I went into the store to see if they could replace the bale on my wife’s great grandmothers cross pendant. They took the necklace that it was going onto and was able to manipulate the bale to get it to fit over the clasp. This took only moments to get the pendant onto my wife’s necklace. This is the fourth or fifth time I have had something done or purchased at this store. They have been professional each and every time.

I needed my diamond reset and asked to have my belated husband’s wedding ring attached to my engagement ring so I could wear all three rings together and they did a beautiful job. I couldn’t be happier and feel so blessed to have his wedding band. Their work is outstanding and pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I went in to look at a ring I saw on their website. I worked with the sales person and found out the ring was not a stock item. I was not wanting to order it because it was for a gift that was only days away. They patiently took the time to show me other items and I was able to find another ring that I ended up purchasing. Thanks Reiniger Jewelers, the birthday gift was a hit!! She loves it!!
