Did not have to wait long even though I was early for my appointment. The staff is very friendly from the front to the back. What can I say about Dr. Grimes, he was totally professional, very friendly. He took the time to listen to me and explained things very well to me. He was highly recommended to me from another patient he sees. I experience what the other person told me. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I am glad I made the appointment. No regrets what so ever!!!

Everyone was extremely friendly and I barely had time to sit down before I was called to the back. Dr. Grimes was very friendly and I didn't wait in the room very long before he came in. I very happy that they have Dr. Scarbrough there, he is an amazing doctor also.

Dr. Grimes is awesome! I can’t say enough how great he was along with the staff. Friendly, compassionate and listening was something I had been looking for since moving from the Gulf Coast and now I have found it. I would give them 20 stars if I could. To say I highly recommend the clinic is an understatement !

The staff is great BUT! the person that handles the accounts not so much. She sent me a bill for a visit that I had already paid and had the canceled check for. She tried to charge me an extra $303. I would suggest everyone watch them closely on what you pay them.

Dr. Cody took his time to explain the procedure. He was very knowledgeable. Last but not least has a wonderful bedside manner. He is a valuable to the clinic.

I was nervous about my first visit. The staff at MSSP set me at ease from the first "Hello". They explained what was causing my pain and offered me several treatment options. I have been pain free for 8 months now. Every contact has been friendly, courteous and professional. I will happily reccomend MSSP to anyone suffering pain. They truly care and want to help.

Dr Grimes is absolutely amazing! He is extremely intelligent and has the best “bed side manner” I have EVER seen in an MD. He explains things to your level of understanding and has a way of restoring hope of a greater quality of life. I highly recommend!

What can I say other than fantastic! When we moved from the Gulf Coast I continued driving back down to my pain clinic in Hattiesburg until I talked to Dr. Grimes. I no longer make that trip. I didn’t believe I could find a clinic equal to Hattiesburg but, I have. They care. Friendly, compassionate and understanding.while going the extra mile to do what’s best for their patients. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. A+ is not a high enough grade!!!

If the procedure I had done is successful for more than a few weeks or months, I will be elated. I woke up the next morning expecting to be in pain still, only to find I had only some mild discomfort and muscle stiffness as well. The excruciating pain is gone for now. Dr Cody Scarborough did exactly as he told me he would do. Thank you again Dr Cody for treating me and thoroughly answering every single question I had. And there were several. I my only recommendation is to the patients, don’t go in search of a quick fix for pain medication, go in looking for the source of the problem and accept the solution not a quick fix.

I had a wonderful first visit. Dr. Grimes was amazing. He is ver personable, compassionate, and extremely thorough. I feel like I’m in the best place I could be. Looking forward to seeing our progress.
