For how much I paid for the Valentine's basket, I expected it to be presented the way it looks like it would be in the photo on their website. It states that the two cookies will be on stick and it looked super cute. BUT this is what it looked like when my boyfriend received it. Every cookie individually packaged with their giant sticker logo on each, none on sticks to make it look like the picture. I gave them two stars because the design is actually super cute but overall made me sad that he got something so lazily put together.

What a horrible experience!!! Ordered a tin of cookies to be delivered to a nurse at U of M Hospital. I was very specific about the department and the floor. I get a message from the driver stating that he left the cookie tin with the Security Guard who would "find out who and where this person was". I called the recipient. She did not receive the tin and when she called Security, they told her they did not have anything!!! I called the Store and they could have cared less!!! They said that hospitals don't allow them to deliver beyond the security desk - yet when I had a delivery for the same hospital/department on Saturday by Sherri's Berries they had no problem delivering to the recipient!! How embarrassing!! That's $65.00 down the drain. They never even offered to make it right!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Got as a gift. I guess it’s alright looking. As for taste, frosted shortbread or sugar cookie well below sub par tastes like chalk. Chocolate chip cookie at par with basic cookie recipes although a tub of nestle dough is 1000 times better. Chocolate cookie sub par taste like a cake with chocolate chips but not frosting, bland. Raisin cookies Didn’t try, not my thing. Then there was one that just taste like vanilla and flour no idea what it was but not good. I guess if you buy store bought cookies these would be similar in taste, although I know of many that would taste better. The would take a box of Oreos over any of these I got from here. If you like cake tasting cookies that are kinda sweet this might be your place. I could make better cookies in my sleep. I appreciate the sentiment though.

It was very easy to select a cookie basket online. I was able to customize my message for our MSU granddaughter. The cookies were delivered same day. The delivery person called me first, so I could call her and let her know a delivery was coming. GOOD JOB!

My experience with Cookies & Cupcake By Design was amazing! Placing the order was very easy as well as scheduling the day I wanted my cookie basket delivered. The man delivering my order called me 10 minutes before arriving there as a courtesy to let me know he was about to drop off the basket to my friend for her birthday (I’ve never had any other delivery service go out of their way to do that)! I was very surprised and pleased. He was very polite on the phone and wished me a good day. My friend told me he called her when he arrived and she said he was very friendly and funny! All around a great experience and I would definitely purchase from them again!

I forgot to send a little something special to my college daughter on Halloween. She was having a bad week. I ordered late on the 30th and the awesome cookie bouquet arrived on Halloween! The cookies were beautiful and most importantly delicious! They really did taste as good as homemade. I had actually placed an order with another company weeks in advance but the day of delivery I got a notice that it was going to be delayed and not delivered on time. I cancelled that order and thankfully found Cookies by Design, they were able to deliver same day and their customer service was top notch! They will definitely be my go to for cookies moving forward.

Cookies By Design in West Bloomfield is awesome. I ordered a cookie basket for my neighbor. It had a dog cookie in it. In the picture the dog fur is white. I asked Helen if the dog cookie could be decorated in a brownish color frosting to match my neighbor's dog's fur. She said yes. It was perfect. My neighbor loved it. I have ordered cookies from this store before, and they always do a fantastic job. I will order from them again.

Ordered Easter cookies to decorate for our grandson. The whole family had SO much fun! The cookies are packaged very nicely in a box with icing already in decorating tubes, sprinkles... ready to go. First rate quality. Delicious cookies!!

I had two orders being delivered to two different locations. Both recipients were not at home. They called the number I had given them, but no response. They texted me to know they were leaving the arrangements at the front door. So I contacted the recipients to let them know theire was a delivery at their front door and they were able to get it.

Cookies were perfect. Delivered on time even with a snow storm (I called and said it’s ok if the weather is bad to not risk driving in bad conditions). They still made it on time. My friend loved them!! Thank you!

They called to confirm my order (thank goodness because I ordered the hot pink bouquet unknowingly for my husband), delivery was on time, the bouquet was gorgeous And the cookies were delicious! This was a big hit in lieu of a birthday cake and worth every penny!

Ordered for a baby shower individually wrapped cookies. Very cute designs. Tasty too! Only 1 small design mistake. They forgot to use glitter in the paint. They were still super cute!
