This place is phenomenal! I’m a falafel fanatic and this place has some of, if not the best, I’ve ever tried. The people behind the counter are super friendly and hospitable. We had such a great experience and we will absolutely be back! You will love it here, guaranteed.

AMAZING food! Pros: Good variety High quality food Just absolutely delicious Fair price Cons: The spicy garlic sauce we ordered wasn’t spicy at all (unless they mistakenly gave us the regular garlic sauce instead of spicy) * falafel: the best falafel I’ve ever had! The rice was also good * OMG sauce: GET THIS! It pairs well with everything. * Cauliflower: this was good but didn’t stand out The food we had was fantastic and I can’t wait to come back.

You will have to try this place for yourself. Family own and operated Mediterranean Cuisine. Everything there is freshly made in house. You can’t go wrong if you choose any item on the menu. My personal favourites are the kofta Kabab pita wrap, and the falafel wrap. The garlic Parmesan fries is also to die for. Great service, and great food.

Best Mediterranean restaurant in Farmington Hills. So far I have tried just their signature falafel plate and the falafel burger, and I LOVE IT. If you love salads, I would highly recommend you to try the Tabbouleh salad. It’s sooooo delicious.

The staff and owner are extremely kind! And the food is always on point! Best falafel in Michigan hands down. An extremely good place, if you’re a vegetarian because they have extraordinary falafel’s, which are very soft on the inside, and perfectly crunchy on the outside. You should try tzatziki sauce, spicy tahini sauce, and spicy baba ghanoush along with falafels. Garlic Parmesan fries are a must If you are a vegetarian, looking for the best falafel options, this place is a definite must

The food was ehh but the service was absolutely TERRIBLE. I had 6 orders and wanted dressing on the side instead of on top of the bowl. They wanted to charge me $1 for each dressing and their reasoning was, we cannot just give you as many dressings as you want.... but I had 6 orders and asked for 6 side dressings, which would be the exact same as putting the dressing on top. Then they spoke to me rudely and asked me to step back, while some other guy without a mask was all over them. Idk about you, but I hate being a customer who speaks some sense and in return, get spoken down to. Go to Mr.Kabob, way better food and service.

I live down the street from House of Falafel, and have been eating there on and off since they opened. Number of times my food has been less than excellent? Zero. The family operators clearly care more about the quality of their food and experience than 90% of restaurants. The worst part of going here is that I have to decide between the falafel and chicken, which is torturous as both are delicious.

I dont normally leave reviews, but for the food I got from House of Falafel today I will make an exception. This was hands down the best middle eastern food I've ever had in metro Detroit, you are truly doing Gods work, thanks for making my day brighter.

I ate here 4 years ago while on a business trip and I've been thinking about it ever since. I recently visited again on another trip and I'm glad I got the chance to swing by again. This small, unassuming restaurant serves some of the best Mediterranean food in the area (or even in the country IMHO). The owner is very friendly and really makes an effort to connect with everyone that walks in the door. They seem to constantly be busy, but the service remains quick and polite. Both times I've ordered the house combo plate. It's a sampler that comes with 3 types of grilled meat, along with hummus, rice, a small salad, and their famous falafel. This was the first time I tried Lebanese food and I was hooked on the toum (garlic sauce) and the creamy, smooth hummus. The almond rice ties everything together perfectly and the falafel is delicious of course. I won't hesitate to stop by here anytime I'm in the area.

As always, best falafel in Michigan. Not only that, but the chicken Schwarma is cooked to perfection, and kafta is the nicest I've ever had. 11/10 stars, would be here more often if it wasn't so far away

Loved the beef lamb kabobs, and best, creamiest hummus ever - garlic aioli (or whatever) was very intensely flavored- almost killed me, but I was resuscitated by the succulent, moist almond butter rice...

I decided to try this place because my usual spot went out of business. Disappointing. There was some kind of off taste in the falafel, like they are frying it in oil that needed to be replaced a week ago. The Kafta was bland.

