min..then I thought it was all together in the first party pack..she says "no that's only one party pack..hold on" then she comes back cuz they were in the process of making a SECOND party pack..and says.."there is SIX" extra..AFTER already making me think im gonna get a second party pack..How pathetic is that?? ..I mean..is that the new hustle from THIS SPECIFIC taco bell/Kfc..I mean i have never had so many problems anywhere as i do EVERYTIME i visit this Kfc/ taco bell .I mean just ONCE would I like the order to be right and just absolutely corr3ct the first time..why can't i??? Oh and one more thing..while I was waiting for the party pack..I told them I wanted ALL the food I ordered when the pack came out so It was All fresh..but that was top easy..i had my other meal in the car getting cold now while I'm in the lobby trying to get my receipt fixed...I'm not sure if I'll ever visit this place again..As many problems I keep having Everytime I go there..Just saying

    This is by far the the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have lived all over the country and have never been to a Taco Bell that has yet, in half a dozen visits in the past year gotten an order right. Today the 2 quesadillas I ordered were not cut, my wife's bean burrito was full of cheese and onions, but not many beans. The 2 orders of chips were old, greasy and stale. We did not (for the second time) get our cinnamon twists, and my taco was so greasy it was inedible. Previous visits have all resulted in missing items and when I have called to talk to a manager the response was "Next time you are in just let us know we will take care of you" but did not ask for my name. There is another Taco Bell here in Waterville and while it is farther away harder to get in and out of I will try my luck there.

    It was an absolute nightmare Went inside to order and after being completely ignored for 15 minutes decided to go through drive-thru. Waiting in line again for 10 minutes. Received an incomplete order (so went back inside to correct it as I had paid for it and again, ignored at the counter. I had to verbally make my presence known to get service. And then the chicken was terrible. It was all dried out like it was left over from the day before. Way below subpar service and quality.

    Despite the awesome manager (Charles), the 2 girls in the second window were nothing short of little “ladies” with attitude. Very rude customer service and they both need an adjustment! I spoke straight to the manager about it, understanding that fast food chains are full of young people who need guidance and to learn customer service. I’ve worked in the food industry before so I get it. But that doesn’t excuse their behavior. For absolutely no reason, both girls had attitude with me, I was kind, patient, until I realized there’s a huge issue there. Charles was understanding and kind, whether he corrected the ladies or not, I won’t know. Nonetheless, he was a lot more kind then most fast food managers I’ve known.
