Absolutely horrible. EVERY SINGLE TIME that I come here an elderly white lady has a problem with my son being in the women’s locker room, I get talked to EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve brought it to staffs attention, multiple times. Tonight an elderly white lady yelled at me in front of my son, she said “he’s not supposed to be up here, he’s too old” I brought my son to the downstairs locker room, put him in the shower and was going back upstairs to talk to her about why she should never yell at a mother in front of her kid, or yell at anyone for that matter and I ran into the staff person. I told her, and I calmed down and went to wash my kid. Come out of the shower to hear the same elderly white lady say “well, you know, nice people raise nice kids, and she wasn’t very nice” How dare you accuse me or my son of anything, I have the MOST polite son on the planet. Wow. Mind you, I did nothing but respond “yep” when she raised her voice at me, and my son was doing nothing but sitting in the hot tub with me talking about swimming. Guess I’m too brown to have a lifetime fitness membership.

I wouldn't recommend this gym. Good luck cancelling membership when you want to as well, they give you the run around in an effort to steal an extra 3 months of membership dues by pulling the "inability to cancel scam" on consumers. Lastly, the cleaning staff in womans locker room spends more time looking in the mirror checking herself out than she does cleaning resulting in buildup mildew in showers which ultimately was one of my main reasons for cancelling. Don't waste your money.

the gym is fine but the resectionist is very rasista I arrived normal and 2 boys who entered first attended them with a smile and hamably, between the gym and the resectionist I had an angry face and I meddled that I would return later and try to get the fastest possible

Terrible with cancellation and following up with you about the services this is location is terrible with customer service as well. The only One I can recommend is the downtown location such better service and more professionalism.

Want to say a big thank you to Mitchell in the LT Cafe for making my day. He made me a shake at 9:10pm when they were closed. He could have went home instead he made me a best shake I ever had! Thanks again Mitchell!! It shows the do care about members.

By far the least maintained club in the market. Free weight area is constantly trashed, towels and sanitation wipes can be found all over equipment, and after a few visits your gym bag with have enough cat and dog hair your shoes picked up from the carpet that you’ll question if your S.O. is secretly hiding a pet at home. This club has maintained a reputation among members for years as being a poorly managed club. If you’re restricted to this location, you’re better off saving your $100/mth and going someplace else.

Good place overall - lots of cardio equipment, racquetball, tennis, steam rooms, sauna, pool, group classes, on and on. Free parking, can rent lockers which I appreciate and is not available in all locations. Something that bothers me about Lifetime in general is if you ask for help or advice, the response usually comes in the form of a pitch for a $100+ extra/mo group class. I think they might have more success with that sort of thing if they help someone get into a habit with what is already available first.

PSA: there are currently no showers, saunas, or steam rooms in the men's (and women's as well if I am not mistaken) lockers rooms due to them being under construction. It is my understanding that the reason for the maintenance is due to faulty plumbing which caused a leakage from the locker rooms or something like that? Come on Lifetime...we pay too much money for elementary plumbing mistakes that put showers out of commission!

Worst place to work. Got hired there worked there for a couple weeks then they said they needed to run my background again. But I couldn't work in the mean time. My manager paid me cash never got an actual pay check. This company screwed me over on a job. Nice job

Cancelled membership on the 1st because it was too expensive. Asked for a refund. They charged me for another $11 to put my account on hold so the manager can refund it. Still haven't received my refund yet - it's been 16 days. Every time I walk in to ask if I can speak to the manager, the staff would say that the manager is not in. Very unprofessional. They seem very stingy. Would not come back.

Was disappointed that they don't enforce the rules. There were young Muslim Kids in the pool and hot tub without showering and wearing dirty clothes and they smelled because they hadn't showered

Don't try and play pick-up basketball there cause you'll never get in. They pick teams instead of shooting for them so the only way you'll get in to play is if someone picks you. I was there for 3 hours and got to play in one game and it's not the first time that's happened. Everyone complains and swears all the time too so games take forever. I was so upset that I didn't even want to lift weights after that. I'm never going back to this lifetime.

Pretty great and the people are great but their pool is the worst compared to others. It's not even close to regulation length.

If you're a tennis or racketball player, this is a great club. If you're not, there are nicer Lifetime Fitness clubs not too far away.

Love it here. Would give 5 stars if they add back the conditioner in the showers and get softer towels. Equipment is great and I love that they are open until 11pm on some days

Great location! Always clean and the manager is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet! Always willing to help with memberships questions! Definitely recommend joining this location!

High prices and new equipment orientation makes it extremely challenging to get the equipment you need in a timely manner. Staff only care if you also pay for group classes or personal training above your monthly due. Equipment also poorly maintained something's remained broken for months.

Handball M, W & Sat - Yoga T, Thur & F with table tennis & pickleball mixed in sporadically. I've stuggled to quit smokin' and not gain weight in the wrong places... 🙄

I love this gym because of the awesome free classes that they offer. Such a wide variety of focused fitness options including strength, aerobic and yoga. They also offer a group weight loss program a few times a year that are super affordable and include training sessions with a personal trainer. They do a good job of keeping it clean. My only complaint is that they charge a $15/month fee to freeze your membership over the summer.

The people who work here get 5 stars - especially Jason who knows how to run this facility and has treated us with respect for years. The front desk people are always super nice and the gym is always clean. I think it would be really cool if they improved their lighting in the weight room 🙏🏼

Another really nice 'gold' level club, lots of amenities. The two-level locker room seems weird, but maybe it's because I don't use the tennis facilities on the lower level. Pool is small, but I like the layout of the weight/machine area and the fitness studios are nice. My only complaint is that they seem to do a lot of employee meetings and presentations in the 'yoga' fitness studio, I've been kicked out multiple times while working out or practicing on my own - do they not have an employee meeting space at this location?
