Very fun environment. The instructor Marissa was great! She was fun and was a very good instructor with explaining everything so well. Music was playing on the background🎵🎶. It was an overall fun experience. I didn't realize it would take like 3 hours but it was fun and went by.

I am not artistic and cannot paint by any means, but paint nights are always fun. Everyone at Muse Paintbar is super nice and friendly!

7 coworkers and I had a blast on Good Friday because we had the day off. We laughed, had drinks and was merry. It was a really good time. Will do it again.

My friend and I came here 10 years ago and we had a great time. Recently came here again for a company group event. I am so happy that this place survived the pandemic and thrived to provide the same fun experience. The painting was an easy step by step process. All paining materials were provided, a blank canvas, multiple brushes, multi color paints and an apron. The artist instructor taught us in an easy to follow way telling us what color to use, which brush to use, and how to paint one step after another. During the process , she would walk around to check if everyone was following or having questions. She encouraged us to put some creativity into our work. She also encouraged us to praise each other’s work which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At the end, no matter how our paintings came out, we all laughed and had a great time.

Because I was there with my team from work, I had fun. I wished we were informed of the bar/food situation before I sat for a half hour twiddling my thumbs trying to figure it out. Maybe let people know where things are before they get settled and class begins before realizing what or how things need to be done.

This was a great experience. Only sad thing was the kitchen was closed but the Birthday painting my husband received made up for it.

Going to be around West Hartford and looking for a date night idea? Go to Muse! I'm a wedding photographer and had the opportunity to photograph a client's proposal here. Muse worked with me beforehand to plan everything out. On proposal day, they were very accommodating. The artist teaching their private session, Jenna, was awesome and it was cool to watch her instruct everyone. And on top of all this, the location is perfect if you want to go out and grab dinner or a drink afterwards. Highly recommended for couples and groups!

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Went here on a date and we both had a good time. The instructor, Lisa, was upbeat and informative and the setting was lively but quiet enough to still interact with the person you went with. Drinks and light food available at the bar. I would come back in the future.

Had great time Jenna was a great host even though my group did something totally different but the vibe was right, music was good.. We had a great time totally worth it.. I recommend

Wonderful wine/art studio for a paint night. My husband and I planned an impromptu date night for our anniversary and the signup process was super easy & the instructor was very knowledgeable and did a great job!

Jan-neh was an amazing instructor. I hadn't been to Muse in a couple of years. I was disappointed that it was significantly more expensive and the canvas was substantially smaller. The experience was great other than that. I would have been ok paying more if the canvas wasn't so much smaller.

So fun! Went with a local mom's group. Snacks, drinks, fun conversation, no kids 😅 - what's not to love? Calm down, [insert your name if you're getting all offended by the 'no kids' comment above]. I still love my kids....most of the time.

So much fun! Celebrated my birthday here last weekend. I consider myself to have no artistic talent but i learned so many fun techniques and was actually blown away by my final product. Also- everyone was so friendly, great food and drink options and good vibes. Can’t wait to come back. Shoutout to Lisa B for an awesome time!

I'm sorry, but I'm changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. There has been a clerical error with Muse & it's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone at corporate to respond. The phone does not get answered, the chat, when not disconnecting me, gives me "story A" and the email gives me "story B" altho "Jayne" is the name being signed to both. Paint nights get "cancelled" without warning or reason. The people in the paint bar = Great. Corporate side = SUCKS!! -- I've done two paint nights here so far, one with a friend and last night by myself. Both times I left with a nice painting and memories of an enjoyable evening. There's a good vibe here, the food from the kitchen is tasty, and the instructors are both very helpful and very generous with encouragement. Altho at times I felt, "your painting looks great," was a tad bit of an exaggeration of the quality of my work. But I suppose the real measure of this review should be that I plan on returning here, again and again. Thank you.

