I couldn't find one that I liked in the store, so Craig went out of his way to order separate band and setting, and then put it all together. What a wonderful experience working with Cheri at Betz Jewelers. My mom passed away earlier this year and gifted me some of her fine jewelry. Cheri reminded me so much of my mom; beautiful, classy, knowledgeable and caring. It started as a emotional visit sorting through my mom’s gems but ended with a beautiful set of earrings, and new design for my wedding band made from my mom’s diamonds.Cheri has given me so many wonderful ideas on how to use my mom’s gems and diamonds. The diamond on my engagement ring was very loose. I was worried that the diamond would fall out; so, I went into Glenn Betz to see if my ring could be repaired. Sally and David were so kind; they looked at my ring right away. They immediately put me at ease and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned, the ring was not only tightened, but cleaned and shined to perfection. I cannot recommend Glenn Betz enough! From the homemade cookies to the warm greeting I received, the moment you walk in you can tell that they genuinely care about each and every customer. I look forward to coming back; thank you all!