I was just passing for Detroit in my trip to Chicago, searched in Google for Lebanese style restaurant and found this with 4.8 stars. It deserves 5 stars ✴️✴️ Excellent taste and presentation. Fresh ingredients. The chicken pita sandwich and falafel were delicious. It's kind homemade food, and great friendly service 👍👍👍

I have nothing but good things to say. Ample servings, reasonable prices, and delicious food. I often see the owner in there bagging meals and thanking customers for their patronage. That means a lot to me, and that level of care clearly explains why the place is so good. Been here dozens of times and I'll keep coming back.

The best falafel I’ve ever had! Stumbled upon this family-owned establishment while passing through town today. It has authentic, delicious food. They are warm, welcoming, and will even allow you to taste sauces before you order if you’re unsure. I’d drive the 4.5hrs just to eat there again!

Standing up to their name. They had One of the Best Falafels. The falafels were freshly made, Fried and made to order. So you get it piping hot. And all sauces were amazing. Everything was super fresh. This place itself is little cozy. Enough to seat about 20 ppl. The best part is the people/staff. David the owner is very nice, Down to earth. Always smiling. The staff was courteous and helpful. This will be my go to place for Mediterranean food. Especially Catering orders.

My husband and I have been going here since it opened. I hadn’t been here in about three or four years and came in with my kids. Customer service is out of this world. The owner befriended my toddler with fried pita cinnamon sugar chips. I ended up buying far more than I came in for, because I wanted to give them my business. That’s how good their customer service is and how good their food is.

Best falafel I’ve had - freshly made in front of you. Great service. Fair prices and portions. We had the vegetarian plate, crushed lentil soup, and fattoush salad with chicken. We got garlic sauce, baba ganoush and falafel to-go. It has few tables, but we got seated right away. Lot of people picked up orders. Really recommend!

Fresh delicious food! As a vegetarian, I appreciated having so many options to add to the falafel bowl. The grilled eggplant was excellent and the falafels are the best around. Service was great too; the owners are very personable. Definitely highly recommend. 👌

We read about the Top 100 Yelp award and decided to try this restaurant. My wife and I shared the house combo plate, added lentil soup and ate in. Wow - everything was so fresh and delicious! This was a well-deserved award for sure! They do a lot of carryout, but do have six 4-top tables, so eat-in is an option. Add this one to the top of your list!

Love love love House of Falafel. I always came here when I lived in the area and missed it when I moved away, but I’m now able to come back more often and the quality remains impressive. Also, the staff remains super friendly, and David still asks about my family when he sees me. Great customer service, great food — I can’t recommend more.

Ordered Falafel House carry-out tonight. I’ve passed this place for years and always wondered how it was but never tried it. Well, I was missing out! I’m very particular and always have high expectations for everything, especially food! This restaurant exceeded them all. Something as simple as the order being correct and done in a timely fashion is few and far between these days. Once I ordered online, shortly after, they both emailed and texted me when my order was ready. Everything was perfect as I had a few modifications to my order. Nothing was missed. I appreciate establishments that take the time. This place does and it was delicious. Highly recommended!

The falafel is a must try! Freshly made falafel that was crunchy and very tasty.. Its sort of an open kitchen and you can see them deep fry the falafel for your order. Overall very nice food. I have taken out one point as the dips( hummus, garlic butter) could have been better, they are still good but not the best.

Oh my sweet giddy aunt... this is amazing! I usually hate stuffed grape leaves, and I wanted to eat them all myself. I loathe rice pudding and I was fighting my husband for the rest! Our wraps were amazing and huge! And the falafel! Oh the falafel! I didn't realize it could be so light and delicate textured! It was like a crispy fluffy ball of green goodness! Outside was crisp, inside soft and light! Absolutely lovely food! And the man I picked up my order from was very nice too. 10/10 will eat again! And again... And again... and again!

HoF is my favorite mediterranean fast-food joint. Love their falafels. But since reopening, they only do online order and take out. And they have messed up my orders multiple times. They missed out adding few of the things requested. They are still my favorite, but they need to fix this issue.