We attended a small class for Valentine's Day led by Lisa, and had a wonderful time! Th energy was good, and her encouragement of everyone there was awesome (even to my husband and I who got way off track of what we were supposed to be painting). All the employees at the bar were super friendly. Definitely will be going back!

Had so much fun here with my friends! Some seats you can’t see the instructor though. When we went I’m not sure if the AC was broken but it was horribly hot. Uncomfortably hot. Would have been 5 stars if I was sweating off all my makeup during the session. Otherwise it was really fun and the studio is cool!

I love the vibe it's definitely a spot to have a good time. I can't wait to go back me and my girlfriend can't stop talking about our time there.

We went here on 10/8/22 for my daughters birthday. We were very disappointed with our experience. Mainly because it’s so tight in there, it’s hard to paint without getting a backache and forget trying to get up from your seat. It wasn’t at all worth the money and we don’t plan on going again. They also don’t answer phone calls or return calls from messages left. The crowd and music was also not what we expected. The only positive was that our instructor was good.

Fantastic instructors with parent-level godlike patience. A great experience with great opportunities to paint really unique paintings with great colors. The only drawback is having to deal with crowds of drunken, loud people that take away from an otherwise fun experience. Having the instructor scream and yell directions and guidance 13 times over and over again because people can't stop being drunk and loud gets old. Fast. But .. Can't stress enough how amazing the staff is, from talent to support and friendliness. Will always go back.

First time at a paint and sip. It was so much fun. Ashley did a great job teaching the class. Music was jamming and the red sangria was a flowin! Can't wait to go again!

Had a great time! Tho sometimes seating is an issue if u really want to watch the instructor (I need to turn around) no biggie just be mindful of where u lean back cause I didn't and got pain on my shirt {ooopppss!} or if you're using the light board the sun glare can be an issue if you're facing the windows. . Nevertheless it was a great time and you don't have to follow along if u don't want to! You can paint whatever u want!

My boyfriend and I went to the "Paint Your Pet" event last night and had a blast. The artists (Ashley, Jennifer, and March) were so helpful and supportive. They helped me paint this picture of my puppy that I am actually proud of!

I loved paint night here!! I went with my mom and we both had an awesome time. I was especially excited about the gluten free chicken fingers they had at the bar. It's a little pricey for the experience, bar items are priced separately from the ticket price. The space is very comfortable and feels welcoming. The hosts were bubbly and excited and gave GREAT painting instructions, which made making my own painting relaxing and fun. Everything and more was provided, and the second host was walking around constantly to give emotional support (lol) and see if anyone wanted any different colors, etc. I definitely plan to come back for another paint night.

I had such a fun time with my girlfriend, i'm not the most in tune with my artistic side but the simple directions step by step was amazing and the instructor and support staff were attentive to people struggling to understand how to mix paint/use their brush and things of that nature.

I had a very good experience at Muse Paintbar - West Hartford. It was my first time going. My friends and I were greeted as soon as we stepped in and were directed to where we needed to go. Service at the bar was good. Marissa was our instructor and she was great! Very outgoing, kind, fun helpful and talented. I was impressed at how good my painting came out with it being my first time. Marissa made it easy to follow along. I give them 4 stars because the kitchen menu is a bit pricey for what they offer. An $8 wine glass is a small cup and the $15 appetizer platter was pretty small for $15. Other than that, everything else was great. I would recommend and I would go again.

My mom and I did the paint your pet experience led by Ashley. It was awesome - we just left and we're already ready to go back! Ashley was so accommodating, insightful, and personable. Additionally, the food and drink selection could cater to all kinds of tastes and the facility was clean. Recommend for a friendly, romantic, or even individual outing. I have zero artistic capability and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome!

Friendly staff! Very informative when doing the instruction for painting, although they do nice quick so just go with it and don't try to make everything perfect - it'll be perfect in the end! They have a yummy selection of appetizers as well as some alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections. Great place to take artistic teens and tweens!!
