Went in there to pick up our ham that we paid 100 dollars for, employee said "someone picked it up already" no idea what that's supposed to mean. They go in the back and grab a unprepared ham, we open it to put in the oven today and it's extremely small not even close to the size it was supposed to be. This is ridiculous and I need to report this to the coorperate as soon as possible we deserve a refund. I will be speaking to someone about this shortly and get to the bottom of this. Very unprofessional very inconsiderate to ruin our thanksgiving.

Great Service, unfortunately we didn't particularly like either of the types of turkey and the macaroni and cheese container had defrosted and leaked. We threw out more Turkey than we ate. I always think it's going to be good here but somehow end up going back, Not sure it was worth free, I had gift cards to use. Service really was great, but I went for the food, which clearly wasn't.

The store is always neat and clean. Good stock levels and good selection of food items. And the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Excellent food but the prices are borderline outrageous. $11/pound for a turkey breast and $28 for a chocolate cake.

I normally have nothing but rave reviews for the West Bloomfield location. But today I had the rudest encounter with an African American female employee. Let me first say I’m a 50yr old African American woman so this isn’t about race. I was being waited on by two delightful very pleasant young ladies. They were showing me a 1/2 ham vs a 1/4 and the savings per lb. Their rude coworker reached over them to ring up her customer. One of the young ladies servicing me sd “ we were in the middle of helping her”. The rude employee sd “oh well he was first”. It wasn’t a matter of first or last. I was in the middle of my transaction trying to make a decision on my purchase. I remained polite and nice to the young ladies servicing me. The rude employee finished her transaction and immediately went to the back. I couldn’t read her name tag in its entirety but it started with “Tai” and she had a bunch of twist in her hair. RUDE doesn’t begin to explain her nasty disposition. I was appalled by what she said and the manner in which she handled the situation. The only thing that saved this sale and reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 was how nice the young ladies servicing me directly were. I hope Honey Baked West Bloomfield management sees this review and handles her accordingly. Signed Piper Lowe

I absolutely 💯 ♥️ this location of The Honey Baked Ham. This location is not well known unless you live and or shop within the nearby neighborhood! This location is always clean and comfortable to enter and eat outside if you so desire. This is my go to when I want a quality sandwich meal, the meat, bread and produce are ALWAYS FRESH!!! Thank you to the store manager Brittany for ALWAYS being professional, helpful, thoughtful and understanding that people are not always having a good day and just want the comfort of their favorite food! Thank you Brittany! This Honey Baked Ham is underrated because of the location but I promise you, that you will leave there SATISFIED!!!!!! ❤️ 🙏 🕊

Thanksgiving Ham 2022 was burnt to a crisp!! See attached photos. Why would Honey Bake Ham allow this to be sold? For the prices they charge this is unacceptable. Due to COVID-19 they do not allow the customer to view your purchase before leaving the store - at least that is what I was told. Christmas of 2021 - Ordered a Glazed Honey Baked Ham. Upon arrival home we discovered the Ham had no glaze. Thought between 2021 and 2022 their quality control would have improved. NOT!! You try and support your neighborhood businesses but clearly this store is not interested in providing a quality, edible product. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Probably my favorite location other than Livonia. Cliff helped me pick out sides and deserts for Thanksgiving because I had no clue what I was doing, this was my first time hosting Thanksgiving dinner at my house and was beautiful.

I ordered a couple of the sliders 12 packs for my staff, and they absolutely loved them. The manager at the store was very accommodating. He made sure that we had everything ready to go. We didn’t have to wait really a popular place and the food is delicious. Now that I signed up for my loyalty card I’m getting coupons and I make sure to stop in there often.

Very clean and the service is great! If you have a little extra money and want to try something not only different but DELICIOUS try their "The HoneyBaked" sandwhich! They also have some really tasty bean soups you can make at home!

W 14 mile Rd location is Outstanding! Love the staff here, professional, friendly, and prompt service! Happy Easter

Delicious honey baked ham & sides for our Christmas dinner. Leftovers were brought to the extended family holiday dinner and all those left-overs were quickly gobbled up too.

Ryan and Keisha are the best! They always make sure my order is complete! I usually get the 4 pack of ham and turkey sandwiches, always delicious! If you're looking for a nice sit down dinner with dessert or a to go sandwich with sides, this is the place to go to! Its It's my new happy place!

The employees are nice, and surprisingly professional. HOWEVER. It's Thanksgiving and the line is coiled around the inside of the store and down the block, but they only have TWO registers fir walk-in customers and one additional for on-line purchases. VERY SLOW. It's as if they didn't know that the holiday was coming. Also, their retail selection is much more limited than the Southfield location's variety.

Always delicious ham. The store is roomy with a sanitizing station as you walk in. Due to covid, employees are unable to remove foil for a peak at the ham which is understood. Freezer has side items as well as soup bones to purchase. For those who care, the door has a doorknob rather than a handle.

This place is hit or miss. Got an excellent ham 2times . So I got one for Easter and it was so fatty I threw half of it out. I complained they're sending me a 50. Gift card. Though I paid 110.

It's a nice little shop. My family always gets their ham and turkey during the holidays. Their food is simply delicious, I had to visit them myself before they got busy again. I got a classic turkey sandwich, which was very good. The staff is friendly, and the lack of a crowd made the service quick; I was in and out in less than two minutes.
